Always up for a chat with people. Work part time while putting myself through uni, getting closer to completing my Bachelor of Marine and Antarctic Science. Originally a mainlander but keen to make Hobart home. I'm looking for a room in a share house to lower my cost of living, and be able to enjoy life a bit more. I'm a believer that it's the people that make a home, not the walls and roof. Recently my ex has decided they no longer want our two dogs and I've agreed to take them on, so I'm looking for a place where my two 7yo maltese x shitzu and I could make a home. They are house trained, and also used to being outside when no-one is home. They aren't terrors likely to ruin furniture etc.
Hi, I am Jackie, a postgraduate from the uni and I have a job in a Resort. I am looking for a place for long-term stay, preferable the Clarence area in Hobart. I am easy-going and reliable. In my leisure time, I like hiking, reading or having a coffee with friends. I am not a party animal, so I'd like to find a place which is relative quiet and neat, but I will be very happy to enjoy some wine and cheese with the housemates or watching movie together. Please contact me if you have a room up for rent. Cheers!
The location is listed as 217 Tollard Drive as that is the last possible address I can list. The location is actually left after this, down Maria Ore and then left again into Enchantress Street. First property on the left (number 58). It is a brand new property which was constructed in October 2018. I am the home owner. It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property. Whomever is successful will have their own bathroom, with a bath, as well as a separate toilet. The property has a front a back deck which is perfect for summer. There is a driveway which allows 3-4 cars and a carport. A shed available for storage as well as another bedroom which items can be kept it. The property has unlimited internet, which is included in the rent. A heat pump (with air conditioning). It has incredible water views, which can be seen in one of the images. Unfortunately no pets.
This is a great place to live for anyone who enjoys a relaxed lifestyle by the beach, especially coming into summer. Only a 15 minute drive to the CBD and under 5 minute to the airport. Some features: - outdoor spa - bbq area (BBQ and wood fire pizza oven) - Foxtel/internet - 2 minute walk to the beach - reverse cycle air conditioner - wood heaters - bedrooms all have built in robes

I’m a quiet student that keeps to myself, although I do love a good dance around and some entertaining banter. I’m also slightly coffee addicted. I am an online student studying a diploma in business and I run a small art business, I receive Centrelink payments as my main income. I do have a cat, her name is Avocato. She is trained and is an indoor cat, she tends to only go outside when she is on a harness and lead. Both myself and my cat do come with rental references. I’m 18 years old but I have been fully independent and living out of home since I was 15 due to a family situation. Because of this I am more mature than expected, I don’t really party or anything like that either. I’d love to hear from you, Jenna
Newly renovated 2 storey flat opposite shoreline shopping complex with everything you need. The flat is bright and sunny, freshly painted and has new carpet. It has a new large kitchen. The room itself has a large window and built in robe. All bills are included in the rent which includes unlimited high-speed internet. There is also a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living/kitchen area. Happy to have short term stays. Send me a message if there is anything else you want to know! :)
Studio style granny flat, s/c Kitchenette, furnished, private laundry and shower/toilet Single car space only Two dogs live at main residence with owner. One husky one Smithfield Power/water included. Internet available for charge.
Sunny, large, friendly living area, lots of bathrooms. Living areas are furnished but more furniture is fine. A heat pump keeps living spaces warm. Rooms are large and have lots of built-in storage. It's a 40 second walk to the beach, with two sea kayaks to use. Backs onto a soccer fields; gardening for those interested. Bus and bike path access, or a 14 minute drive to the CBD (non-peak times).
The apartment has a share bathroom, large living/dining room, a small balcony with great views of the city/mountain and a kitchen with plenty of storage. The decor is a time capsule for the 80’s with wood paneling in the main room and bright orange cupboard and bog seat, buts it’s cosy and easy to live with. There is off-street parking, as well as a garage which is currently used as storage but would easily become another parking space. It’s a 4 minute walk from the bus stop and a 10 minute walk from Eastlands. The room that’s available is directly across from the bathroom, has loads of storage and can fit a queens sized bed. I currently have some furniture in the room that you could use but could just as easily remove it for your own. Would be looking to split the rent and bills evenly - it is included in the rent but can explain it more if you’d like.
