Hi I'm Jen I will be moving to Sydney mid-February and will be attending the University of Notre Dame Broadway campus, so I am looking for a house around that area or someone to team up with. I am outgoing and very easy to get along with. I'm looking for a roommate who has no problem interacting or even hanging out from time to time, however, I do still appreciate time alone. I am a moderately tidy person, who loves to bake and watch movies. I'm not a party animal, however, I do enjoy social gatherings.
Hi guys, Originally from France I am a permanent part-time educator in childcare and an international student in Diploma. I have been living in Sydney since 4 years now and I really enjoy this city. I'm looking for a 12 months stay and I will be able to move in early March. Ideally I'd like to find a private room around Glebe/Central station as my work is on Glebe Point Road and my school in Central station, but more than happy to consider other places My budget is $250-300 max. Not interested by a share-room. I am very organised and don't like mess so please consider it or we might not be able to live together. References can be provided. About me...Well I guess I'm a smiling person, friendly and responsible. I love travelling and photography. During my spare time I used to go out spending my time with my friends, going for a walk and on excursions. I love comedy movies and sometimes horror movies (in English). Also I do love my job, I am a nanny but I will work as a permanent part-time educator in early childhood (start 5th of March from 7:30am to 5:30pm) and I really enjoy spending time with children so always in a good mood. Wednesday and Friday I am going to school (Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care) from 8:30am to 4:30pm. In my future accommodation I will love to live with someone I can be social with but who can also respect my study time (week days). I like quiet place and don't do parties on the weekend. Don't hesitate to contact me if you are interested to meet me :)
I am a Ph.D. candidate from Iran and I was accepted as a research visitor at the University of Sydney for 6 months. I am searching for an appropriate long-term accommodation. I need a clean and quiet room which it's location is near the University. I prefer to play board games and watch the movies on my free times.

This flat has just been built and is a brand new set up (was intended for the mother-in-law but she can no longer make the move). It is on a rural block and is separate from the main house where our family lives. Features include: - electric stove & cooktop - reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating - instant gas hot water - built in robe - large ensuite - built in laundry - includes white goods (fridge, washing machine, microwave) - lovely setting and outlook with beautifully treed surrounds - rent includes electricity and hot water - fully furnished (although can be unfurnished if preferred) Murrumbateman is 35kms from Canberra and 20kms from Yass.
