Hi I'm Bec, 29 quiet and looking for a place to sleep. I'm rarely home due to a very time consuming hobby (horses) and prefer quiet nights in, although not opposed to joining in with festivities occasionally. I work as a primary school teacher. I do have a Jack Russell who stays at my parents during the day but if possible would love him to continue to stay with me at night.
Looking for a great mates from all over the world con share this fantastic experience in Australia. 21 years old from Italy arrived in Sydney 12-09-2016 looking for a full time work in Sydney
Hi potential flatmates, I'm Alex!!! A little about me and what I am looking for. I am a laid back, genuine and honest person that enjoys healthy banter, having a chat and a good laugh even if it’s at my own expense. I have solid full time employment in the Hills District that I have held for the last 5 years. In my spare time I enjoy the outdoors, listening to music, mountain biking, kayaking, weekends away, having BBQ’s and dinners, watching movies or enjoying a good boxed set (bonus points for Californication or Breaking bad fans!!!) I also enjoy cleaning and maintaining the house (yes I know that’s weird for a man) I don’t have furniture or appliances, as I have been lucky enough to always have flatmates that have provided these. I am more than happy to buy things to contribute towards creating a homely relaxing environment for all of us. I would best suit an owner occupier or people that are house proud, I am very clean and considerate to my flatmates and like the same in return. I currently live comfortably and happily with female flatmates, that have become close personal friends and are happy to provide references for ladies that may be dubious about male flatmates. I am hoping to find a room and preferably but not essential a garage space. Within a friendly, social and tidy household. I respect privacy but believe it’s a much more welcoming environment to live in, if everyone is of a similar mindset. It’s not fun for anyone exchanging awkward small talk in the kitchen and then retreating back to your room, or walking on eggshells around each other. Because of this I only want to live with people that are westernized and not of any strict religious beliefs. I have no preference to ethnicity, I just would like all flatmates to feel comfortable over the long term. If you want to find out more about me, or think I would be a good fit drop me a line. Alex
We are both full time workers, we might have a puppy when we arrive but the puppy will be brought to work with us everyday, and will only be small. Both of us are very friendly and tidy, good cooks and love to share our meals, we aren't into partying more chilling with a couple beers. We are very honest fun people to be arpund, who love adventures. Many thanks Sam and Ollie
Hill Cottage is nestled in a lush garden on a quiet, tree lined street in the historic and picturesque town of Windsor. The house has timber floors in the hall and kitchen, carpet in the bedrooms. It has high, ornate ceilings, a beautiful modern bathroom, large country style kitchen/dining with cosy wood-burner and modern gas/electric stove. Two rooms are currently (or will soon be) available. The partly furnished room is large (4.3 x 3.5m) and can include a bed, desk, side table and a large table. It also has a reverse cycle air- conditioner, an ornate fire place, high ornate ceilings and lush garden views. The fully furnished bedroom is large (similar to the other room) with furniture including elegant queen sized bed and side tables, cupboard and couch. Ornate high ceilings, heater and with lush garden views. The house is 4 min walk to the railway station, buses, gym, shops, restaurants and ten min walk to downtown Windsor which has all the modern (and historic) conveniences. The town is on the Hawkesbury River and is surrounded by parkland and countryside. We are one hour drive to Sydney CBD or 1 hr 20 min on the train. 30 minute drive to Penrith, 40 minutes on train to Parramatta, 10 minutes on train to Richmond or Quakers Hill. Rent for a single person in a furnished room is $190 pw plus $30 pw to cover reasonable use of gas, electricity, internet (NBN) and some household supplies. I'm looking for a single and/or couple with an easygoing and friendly nature, clean and considerate (like me!) Prefer someone employed full time or full time students (or combination of those). I work in the maritime industry and also the film industry so you probably won't see much of me but I'm always up for a chat or to share a meal with you when it suits. If you like the countryside/beauty/fresh air but want to be within commuting distance of the city or ten minutes from Quakers Hill or Richmond you will be very happy here.
Hey there :) I'm Luke, a 23 year old guy currently living in Windsor, working in carpentry and waiting for my security license to be processed after studying. I'm a pretty busy guy but when I am home I like to become friends and have a good laugh whenever housemates are around. If you aren't mates it's not fun :) Don't have my license at the moment but it's in the goals to get it ASAP. Living close to a train station is preferred. I have a bike and like to keep fit so it doesn't have to be right next to a station :) lol Been at shared houses for a while and I'm looking for a good place to stay for the longer term where everyone understands each other's situations and we all work around each other to make it a good environment :D (at the moment it seems like dream to find the perfect housemates!) I'm pretty easy going and chill about a lot of stuff. I don't care who you are or what you do if you're not an a-hole then I will treat you with respect and do what i can to be there for you! I've lived with a bunch of different people in the past 5-6 years including women so I understand that everybody's different and yeah...if your house is badly unhygienic then don't even bother contacting me !!! I set my date to move as Today, but i honestly don't mind if you have a bit of waiting. I'm not going to rush these things anymore, need to find the right fit for everyone so we can live in harmony :) Hoping to hear from some Awesome people soon so we can get the ball rolling.. Cheers Luke.
I love to cook, so I'm really appreciative of a clean kitchen, and this generally applies to other rooms. I am a very friendly, enthusiastic and positive person, but I'm also happy to keep to myself for a quiet break. I love dogs, am not keen on smoking, and believe that drinking should be classy and in moderation.
Clean, tidy, prefer to stick to myself. Pay my bills, cos i'm reliable like that. Respect other people's space cos I like to have mine respected. Good at sharing, I'm a bit of a home body sometimes and enjoy a family atmosphere but I don't have any expectations. My 2 year old on the other hand.... He's a ball of energy, full of life and mischief so anyone considering having such an awesome house mate will need to have a love for kids with a massive amount of tolerance and acceptance. I really want him to be able to feel free and happy in his living space and to have room to be a kid, to play, to get dirty etc. we both love animals too. I haven't really put any thought into an exact move date, I'm wanting a place that I can use as a stepping stone to look for a place of our own.
Hi, my name is Leanne and I work full time. I lead a healthy lifestyle I am very easy-going and friendly, neat and not very loud. I also enjoy socialising and going out with my friends.
Hi my name is Cassie. I am a 20 year old currently working two jobs 5 days a week before resuming study in 2017. I am a friendly person who gets along with everyone and loves animals so is happy to live with pets also. I am very active, doing indoor soccer twice a week and boxing 5 days a week. i am a very social person and love to go out and have a fun night, when I'm not working weekends that is. I don't get home very late and have normal working hours. I am not a messy person and am happy to help with everyday chores around the house. I also very respectful the personal space of others. I am looking to move out into a place with younger flatmates around my age.
I'm looking for a granny flat or something similar, I have two working German Shepherds that come to work with me daily. I work in Londonderry so am trying to find something nearby. I have the option to house them at the work kennels but they are my family and go where ever I go so I would like a fully fenced yard and people that like dogs! They are obedient and friendly but also great guard dogs.
Hi, I'm a friendly respectful young woman who works full time in Richmond as a Services Support Worker (Community Services Industry). I keep to myself mostly but am very talkative and relatable. I enjoy spending my free time with my family and long term partner Peter. I am looking to rent a home, granny flat, studio or unit by myself but I would like to have my partner stay over a few nights a week. I am a very clean and tidy person and take pride in the appearance and upkeep of my home.
Me and my partner Blake, are gad working and fun to be around. We have mutual respect for others around us and always clean up after ourselves. We both earn money, Blake earns more being a bricky labourer who works hours 6am-4/5pm, Mon. to Fri. And I am currently at TAFE getting my certificate 3 in community services. We are happy to obliged by any rules set in the house and smoking, for Blake is always strictly outside. We do have a small pet who stays inside his cage at all times unless supervised by someone. Although we are young (Blake is 18 on 22/01) we certainly have our heads screwed on.
Just turned 19, am looking for a place to move into and stay as long as I can (longer then 2 months) i work 2 jobs as a marina attendant and a factory worker for a vegan food company. I work some weekends and most week days. I enjoy living in a clean house and with nice people, I am really laid back and I love a good chat. I can also cook some pretty good food
Looking for a share place (with either one or two people), preferably if you are clean, tidy and hygienic like I am! I am currently living on university campus at the moment with 3 other girls so I know what it is like to live with other people. I'm currently working part-time at a pharmacy, but will hopefully be changing to full-time once I graduate from uni in April. I'm currently on my P2 driver's license and have my own car. I am reliable, friendly, easy-going, polite, considerate of others, quiet, honest, clean and tidy, and can cook! :) Thinking of getting a cat once I move, but it probably won't happen for a while. I can be shy and will keep to myself most of the time, unless you want to have a chat and a few drinks, then I might talk your ear off :P I will always pay rent on time or in advanced. Won't have lots of people over and won't throw massive parties. Feel free to message me if you have a place for me! :) * Move in date is approximate, just as long as it's before Dec 1st
Great place for you and your horse! Room available in older style home, based on large property with some equestrian facilities. The room is unfurnished, and does not have a built in robe. The house itself is partially furnished so you can bring as much or as little of your own furniture along. Included in rent is agistment for one horse. Presently in a large shared paddock, the the option of a stable at night. There is a wash bay, round yard and riding pad. Should you wish to bring more than one horse this can be accommodated at a slightly higher weekly price. I'm reliable, very considerate of others, tidy, honest, quiet, kind, polite, funny and I can cook :) I'm moving to Sydney at the start of October, I work Part time in a call centre, I'm very bubbly and positive, I'm respectful, clean, I keep to myself but am still social, I cook some amazing dishes if I don't say so myself.. I like watching movies and staying in but also enjoy camping, fishing and the occasional night out.. I can be shy but I can also talk your ear off, I will always try to put a smile on your dial :) I'm moving to Sydney for a fresh start because my father passed away recently and he was all the family I had unfortunately, so I thought, new city, new experiences, new scenery, new memories! I will always pay rent in advance and won't have lots of people over.. I will keep to myself unless you want to have a chat and a few wines then I might talk your ear off ;) Well I look forward to hearing from you soon :D
