Live in maryland at the moment, looking to move into a quiet share house as i work every weekend, i am only home in the morning and late after work, have 2 week days off that i am usually out doing things.
Clean and tidy, non smoker, non drinker. Keep to myself, happy to watch a movie together and have a chat. My furbaby is 9 and is outside when I’m out and inside like my shadow when I’m home. Ideally looking for newish style of house that has main and en-suite at different end of the house to 2 bed and main bathroom. I work full time and study as well.
Hello! Our names are Tim and Emily, we are both currently studying to become teachers whilst working part time. We both enjoy anything outdoors such as walks/adventures and fishing as well as a drink or two and some days out. Rainy days aren’t the worst with board games, Netflix being there as well as just relaxing around the house most likely doing uni work when needed. We are looking for a couple or individuals to move in with or find a place with to obviously help make it a bit cheaper on everyone. We are neat and tidy and more than happy to have a share of the house work as well respecting others privacy as we do appreciate ours. If you are keen to talk about things or are interested in our ad then please feel free to message me.
I’m a friendly, honest and reliable person. I enjoy socialising but respect people’s privacy. I work as a Pilates and fitness instructor but I am also a very creative soul and love good music, art and dance. I’m reliable, tidy and a great cook ;)
Hey :) I'm Daniel (20) and am new to Newcastle. I'm pretty chilled out most of the time, reading and music being my main interests. I'm clean, easy to live with and usually keep to myself but It'd be cool to live somewhere with a more social vibe. Currently working and living an hour away and am pretty keen to move to Newy as soon as I can.
My partner and I are looking for a new housemate. I'm a 30 year old school teacher and she is 22 and works in hospitality whilst studying at uni. We have a lovely airconditioned 3 bedroom, 2 loungeroom brick and tile home with large outdoor entertaining area in Minmi. It is fully furnished except for the room available for rent which can come either unfurnished or partially furnished. You would basically have primary use of the main bathroom and toilet as we have our own ensuite. The only time the main bathroom would have to be shared is if there are guests at the house. We are a relaxed couple who are social but also like our own space and respectful of our house mates. We have two beautiful and loving outdoor (only) puppers that everyone adores, unfortunately for that reason we can only consider people with selfcontained pets (birds, fish, etc) Rent is $200/week inclusive of water, electricity and NBN broadband. Lawn Maintenance is an extra $15/fortnight but if you own a lawn mower we could always save money and share that chore instead 🙂
Looking for new housemate to share modern, split level townhouse! Spacious living areas with air conditioner, great for entertaining. House is made up of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One of which you will share with one other housemate. Extra toilet downstairs. Room available has built in wardrobe with a ceiling fan. Walking distance to Fletcher Village which has a Coles, chemist, cafe, hairdresser and butcher. Five minute drive to the University of Newcastle and a fifteen minute drive to the heart of town.
The house is in a nice, quiet area. Our neighbours are friendly. All communal areas are furnished and there is ducted air-con/heating. There is a gas stove/dishwasher and all the essentials (coffee pod machine is life). There is a nice outside area. We have an outdoor table setting, a pool, and an outdoor pizza oven. It is open and airy, surrounded by houses but they do not obstruct the view. Yards are looked after. Approx. 10min drive to the University or the M1 and around 25mins to Newcastle CBD/the beach. There is a local gym, doctors, pub, bottle shop, chemist and Chinese at the end of the street. Fletcher shops is a 5min drive/15min walk and has Coles, Liquorland, Subway, Dominos, a bakery, a butcher, a cafe and another chemist and medical centre. The garage has a small fitness area (punching bag, some weights, and a fan). Room: The room has a built in wardrobe, timber floors. Pictures shown are indicative of the room not the furniture. It is approx. 3.8*2.9 Bills are included in the rent. However if we change something, e.g. if second fridge is required. Then we may need to add a little more to the bills. Internet is unlimited and has good wifi range. House Rules: Okay with having friends/family over but not a party house. Must be neat/tidy and non smoking. Respect others and their property.
This is a 2-storey duplex located in the heart of Maryland - an 8 min drive from the uni and 2 minutes from the closest shopping centre. The room is fully furnished, with double bed, large wardrobe with mirrored doors and an AC/heating vent. The main bathroom is shared between two tenants. The house itself is fully furnished and communal, with open study room, large open-plan living and kitchen, smart tv and lighting, and AC/heating both up and downstairs. We do have pets, so please be aware of this before contacting me.
Hi! I'm looking to move out of home, though I have lived alone previously. I'm generally a quiet and tidy person - I work 2 jobs and am starting my masters at uon soon so I'm very busy. I'm looking for 1-2 roommates and am vegetarian, though not bothered by having meat, etc. around. Thanks!
I’m a 1st year apprentice mechanic at a high performance mechanic shop Ive recently moved down from Brisbane and looking to move out of my Aunty’s and uncles house would also be good to make new friends cause I know barely no one down here
Hey, I'm Mitch, 30. I currently live on the Central Coast and looking for a place closer to uni and work. . I currently Study full time (3rd year engineering) at UON and work part time as an electronics technician and training in product design. . I’m pretty chill, easy going, get along with everyone. I usually keep to myself, although I'm always up for a social chat/drink/feed, and open to new experiences and activities. . Most of the time I'll be at uni/work and some weekends back on the coast, but I'm always keen to hang/chill when I got some downtime. . ~~Roommate Experience~~ I've had plenty of shared accommodation experience, I cook (if group dinners are a thing), I clean up after myself and can stick with a chore schedule (if your place does that). I usually give the common places a sweep when needed (not a clean freak or anything like that, just a habit i grew into), pay bills on time, and I am open and respectful to my roommates belongings and privacy. . ~~My Interests?~~ Kayaking, Surfing (not very good, but relaxing), mtg (commander), polishing gems, strategy board games. I like trying new things too (You need a fourth person for your Ice skating relay team? I've never done it but I'll give it a go ;) . haha but legit open to anything from nerdy games to sports to gigs) . ~~What I'm looking for in my Room mates?~~ Same as you I suppose (most ads post this, but its true), People who I can chill and hang out with, but also respect each others boundaries and privacy. . . Feel free to ask me any other questions if you want to know more about me!
Hi! I'm Indiana, 20 years old and about to begin a teaching degree at the University of Newcastle (Callaghan campus) mid year. I'll be packing up, leaving my full time office job and moving from my hometown in the Northern Rivers in mid to late May or first week of June. I am a respectful and tidy person to live with, quiet and low key but enjoy good conversations and socialising. I've been raised to always clean up after myself and to contribute to housework, which is what I'm looking for in potential housemates as well :)
