Hey, Im Mitch 43, have fulltime job, working Mon to Fri. Im easy going person with a great sense of humor. Non smoker, social drinker. Im a very clean tidy person hate mess. I'll respect your place and things and not be in the way.
I am a neat and tide type of person who is looking for a place to live for the first time out of the family home. I am not currently work but I am willing to do what ever needs to be done while I am around the house.
Hey I'm Lisa, Im a 24-year-old Childcare worker looking to find a place around Cameron Park, Fletcher, Glendale or Warners Bay. I'm super clean, cook well, love a glass or wine or bourbon and am a huge foodie. I enjoy going for walks, watching movies and spending time with family and friends at a nice cafe or shopping. I'm always up for a random adventure. Although I do have a 1-year-old cat named Mia who is super friendly and is really tiny for her age. Mia is bathed once a month to get rid of any dander on her fur which may cause allergies, she spends her days outside and comes in to sleep. I own a fridge, washing machine, lounge, microwave and out door setting as well as loads of other household items and my bedroom furniture. Please message me if you're interested in sharing a house. I really want a nice modern home that I can live in for a couple of years.
I am 22 years old. Needing to move out of my sisters and closer to uni. I am going into my third year of teaching. I am very respectful and tidy. I have everything for a house, (fridge, lounges, kitchenware etc). Preferably looking to start a lease with some people. If you are interested or wanna know more, either message me or send me a text.
I'm a tidy, nice, stay quiet person I got full time job in biada factory just want to live better environment that's reason I want to move , also I go away most time on weekend, I'm not often stay at home when I got day off just want find some nice people share with and live peaceful and no conflict , thanks
Hey I'm Mitch, I'm a very easy going dude that is looking for a comfortable place to live. I'm clean, tidy and organised by nature but wont be a Nazi about it 24/7 haha. I am very sociable and have a great outgoing relationship with my friends/family but I'm not looking to join a rundown party house at all! Beers and Wines by the beach and maybe some eggs Benedict on the weekend sounds good to me. I also like to train at the Gym 4-5 times a week and go for Jogs with my doggo. She is a very obedient outside pet that is loved by everyone who meets her. She will reside with me so pets need to be considered but I can assure she is not a problem at all. I currently own a property in Beresfield but due to a split with my partner we are now going through the process of selling and I plan to rent for at least 12 months provided the place is comfortable and flatmates are friendly :) Location needs to be close to Newcastle preferably but may consider other options. I work full-time (40+ hours) and study part time Via Correspondence. So with work study and Gym Mon-Fri I will be out of your hair haha but when it comes to the weekend I'm very easy to get along with! :) And I am not lazy in the slightest so Yard/pool maintenance is not problem what so ever. Let me know if I could be considered. Cheers.

I am looking for someone to move into the spare room in my townhouse for a long period of time due to my housemate leaving on short notice. I also have a second room I am wanting to rent out too. All students welcome for nearby accommodation of the Newcastle University that is just down the road! Both bedrooms fit a queen bed and two bedsides nicely. Also room for a computer desk or anything else you may have (tv cabinet and tv) etc. Have your own bathroom and large built in wardrobe space. The house is completely furnished. Bills will be spilt equally when they are due quarterly (electricity and gas), this makes it fair. Bedroom for 180$ is the spare room, spacious and right next to the shared bathroom upstairs. Bedroom for $200 is upstairs at the end of the complex with a balcony included. The house is very tidy and I am very respectful. You will have your own garage space and parking space. You will have your own privacy and own kitchen space. Our neighbours are not noticed as it is a completely quiet area, perfect for the best night sleeps. Townhouse is within walking distance to Shortland, Jesmond and Wallsend shops including many bus stops close by. Perfect location, down the road close to the Newcastle University. A little bit about me I work FT and have an indoor cat who does his own thing all of the time (meaning he sleeps on my bed or struts around the house). I am not noisy and have respect for all visitors (or new roommates). Please contact me if you have any questions, I am completely flexible to work with and happy to organise any inspection times/dates before moving in. Available Now! Thank you and I look forward to being your roommate :)

Looking for a share house, i am clean and tidy but still relaxed. I have a budgie which would be nice if he could live with me too :) I currently work full time as a vet nurse. I do have a boyfriend but understand he would not be able to visit so this should not be a problem. I like spending my days off at the beach or having a few drinks with my friends.
Myself and partner are looking for some temporary accomadation. Both work full time. Would like to arrange an inspection time for any suitable places in the Newcastle region
Hi, I am looking for an unfurnished room, preferably either near the Uni or the beach and town. I am 23 and looking for housemates in their early twenties. I am a very clean and tidy housemate. I respect others belongings and space, and always clean up after myself. I'm very friendly, and have been living in Newcastle for the past 8 months. I am studying architecture, and work in hospitality, and am originally from the Blue Mountains. I love to explore the Newcastle area, and enjoy socializing. I have been living in a share house, but my landlord want access to the house over the summer, so am looking for a new place. I wont be able to move in till February. Thanks :)
Hello! We are very tidy and clean housemates who respect personal space, but are also very friendly and enjoy having a chat or just chilling out together. Ashleigh is a uni student and is in her third year of a Bachelor of Arts, and Blake is very handy with jobs around the house and technology, and is currently looking for work. We like to keep to ourselves most of the time, but if you're a fan of boardgames, movie nights or late night trips to Yogurtland, then we will get along great too :D We keep shared living areas very clean and tidy, are considerate with our noise levels and would keep our housemates up to date if we would like to have friends or family over. We love animals, and wouldn't mind feeding or walking them for you. We enjoy sharing weekend beverages, trips to the beach and finding places to eat delicious food! We are also both very tall, so we can help clean high spots or get things down for you :P Please feel free to contact us if you'd like to know more or to meet up. We look forward to hearing from you! :)
Hi, I'm Sarah. I'm studying my Masters in Social Work and working in mental health with an NGO. My current real estate (Nextview Property) are happy to rent to me again so If I can find one or two others to live with me, we're good! I'm an amazing housemate and have an indoor rabbit named Margot that spends her days getting pats. She is smart, litter trained and more of a cat-dog. I'm very clean, considerate of all my housemates, responsible, active, enjoy a glass of wine, hanging out and gaming. I am open to living pretty much anywhere from Wallsend to Newcastle.
I am financially independent, extremely responsible and definitely cleaner than the average Aussie male. I am going to be living in Newcastle for 2 years while completing my Masters degree. I'm happy to have a drink n chat n chill or to keep to myself if you prefer privacy. I love sport, particularly League, cricket and soccer. Also play golf and other sports. Enjoy movies & TV but don't like spending hours watching, more likely to play PS4 or just get out of the house to do something. I do a pretty good BBQ, can cook reasonably well and don't mind sharing housework duties. The main catch is that I am married, and my wife would be staying for a month or so in April and another month in October. I would be going back to China to run my schools Summer camp for 6 weeks in Australian winter. At the end of November I would be moving back to China for 3 months between semesters. At this point I would decide whether to keep the same accommodation for 2 years without a break or to move out before my time away.
Hello! I am 18 years old, currently working as a receptionist in a conveyancing firm. Moving to be closer to the University of Newcastle where i'll be studying architecture. Looking for people who are extroverted, enjoy a few drinks occasionally whilst also respecting their roommates, privacy, and personal space. Moving with a friend, her page is https://flatmates.com.au/F1779218?first_time=true if you would like to suss her out. Feel free to message me anytime!
I'm happy and easy-going, looking for a nice little place to call home. About to start studying medicine full-time at Newcastle Uni and will be working in retail part-time as well! I have a little lovely dog, she's a toy poodle x King Charles cavalier (only 4kg!). She is fully house trained, 3 years old, very quiet. She loves sleeping on laps and going for her daily walks. I'll be keeping myself pretty busy but will be happy to have a chat and hang out with the people I live with. Looking for friendly people. I have some hobbies that may benefit others; I'm fond of making desserts, for example. Happy to join an established household or team up with others to find a rental together, preferably by start of semester on Feb 27.
I will be busy working part time and studying full time, so would be out of the house for a lot of the time. On the occasion when I am at home, I am quiet and neat and tidy. By nature, I am easy going, and friendly. I like to unwind by going out for casual drinks, going out for brunch/dinner, reading and watching movies.
- Really laid back, easy going and sociable. - Respectful of others privacy and independent - have a passion for sport especially Rugby! - Nationality: Tongan, Pacific islander - First year student at university of Newcastle
