Joe and I are from the UK and are currently travelling around Australia. We are currently working in Woodside for the Vintage and would like to stay in the area for the next two months. We are very clean and tidy and are friendly and sociable. If you have any questions or need to know further info, please feel free to give us a call on the number provided. Thanks very much! So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
I work full time in the city. I have a dog who is my everything and his needs come first! I do travel sometimes for work, but otherwise I'm happy socialising, going out for breaky, running after work, cooking, chilling at home. I take pride in where I live and am looking to create a new home with someone else where there's lots of natural light in a neautiful setting. I'm happy to furnish it as interior decorating is an interest of mine and the environment i'm looking to create is a home where we both feel comfortable and happy.

Hi whoever, I work FIFO roster so I will work away for 3 weeks (during this time I will be living at my work and not in Adelaide) and then I will have 3 weeks break to which i will be Living in the house in Adelaide. So I will only be there half the time I like my own company but also don't mind being social or whatevers going on. I don't care either way I'm pritty adaptable I love animals and fitness and being active. I'm pritty chill and easy going and friendly. My circumstance is situated primarily around my dog as her wellbeing is my main focus; I am I particular looking for a housemate/s Who adores dogs and is willing to take care of her and love her as if she was their own while I am away at work - I will obviously take care all expenses involved in the care taking of her. My dogs name is Sabah. She is a o year old medium size mongrel (we think Staffordshire cross) she is a very lovable dog; Loves people and attention and is very loyal. She is intelligent and obedient and is not a barking dog. Most people always comment on how obedient and loyal she is and the ones who have spent some time with her baby sitting her for me have gotten attached to her. A decent backyard is also optimal. I understand my circumstance is unique But my dog is my priority here so please don't contact me unless you feel you fit my requirements. If so I would love to here from you!
I am an easy going clean tidy responsible reliable person...looking for long term accommodation in a share house or to team up to get a house in Adelaide... I have 2 small cats that are clean n tidy... I have 1 car a small boat... Feel free to contact me anytime...Cheers
I'm a 25 year old student with stable part time work who's easygoing and non-judgemental; so you do you. I generally keep to myself but I'm open to a bit of banter. I spend my spare time at home studying/playing video games or at the gym (been pretty slack lately though). Some say I'm a living meme.
Hi, I'm a student who values studying and nature! I'm an A grade student (which my reports can prove), and am extremely independent; I've been living out of home for about a year and a half now, and living independently for around a year with my dad's permission (I can provide references if you want, or you could contact my dad). I'm very responsible, usually very quiet and I can keep to myself. I occasionally have friends over, but never any more than two people at a time. I love writing, drawing, singing, fitness, and I plan on joining the army once I graduate! I'm part of the C3 Adelaide Hills Church in Hahndorf, and on the music/worship team as a singer for C3 Friday Night Youth. I've just recently joined a gym in Bridgewater. I was born and grew up in the hills, and so I'd love to continue staying in the hills as it's genuinely my home! I've been renting in Mount Barker since April, but due to distance issues, school and etc-era I'm just looking for somewhere closer to the Aldgate/Stirling area. I've just been accepted into the ASMS (which is on the Flinder's University campus), so I'm looking for somewhere to move into asap so I can organise myself for school. I also receive my own income, so there's no worry about me being unable to pay rent. :) Where I currently live, I also look after my own living room area, balcony and bathroom. It would be preferred if there was internet/internet access included so I could continue to do my homework. :)
I am moving to adeliade in April , I am a quality spealist in the food sector . Love art ,music and adventures love to travel and definetly believes in having a work life balance. Simple lifestyle
Recently moved to South Australia from country Victoria. Hoping to stay near Athelstone or between the city and Athelstone. Love media: movies, books, tv; pets are great but don't have any of my own - I love garden, parks and the bush too but it's fine if the property doesn't have outdoor space. I'm a computer programmer by trade.... and maybe occasionally sometimes can be a total geek :) Social drinker & looking for a non-smoking house indoors but where it's okay to smoke outside. Non-shared bathroom would be great. I don't have a fixed length of stay but at least more than 6 months would be great.
Large Executive residence, with all the very best furniture and fittings Backing directly onto Morialta Reserve and bus stop 5 minutes to to Uni SA Magill I do have a small dog, so you would need to love dogs to apply
This property is brand new with a magnificent kitchen, built in robes and all bedrooms will comfortably fit double beds. Work is still being done to the Garden and which should be finished by the end of March early April. Ducted air conditioning through can also isolate specific rooms. There is a huge pantry, dishwasher and microwave oven and gas stove and huge gas oven suitable for the master chef. There is also a gas BBQ outside. Athelstone has a lot of great features for nature lovers with walks up to Black hill and Morialta Conservation Park close by. There is a convenient IGA, bakery, chemist, and 24 hr gym and service station at the Athelstone shopping centre just an 800 m walk up the road from home. Continental Deli, Chinese, fish and chip takeaway also just up the street. Public transport within 30 m of front door goes to Paradise Interchange and the trip to the City is 35 min or 20-25 min by car. There are two living areas and a large open space family room and dinning area off the kitchen. Happy to rearrange space to suit prospective housemates that have furniture. Internet included in rent. Utilities costs shared with others. Outside smoking only. One room will be kept vacant for visitors and could be used as another office. There is one spare single bed but furniture can be arranged if needed. Sorry no dogs or cats allowed. Fish, turtles or birds are fine.
