A cute yurt on 30 undulating acres with views to take your breath away. Reverse cycle air-conditioning and a wood fire. This quiet, private property offers a rural lifestyle close to the freeway. Would suit both student and/or worker, with access to both Canberra and Goulburn. This is a lived-in house with pets who love company. If you're not an animal lover, then it's not the right place for you. There are currently horses, cows, dogs and a cat on the property. Agistment for one horse can be negotiated. This is a rural property, therefore there is kangaroos, wombats, feral deer and the occasional poisonous snake. I recommend enclosed shoes when walking around the place. Shared kitchen, laundry and bathroom. The rent will include gas, water and electricity. Please note that there is only tank water available and we can run dry! The shared bathroom comprises a shower, sink and toilet. The shared kitchen has a gas stove, large pantry and a dishwasher. I will maintain the overall cleanliness of the property; that is cleaning the bathroom, vacuuming etc., however we are all expected to clean up after ourselves and be respectful of each other. Kitchenware is provided. You will need to bring your own towels and bed sheets.

I am a Masters student looking for a new place to call home! I am easy going and neat and tidy. I love to cook (and share my food with other people) as well as a good laugh or chat. I am also pretty active (gym, long walks exploring Canberra). While I enjoy socialising I also respecting that people need their own space. P.S. a pet friendly place would be great but isn't essential

I am a clean and tidy person who is easy to get along with. I enjoy having a drink or two with friends and having the occasional dinner together. I do have a pet Devon Rex cat named Calvin who i would love to live with me but he doesn't have to if you do not allow pets. I work night shifts from wednesdays to saturdays so I often sleep through those days but enjoy my days off by relaxing and catching up with friends and family.
Hey everyone, I am currently looking for a new place to live! I am looking at apartments/ townhouses on my own and ideally looking to team up with someone similar to live with! But if the right share house comes up I won’t say no. I am 24, currently working as a childcare assistant educator and work full time Monday to Friday. I like to keep to myself most of the time, but enjoy others company every now and then. I like to have a few drinks occasionally and like to have friends over from time to time as well. Message me if you wanna know more :)

We have one room available in a two-story 3-bedroom house in a quiet, convenient area. The house is within walking distance of the local shops and supermarket, and is located on the Red-Rapid bus line with direct buses to Gungahlin Marketplace and Civic. We're also a short walk from the relaxing Yerrabi Pond and Mulligan's Flat Nature Reserve. The house has many attractive features, including: - Ducted heating and cooling - Unlimited FTTP NBN connection - Two separate living areas plus dining room - Double garage (with car space available and ample street parking for visitors) - Gas cooking and hot water, making utilities exceptionally cheap (average less than $20 p/w) - All household appliances and furnishings included (except the room) - One shared bathroom, one ensuite and one standalone powder room and toilet on bottom floor - Quiet neighbours and neighbourhood We also have one friendly short-hair ginger cat, who (luckily) sheds very little and is well behaved.
Female, full time student, studying law. In my final year and applying for internships. Part time working in retail and keen to move on up and out into the law field asap. I keep to myself most of the time. Though I do like the regular movie night and training sessions. I have a dog, titan, that's in training for mind dog program. So he is well behaved, house trained and loving. Would love to remain living in Canberra but it's getting pretty hard to find pet friendly accom as a one person. North Canberra would be my preference... anywhere lol. Keen for team ups
Up for rent is 1 very large room in our 4 bedroom brand new Moncrieff share home. We are looking for a couple or single to rent the room so please message us if you are looking! You will be sharing the house with 2 males and 1 females aged between 21-23 who are students and professionals. We are a very social group and get along very well, enjoying an odd social drink or a trip out to civic but we are not a party house. (unless there is a special occasion :P) You must also be okay with helping out with the chores as we appreciate a tidy environment. House is fully furnished but your bedroom is not. The room is very large with built in mirrored robes. There is an ensuite in the master so you will only be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person. (photo in ad is of another smaller room, room is much larger) If you have cars there is plenty of space on the driveway or on the street. The house is hooked up with unlimited NBN WIFI so if you' d like to use that you can chip in for $25 a month. Bond will be $960 which will be required up front and rent is $240 a week total for 2 people. Bills are split evenly between all 5 house mates when they arrive. We also have 2 lovely dogs (a jack russel and a labrador) and an old cat so you will need to be pet friendly too. Absolutley no smokers as it was a condition of renting the property. Feel free to message if you have any questions! :-)
