It has a great view, it is a nice big open planned house, with big rooms, kitchen and lounge room. It is close Geelong, the beach and under an hour from Melbourne. It's peaceful and has some land and has been well maintained since being built around 10 years ago.
Hi I'm Sean, I'm easy to get along with, neat and tidy, handy around the house and garden, and I love cooking. I live quietly but that said I like to get out and stay active and I love a few beers and a chat around the fire.I have three kids that stay with me every second weekend so I need a place that is kid friendly and a flatmate that is the same. If there's any questions please feel free to chat.
This townhouse is a new build and offers spacious rooms and a large living area. The bathroom is very large and the property also offers 2 toilets. The property is fully furnished and has unlimited internet and Foxtel. Close to public transport and local shopping. Quiet area and property is on a secure block.
Hey guys! I am looking for somewhere in the Geelong area after securing a job there. Currently living in Melbourne, so will be going back there a few days a week. I'm super easy to get along with, spend a bit of time at the gym, love to go out and socialize, love my music and spend time at the beach & doing fun adventurous things where I can. I'm an animal lover (particularly dogs!) & I have my own little fur baby called Hermione who comes with me most places. She is a Yorkie, so she is tiny, and she gets along with anybody and anything. I'd love if you also had a little fur baby for her to play with! I'm also a happy, non-preachy vegetarian and love to eat healthy and stay active. I also don't mind a drink or two when I'm off work! Would love to stay with some people of similar mindsets and lifestyles :)
The house is on a main road, with shops and Waterworld just down the road. There is a main shopping centre and also the local shops not far away. The bus stop is just around the corner, a few minutes walk. It's only about a 10 minute drive into town. The property is very homely and clean and will be shared with one other and his pet dog. There is no smoking in the house. But there is a lovely backyard that you're welcome to enjoy and smoke out there. There is parking on the property. I would prefer a female flatmate. Someone that is clean and responsible. Food and linen is not included.
Just 6km outside of Geelong city with nearby freeway access. It’s a quiet area with plenty of street parking. You can also park your car inside the property behind a gate for added security if you wish. There are local shops and a gym nearby with an Aldi currently being built just down the road. The house, kitchen, laundry and living room is furnished and has all the necessary appliances as well as roller shutters on the windows to block out light. There is a very large rumpus at the back of the house, and the living room has a gas fireplace. The spare bedroom is empty and will require your own bed but comes with a very large wardrobe.
Hi there, I'm Hemant, currently in Sydney and moving to Geelong by 30th July. I'm an IT engineer and will be working full time at Client Office. What I do for fun! Catching up with friends and family I would say specializing in general meeting new ppl. Ive just recently come back from a trip overseas so I'm keen to save more and travel more to.
Hi. I have never lived with housemates. I look forward to meeting new people and having company. I think having your own space is important also. I like to cook and pretty healthy but love the occasional cheat meal and alcoholic beverage :) I work full time monday to Friday in point cook but am getting a transfer to my geelong office early next year. I like keeping fit. I don't mind living with people who have pets.
Hi there! I am currently a Psychology student in Deakin Waurn Ponds. I am in my third year and probably will go on to study more! I have previous shared accomodation experience and am respectful to my housemates. I am accepting of anyone and everyone. I am very tidy don't worry haha! The house will be well looked after. I love cooking and might even offer to cook meals here and there if I get a chance! I work 2 jobs, I day job and 1 night job. I like going out with friends, but I also do value my alone time to think and relax at the same time. Sometimes, a good night with Netflix simply takes the cake! I'm easy to get along with and love a good chat. I will be a great asset to your home! It says 6 months on my page, but that is only the minimum. Same with move in date, am flexible with that one. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
I like living here as it's a quiet area. My property is on three quarters of an acre, I have chickens in the back, two cats and a dog. I have alot of fruit trees that I've planted scattered all over the back yard, on a sunny day it's nice to sit out there and read a book. Rules would be to look after the property as this is our home. To be respectful of noise in the evening when others might be sleeping. I have two rooms available. One is Studio/Granny flat, this has a Queen Size wall bed, a bathroom, Kitchenette, but you'll need a microwave oven and maybe a portable cooker. There is a tiny fridge, there is a pool table in there and an air hockey table, a couch, TV, Desk, heating - there a fireplace and also a split system heater and air conditioner. The other room is in the house. This has a single bed in it. A desk, bedside table. Both would suit a student.
