Hello there! Our housemate Joe sadly has to go back to England so we are looking for a new friend! The room available has heaps of natural light and a big wardrobe and shares the bathroom with only one other person. Bills.. To keep it easy, we all pay $25 a week on top of our rent to cover all the bills: Internet, Foxtel, Electricity, Gas, Water. There are 5 bedrooms in total, 3 of them have ensuites and the other 2 do not. We're all very busy professional people and it's a rare (and exciting) event for us all to be home at the same time. The ideal housemate will be a happy and friendly busy bee like us, someone that is up for a chit chat and a wine here and there but has a life of their own. At the moment we are 3 girls and 3 guys aged 24 to 28. We are not fussed if you are a girl or a guy - as long as you are a generally clean and tidy nice person. This is an LGBTQI friendly house. The shared spaces include the kitchen (with walk-in pantry),one big main lounge room with foxtel, a separate dining room, the laundry which has a washing machine and dryer. If this sounds like the place for you - please drop me a line as we'd love to meet you!

My friend is vacating the room and I am looking for a responsible, respectful and quiet housemate. The property is large with ample space. The room to let is very large and can fit a table, King or Queen size bed, lamp and cupboards. It has a large window. There are two levels to the property. Yours room will be on the ground floor with shared toilet and bathroom on ground floor with another housemate. However as he is very busy and hardly at home so you would be mostly using the bathroom/toilet yourself only although, please note it is to be shared when he is around. This is a NO smoking, parties or pets household. Sorry- but no couples either. Room comes unfurnished except for one cupboard. However, you can buy a mattress from us at $50 if you need. You can use my washing machine and dryer located in the laundry room with respect. There are two fridges. One is mine and the other for you and the other housemate to use. Well equipped household- has a sofa in lounge, dining table and chairs. Kitchen is equipped too. You can use the cooking utensils but you must wash up so others can use it. Off street parking. Bus and tram 59 near by directly to City and Melbourne University. 10 minutes walk to Glenverbie train station. Close to city. Although the suburb is Essendon, it is actually the borderline of Moonee Ponds side. So we do the Coles/Woolies shopping at Moonee Ponds and many nice cafes around. There are also many food deliveries to the area so you are in a very central area yet also near to the park (Queens Park) where you can exercise and enjoy nature.

Hi there, I am into health and fitness and cleaning living. I am mature minded and respectful. Also happy to share a meal and chat when suits. Look forward to hear from you soon! Looking for a room with an ensuite or 2 bedroom/2 bathroom style apartment to share.
Professional male, 30, looking for a private room in a suitable hose / flat share. I am from Ireland originally and an Australian Citizen. I am relocating to Melbourne from Sydney in late January for a new job, starting early February. I am looking for something for circa 2 months or so (possibly more), while I wait for my partner to relocate to Melbourne. I believe I am a considerate and respectable housemate who always enjoys a laugh and a chat.
Am a nice, both introverted and extroverted person and tidy housemate with a bubbly personality who gets along with everyone and treats everyone just the way i would like to be treated.I used to rent with others and now am renting by myself .I work full time and after work, i like a bit of alone time to recharge myself . I am looking to rent with someone with whom i can get along with and who works full time as well so the rent, chores and bill shares are fair to each other. I like catching up with friends outside home so I dont disturb my housemate and I respect space and privacy of housemate and expect same. But i don't mind friends come over sometimes as long as not party house and noisy people I already have my furniture and happy to share when moving to new place or can sell them if needed Happy to meet to see if we get along and find a nice decent place to share and stay like a family Looking to rent with only one female professional please
22 years old from Perth, currently working as an apprentice chef. I'm easy going and tidy and always up for hanging out or getting a beer. Looking for a place around Essendon, Moonee Ponds area close to work ~$200/week
I'm a 20 year old Kiwi looking to move to Melbourne to kick off my OE (on a break from studying education). I tend to gravitate towards people who are older, so please don't be put off by the low biological number of my age! I'm supremely responsible, clean, considerate and easy to live with. Very skilled at being quiet when needed but also enjoy grooving to a good party. I love a wine, shared meal and Netties but like my own space too. Looking for a home that is sociable but not a 24/7 party. My spare time is filled with improv dancing and pretending to be Lorde as well as writing poetry and wasting time on the internet. I'm plant based and environmentally concious, so it would be glorious to live with people on the same wavelength.
Im a self sufficient individual who enjoys a clean space and am able to be social or keep to myself if need be.
