In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, yoga, spending time with friends and family, having some cheeky beverages and a boogie, being in nature, going on adventures with friends and doing spontaneous activities. I am looking for a housemate who has a good, fun, easy going, chilled out vibe and is A+ at communicating with others. Being comfortable at home is extremely important to me and I would hope to find someone who is respectful of space but also doesn't constantly hide away in their room. I'm pretty chilled out with dishes/cleaning etc. I'm not too bothered for a move in date - I'm more so waiting until I find the perfect place/person to move in with. I am very quiet and generally keep to myself, I do socialise with housemates but I also respect everyone’s privacy. I clean up after myself and is very easy going. I do have a 6yo female staffy so I would need a place that’s pet friendly.
The house is fully furnished with two fridges, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, all sheets, pillows, cooking utensils and towels provided. Everything you could need is here. A Cafe style espresso coffee machine comes in very handy to start the day! There is super fast internet. The bus stop is at the end of the street, 15min to the city. The supermarket is three streets away. An alarm system and locking bedroom door, to keep thing safe. There is heating and cooling and a sauna, which is nice during the winter months. Its a safe nice neighbourhood.

Students and professionals are most welcome. TOWNHOUSE: You will be sharing the townhouse with 3 other persons. This is a four (4) bedroom townhouse. There is no parking available. ROOM: This is a newly renovated ground floor spacious self contained area which consists of two rooms - (1) the doublebed room and (2) an adjoining living /study room area. So, you get two rooms plus a kitchenette and an en-suite toilet/shower. Please note that the kitchenette comes with a fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle but does not have cooking hobs for cooking. You will need to use the full kitchen in the townhouse on level 1 if you want to fry, steam, grill or bake. The full kitchen in the townhouse has an electrical cooktop and oven. BATHROOM: Shower and toilet ensuite. RENT: $250 per week. We pay 2 weeks' rent in advance. Please note that the rent does not include electricity. You will share the electricity bill with the other tenants. The electricity bill is usually $2-$3 per person per day depending on the season. So you should budget around $14-$20 per week for electricity. BOND: $1000 (4 week’s rent) to be paid before you move in. The bond is fully refundable subject to certain conditions when you move out. THE HOUSE We live in a large two story house in Greenacres, with a big park across the road and only a 5 minute drive from Klemzig Interchange, and 10/15 mins to city outside of peak traffic. Walking distance to 2 bus stops that will take you to the city, and a $16 Uber home from town. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, 2 living areas, kitchen (obvs), laundry, and a large 1 car or small 2 car garage. Not too large that it’s a nightmare to clean, but big enough that we’re not living on top of each other. There’s a balcony off my room that we’ll sometimes eat brekkie on together or drink wine if the weather is fine.

The house is close to IGA, Hungry Jacks, cafe, post office and other shops. A 2-minute walk to the bus stop and 15-minute bus ride to the city. The no shoes indoor policy applies in this household (trust me, this works a treat as the floor tiles normally stay clean for a good two weeks).
