I’m transitioning from 28 years in the technical field to the field of teaching English as a second language (ESL). At the moment I am completing a diploma in ESL through an online course. I was Iooking forward to staying in Hobart, but the smoke from the fires is too thick to stay. I am now looking in the north of the state for a room from 10 February to 26 April. I am clean, quiet, honest, fit, reliable and health-minded. My references include: 8 Victorian housesitting referrals; a job reference from the Department of Justice, Victoria; a recent National Police Certificate and a Victorian Working With Children Check card. I am a trained Montessori teacher; Neuro-linguistic Programming practitioner; and Mediation (conflict resolution) practitioner, and I hold a Certificate IV in Youth Work. I am an outgoing, responsible and tidy person. I have experiences living in a shared house and respect my housemates privacy. I enjoy walking, writing, swimming and discovering Tasmania.

Hi future flat mates! My name is Naomi and I am moving to Tasmania to work as a Dietitian. I am looking for a room in a shared house that has a back yard for me and my beautiful border collie called Indi. Indi is 5 years old, well behaved and loves people. He is no hassle and would be a great addition to any household. When I'm not working, you can find me running Indi, reading or watching Netflix, whipping up a storm in the kitchen (I make great chocolate brownies) and exploring. I am easy going, clean and respectful of those I live with. I am not a party animal but am always up for sharing a glass of wine or cup of tea at home. I am looking to move by the 1st of March, but could be earlier if the right place arises.

Looking for someone to split rent within an area close to the Newnham University. I am respectful, neat and have experience living with multiple people. I dabble in art and am studying a STEM major at Newnham Utas. Due to my major, I will be moving to Hobart in 2020 and will be looking to move out after the second semesters end this year.
We are a quiet couple with 2 small amd friendly dogs. Jasmine is at UTAS and Josh has a cert III in IT, about to commence his bachelors in IT. We rarely have people over or leave/come back particularly late or early. We mostly keep to ourselves but also love a chat. We're looking to share with a dog lover as ours are very sociable. Josh is a wheelchair user and would need an entrance that could be ramped (we can install ramps ourselves) and a relatively flat shower (no showers over baths or raised showers). Our dogs need a secure backyard, but we could put in small sections of fence if need be. We'd need a queen sized bedroom with eiter built ins or room to put a wardrobe. Josh has a small business and would also require space for his equipment and IT items. We know this is a lot to ask but if anyone can help we'd be very happy!
21, Originally from NZ but have lived in Aus for the last 7 years. I’ve been living in Launceston on and off for 4 years for uni. I usually study during the day but I like to make time for the gym and chilling with mates so I’m often not home though I would like living with someone who’s happy to hang out. Always keen for a chat and love to experiment on the stove though I am mindful and happy to keep the place clean. I work two jobs, both based in Hobart on weekends so I’ll mostly only be around on weekdays. Ideal housemate would be someone who loves a laugh and is pretty easy going.
I'm a nursing student at Utas and am looking for accommodation for this year. I'm looking for a place to share with other flatmates so the cost is lower. I'm from Hobart, I am very tidy and happy to help with any gardening or cleaning. I'll hopefully be working as well as my studies.
Hola. I am Bhavin and I will be commencing my 2nd semester in UTAS. I have lived in houseshare before, so I am familiar with household chores. My mild OCD ensures that everything around me is neat and tidy. I can cook Indian cuisine (try to) so my roommates will be treated with tasty food. I am a vegetarian. Usually, I will be out in the evening playing soccer or going to trivia nights. During my free time, I like to explore Tassie. I am quite friendly but will respect others privacy. Can't wait to meet new people.
