It is a rural property 9 km from Seymour Room for a horse if you have one. Agistment would be extra. Quiet area. Seymour has train to Melbourne. Undercover outdoor area with BBQ and Spa. You would share the kitchen and laundry. Large family room and lounge room with a wood fire for heating. Plenty of gardens for planting vegetable if you so desire. 3km from Rail Trail to Mansfield if you are into bike riding.
Hi, I am looking for somewhere for me and my 15 year old daughter to live. I work full time and my daughter is a student. We are quiet home bodies who ride and compete horses in a spare time. We have 3 horses that are agisted in Broadford and we have a dog - Cattle Dog X who is still a puppy but very well behaved. Looking to move ASAP. Thanks for taking the time to read. Thanks Jaq
I'm really neat and quiet and always pay rent on time. I'm looking for a place asap as I'm living in motels at the moment. I'm looking for work right now but until I find some I'm on Centrelink payments.
I'm a live-and-let-live adult with an interest in the arts. I pay by direct debit, I'm cool with animals and smokers and I'm looking for a sanctuary to come home to. I'd prefer somewhere that isn't surrounded by traffic noise. I'm on the DSP....oh horror! I hear you say. But I've been renting longer than you and have a police check and references and I'm out as much as possible. Speaking of being out - I'm moving from the Bendigo area to work on getting off the pension through gigging. I'm a singer with a major in stagefright so I'll be working on that amongst other things. You - would be someone who doesn't muck people around, unlike say, I don't know everyone on this site....? Have a sense of humour and a degree of intelligence. I'd rather not share to be honest but it's that or build a Tiny Home. I'm still weighing up the lesser evil at this point. Other than that I'm pretty quiet and accommodating, if you'll pardon the pun. I don't do prejudice which makes me a damn rarity on this site and I don't do Political Correctness either. Remember Brains? It was a 90's thing, but yeah, I have one of those. So, Millennials beware.
Only there every other week, easy going, love cooking, work on weekdays, respectful, tidy, enjoy yoga, running, fitness and a good laugh. Positive outlook and very social but don't mind my own space and time. Pretty busy so out and on the go a lot!

Will be working full time in the Yarra Valley and am looking for a place to live for 6 months. I am CLEAN, keep to myself, but am absolutely open to meeting new people. I have a degree in Geophysics, so if you like to nerd out, then this just might work out. I love drinking some wine after a long day and exploring anywhere and everywhere on my off days. However, I am here to work and to save money, so nothing crazy will be coming from my end. Let me know if you have anything available!
I am extremely house proud, love to clean, organise (yes, even other people's mess) cook (yes, most definitely for others) I'm more of an introvert these days, sometimes I love to socialise & other times I prefer to recharge on my own. Though of course I am always friendly. I just need to find somewhere to stay that's not a party house & with people whom aren't offended if I keep to myself at times. Whilst I enjoy a few cocktails & or a few glasses of wine, I do not drink in excess (unless it's an actual occasion) & nor do I do drugs or smoke so I am looking for much the same. I don't mind if other people smoke outdoors however I would not want to live with indoor smokers. Preferably I would prefer mature minded people over 30 (I'm 37) However I am open to this & can relate to people of all ages. I have an army of interests & love to learn, travel, explore & evolve. To name a few of my fav's; Motorsport (Supercars, Rally, Sprintcars & GP) Camping Going anywhere new Hiking Travel (anywhere) Adventure & adventure sports Amateur Photography Cooking Reading & Writing Fishing Road Trips (esp unplanned) Floristry I regard myself as always easy to get along with & can usually fit in to any type of homes with ease. Having lots of experience as a live-in nanny I'm used to slotting into all types of dynamics within households. Additionally I have a supervisory finance, treasury, banking, hospitality & events background hence why I believe I can relate to all young & old. .
50 mins from Melbourne, this property is 18 acres of beautiful native bush land surrounding brick house with large verandas sounding the medium sized house perched on top of a hill with beautiful sunset views through the trees. We have chickens and ducks, great systems for composting and growing vegetables. we are 2.5 km from the metro train in Hurstbridge. we have the Foxtel sports channel - my partner likes rugby. I do not watch the screen ;) We are looking for a respectful housemate or couple to live out here on a short term basis.. we might have to move soon. cheers :)
Great little miners cottage with lots of old world charm. Currently getting a fresh coat of paint & sanded floorboards. North facing productive backyard, water tank, pergola, electricity only so no gas bills, nbn included in rent, good sized storeroom. This cottage would suit couple with sustainability focus. Non smoker. Unfortunately not suitable for pets.
We've just moved in to a house in Hidden Valley, and we've got a few spare bedrooms to rent out. It's a large 4 bedroom house with high quality appliances throughout. The entire house is furnished except for the bedrooms. The bedrooms are large and have built in robes. The kitchen is stocked with brand new cutlery, crokery, and cookware, it’s got a massive stove/oven, and TWO HUGE 570L fridge/freezers means enough space for everyone - you'll get half of a massive fridge/freezer all to yourself! The living area has a large 65' 4K UHD TV, and will be able to stream videos from Netflix or YouTube via the unlimited high-speed NBN Wi-Fi. The laundry has a brand new Bosch washing machine - German quality! All of the bills, including cleaning products, laundry powder, toilet paper, etc, as well as the internet, electricity, water, and gas, are bundled up for $30 per week on top of the rent. This way, everyone chips in equally, and no-one has to dread a big power bill taking the fun out of their weekend. We're also going to set up a weekly cleaning roster to keep everything clean - so if you're a grub, please look elsewhere.
Hey i'm Mel, work in the city and spend most of my spare time with my horse. I'm super easy going and come with myself, bedroom furniture and a few kitchen bits and pieces. I prefer to cook separately, and due to my schedule will not around all the time- though I am friendly and up for a chat. I have 6 years rental history over two properties. I am originally from interstate and have family stay once, max twice a year (mum/sister etc), and will need somewhere that can accommodate this. I was planning on moving into a new place with my partner which has unfortunately fallen through (builder issues and house not finished). Of course I have already given notice in my current rental! I need to be out by 1st November. I am flexible- Looking for either a place just for myself, or myself and partner (higher budget of course). Happy with sign onto a new lease, or sublet. Looking for something min 3 months-1 year. My horse is in Hurstbridge so would prefer something within 30mins of this location. I do not have any small animals, but am cool if you do.
