I'm very clean and keep to myself so you wouldn't even know I was there. I don't really bring anyone home so that's a plus. I'll be out all day Monday-Tuesday, put in the afternoons Thursday-Friday and out all weekend for work. Unfortunately I don't own a car so hopefully you're close to a train station.
Hi, my name is Serena and let me tell you a few reasons why I would make a great flat mate. First off, I'm very independent and work two jobs (I bartend at night) so I'll be out late most nights. I'm from Seymour (100km north of Melbourne), I also study at university and will be down at the campus three days out of the week. I love music and play guitar but don't worry I have headphones for all that. I'm good at cleaning up after myself and am pretty easy going and laid back; would prefer to live with girls (as I have a boyfriend) but wouldn't be fussed to house with guys.
2 bedrooms available for rent in 3 bedroom home on quite Seymour street. Close to high school, shops and walking distance to train station. Tenants have own living space and private use of main bathroom. Only shared rooms in the house are the kitchen and laundry. Tenants will be required to provide references on application and viewing. Rooms can be rented by 2 people at $160/week each or one person can rent whole area for $260/week rent. Bond of one months rent and 2 weeks rent advance will be required. Pets considered, but must meet before hand to see if they get along with my dog.

I'm an apprentice fitter from country victoria, very easy going, respectful and social. I am in the process of hopefully moving to melbourne for work. I am a pretty busy person and enjoy making the most of my time outside of work. I have a 9month old Golden Retreiver, who is strictly an outside dog and is pretty cruisey considering his age. I have lived with a mate and his girlfriend for the last few years and never had any trouble, i'm pretty neat and tidy, honest and always on time with rent/bills etc.
Easy going enjoy share houses - like to be able to relate to people i'm living with however also mindful and respectful of own independence and space to be. Into social justice, in that i would prefer not to live with anyone who may be have issues with people from other cultures and ways of life. No racists or homophobes.

Clean and tidy, easy-going woman, experienced in sharing accommodation, is looking for a room in a share house in the Warburton/Healesville/Dandenong area. I'd prefer a countryside setting. Always pay my bills on time. I love cooking, yoga, meditation and dancing. Happy to socialise or keep to myself. As I'm currently building a tiny house on a trailer, a big enough yard to park and continue building Klaudy's Tiny (2.5 x 7.5m) would be essential but it doesn't need to be under a roof. It won't be too noisy as the big structures are done now
