Hi, I'm Heidi, a born and bred Alice Springsian and an Adelaidian of 4 years! I'm an easy-going, animal-loving, environmentally conscious vego gal who loves to keep a beautifully clean and quiet home. Looking to rent a room or potentially team up with the right person/people. I study social sciences full-time and work in hospo part-time. I am interested in politics and social justice and value respect, compassion and self-reflection. In my spare time you can find me on a tennis court, playing around with paint, catching up with friends, netflix binging or out in nature. I am a bit of a quiet introvert (at first) and like doing my own thing but also equally enjoy chatting over drinks or houso dins.

My name is Nikita, I'm 21 and work as a full time apprentice baker. I work really early in the morning and sleep during the day/early afternoons. I'm generally pretty quiet and keep to myself but am happy to be included in roommate dinners/movies etc. I have a 2 year old rescue cat named Winona who's friendly but cautious of new people. I'm looking for a roommate(s) who are also pretty quiet and can be respectful of when I need to sleep. Feel free to message me with any questions!
Current full-time university student, working part time in the city. I am pretty laid back and enjoy relaxing at home or going out for good food. I am studying a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics and will graduate mid year 2022. So I would prefer to have a long term lease where i can finish my studies and decide where to go and what to do from there. I have lived away from home for about 8 months, on my own, before i started my studies, that said this is my first time that i will be sharing accommodation with anyone outside family. I work in hospitality, at a 5 star hotel, mostly in the evenings on the weekend, home by latest 00:00. I do get the occasional week where I'll be on mornings where I'll be up early, about 05:30ish but i am very considerate of this an can try my best to be a ninja when I leave or arrive home. I've always been a very tidy person and grew up in a household were you earn your keep by contributing to house work, so I am no stranger to chores in and around the house. Prefer organisation to chaos, so I am more than happy to work to any cooking and/or cleaning roster/schedule. I personally don't have any pets, but i have grown up with a family dog and fish tank, that said I do love both dogs and cats, and am more than happy to live with any sort of pets and help look after them. I have my own car and thoroughly maintain it, so either parking on the property or off street parking would be greatly advantageous and preferred. I have traveled/immigrated a bit through my teens, thanks to my fathers career, and am no stranger to meeting new people. I was born in South Africa, lived in New Zealand and finally settled here in Australia with my mother and brother. I speak fluent English, although i still do have a slight South African accent remaining, but that shouldn't hinder communication in anyway. I usually get along very well with everyone i meet and am quite friendly and polite, in general I am a quiet person and highly respect and appreciate my own as well as others privacy and space. However, i am more than happy to sit around a dinner table or lounge room engaging in good conversation, watching TV or eating food. I spend most of my time studying, playing video games, watching Netflix or Youtube and working out at a gym or playing sport when in season. Not sure what else i can say about myself besides that i look forward to meeting and getting to know my new house mates and hopefully lifetime friends :)
On the hunt for a nice room in a lovely lil abode with some friendly folks! I’m 23 and working in both Mitcham and the city, love staying busy but love my downtime too and a big wine/gin gal. Very tidy lady who understands the importance of chipping in within a shared house! I also have a gorgeous tortoise shell tabby cat named Cosmo, he’s six months old, a big people person and spends most of his days lounging in the sun or snoozing on my bed.
The house was built in 2014. Each room is spacious. There is one master room, which has WIR and Ensuite, the rest three are decent size rooms but need to share a bathroom with others. The street is quiet and leafy. Close to City, Hills, with walking distance to Glenunga International High, with easy bus distance to The University of Adelaide City (6km) & Waite (3km), UniSA City (6km) and Magill (9km) Campuses. Unlimited internet (NBN 100). Well furnished house including dishwasher, a fridge, microwave, wash machine and big cooking unit. each room has a wardrobe, chair, desk, bed with mattress. Each room is lockable with a unique key. The front entrance door has a deadlock. Large laundry. r/c air conditioning
Hi There! My name is Tia and I am looking for a safe and comfortable place to call home. I am currently studying criminology and psychology at Flinders University which I’m hoping will lead to a career as a criminologist or forensic psychologist. I am easy to get along with and love to joke around and have fun. I love going to concerts and gigs whenever I can, but contrary to that I also enjoy quiet leisure activities like playing my PS4, reading and watching Netflix (how good was Mindhunter?!) when my busy uni schedule allows me. I pull my weight with chores and housework and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am looking for a room that’s around $150pw if bills are not included, however if bills are included in rent I can manage up to around $170-$180pw. Non-furnished rooms are not a problem. If there are pets in the house I count that as a plus! Smokers are also not an issue but I am a non-smoker myself. I am also interested in starting a share house with one other person, perhaps around the Ashford/Glandore area (close to South Rd or Anzac Highway). If anyone is interested shoot me a message! Thank you for reading my profile, I hope to hear from you soon! :)
Apologies if you messaged us while we were away on holidays! A beautiful and spacious property located in a quiet street, just off Glynburn Road. At the other end of the street is Waterfall Gully road so its really close to Mt lofty and heaps of other walking trails. Public transport is a two minute walk from the front door (buses go direct into the city every hour). The location has the Feathers local shopping options in a short walking distance, Burnside Village a 5 minute drive and the city a 10 minute drive straight down Greenhill Road. Couples are welcome! At a price of $190 per room, we would need to negotiate a rate as I would prefer to keep the other room empty if this is the case. Pets are negotiable - please let me know when calling or emailing as larger pets are probably not suitable but it would really depend on individual circumstance. The rooms are approximately 4 x 4m each and have built in robes. If you need the rooms furnished this can also be arranged, but they are currently empty. Both rooms have air-conditioning. Amenities include a shared bathroom (I have a private ensuite, so the bathroom would be shared between yourself and the other occupant). The bathroom has a spacious shower and large spa bath. The kitchen is recently renovated with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The outside area is perfect for entertaining and has a BBQ, fire pit, and a remote controlled retractable verandah. There is a large separate laundry with a brand new washing machine. The carport is available for off street parking or storage with electric remote control. I'm happy to park in the driveway and there is room for two more cars. Otherwise plentiful on street/driveway parking. The property also has a security alarm. Water and internet are included! Gas and electricity will be split evenly.
This beautiful large house is just a five minute walk to Portrush Road with quick access to the city, a short distance to Waite Institute, as well as shops, cafés, food stalls and supermarkets. Burnside Village is nearby. Room available - $185 pw - available now: (OR $275 with meals included) There are great views from all areas of the house and garden, lots of green, plenty of kokaburras and other native birds. Occasionally a resident koala comes down for a feed. Overlooking the city, the bedroom is large in size and has a spacious feel with a wall-to-wall window that lets in a great amount of natural light. It is located in the upper part of the house making it an ideal place for quiet study. The carpeted room comes with a huge built-in robe with plenty of storage space. There is ducted heating and cooling, a single bed, desk, chair and lamp make this room a wonderful place to call home. We are respectful of each other and maintain a neat and pleasant environment. We also acknowledge the need for private space.
Quiet location, elevated with views across the city. Large garden, plenty of greenery and birds. New kitchen and your own undercover parking. NBN, RC AirConditioning. Hills walking trails near your front door. Would suit a single person who enjoys peace and quiet.
Hi, my name is Chris. I am an honest, trustworthy, hard working and super clean young man that has lived in Mitcham most of my life. My schooling was at Scotch College so I am very familiar with the area and the south eastern suburbs in general. I am always willing to help out and contribute as much as possible to keep a positive living environment and I enjoy relaxing and having a few wines/beers on weekends. I think my level of cleanliness is well above the average person so rest assured I will keep and look after a home as if it were my very own. Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me if you have any further questions or would just like to chat regarding team-ups for properties. Thank you :)

Hey I’m Jordana, I’m currently working full time but I will be studying next year and working part time. I keep myself busy, I love running, going for walks with friends and I am neat and tidy. I am a very easy going person who enjoys getting to know new people.
Hey! I'm super friendly, easy going, like to keep tidy, and try to be as considerate as I can. I work heaps so honestly I'm hardly around, and always prioritise paying my bills on time. Locked into my contract until Feb 4th, which I know is a while away, but keep me in mind, I think I'd make a pretty chill house mate 😊 Feel free to text me on 0403781328, I prefer not to answer unknown no. phone calls. Thanks!
Originally from Orange, NSW, currently living in Adelaide, but looking to move house, I’ve lived out of home since I was 18 and been in multiple share houses, so I know all the do’s and don’t of share living! I love the outdoors, and by that I mean Bevvys on the Beach haha balanced living ;) but I do love the beach, camping and general adventuring. Hoping to find a place that has a good social dynamic with some beaut humans I can call friends. I love all things creative, and get way to carried away with dress ups/costumes, love a good themed party, so any outfits you need I can whip up! or just fix those pesky holes that you get in those old beloved clothes you just can't throw away. Looking forward to meeting some possible future flatties! Message me with any questions or queries always up for a chat xo
Hi all, my name is Amber and I'm looking for a relaxed, pet friendly environment to call home for me and my pets. Although I am not currently working or studying, I have been focusing on getting my Learners permit and looking for any available work to help me further build my skills in the hospitality industry. In my spare time I like to spend time with friends and family as well as achieving personal fitness goals through outdoor recreational activities (such as hiking/bush-walking and climbing) and HIIT. I love animals, especially extraordinary pets such as my pet rats which are very friendly and normally stay in their enclosure, however, I do like to let them out to play. Baking is something I really enjoy and if you enjoy vegan sweet treats I am happy to share. Despite being vegan myself, I believe each to their own, I'm not bothered by non vegan diets. Looking to live with up to two friendly and considerate housemates around my age. I would prefer an unfurnished room as I have my own furniture to provide and can add furniture to the home if you need/would like :) Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards, Amber :)
We are 2 french guys looking for an accommodation, send me a message if ypu need informations. See you Lucas
