I have a very good but somewhat bent english sense of humour, I'm very young at heart and am really easy going and easy to get along with. I am very clean and tidy - I even put the garbage out without being asked ;o) I fancy myself as a bit of a handyman and love to fix things, even if they're not broken :o) I am a non-drinker except for on the rare social occasion. My interests include spending time with my two sons who I am very close to, going to karaoke and having the occasional game of pool. I really enjoy going out to a good restaurant, Italian, Chinese, especially Indian. I enjoy watching sport and can even stay awake watching cricket! I am very responsible financially and always ensure that my bills are paid by the due date.

Have been living out of home for a few years now in a sharehouse so I've got my s#!t together (I think). Would like to live with some cool, friendly people. Im a student and a bartender. Am quite social. I don't really drink. I like physical avtivity as well as quieter thing like reading, board/card games, movies/tv series.
Sunny duplex 2 bedroom unit. Situated on top floor with large living areas. Entertaining deck, garden, laundry, sunroom on entry. Good location in Lane Cove with ample parking, 5 minutes walk to shops and express buses to city (10-15mins). Double size room with leafy outlook, Built-in wardrobes, with bed available. Shared bathroom. Shared expenses (electricity & WIFI) included in rent. Smokers welcome to smoke outside. My name is Mark and I'm looking to share with someone who is clean, tidy, has a balance in getting out and about and also feeling relaxed at home. I've lived here for 7 years and love the area, it's practical in getting around, and has a village style shopping centre. Please call so we can arrange a time to meet. A little about me: I'm friendly, in a relationship of nearly 8yrs and stay a couple of days a week at my girlfriend's place. Going out and seeing live bands, movies, dinner with friends and family mainly occupies me outside of work. I like cooking at times and do so 'in waves', depending on how busy it is. Generally I'm an easy going person, clean & tidy, respectful to others and hope to find the same in return.
Work more or less full time thru the week and have college in the evenings, would be spending very little time at home during the week. I work as a Bicycle mechanic enjoy mountain biking, and staying fit. I'm studying at Uni and keep myself busy between the above two things. During the week I volunteer at an Op-Shop as a Handyman, and enjoy working doing home projects. Can solve most electrical, and other house kinda issues... Basically useful. I'm mostly on here looking for people to Team-up and start a house over the Long-term. Ideally a year or longer. I do have a couple of people interested, my current room mate may also decide to join-in to the house. But neither of them have confirmed. Clean, tidy, lived in a share house, happy to roster a cleaning routine, respectful of another person's space and things, friendly. Open and happy to host pets. Get in touch and can figure out the rest...
Hi there, I’ve recently found a new job as a project consultant in Lane Cove and am in increasing need of a new place to match, with a move from Melbourne to Sydney being problematic without one. Preferably I’d be looking to live within a reasonable distance of work, haven’t thought far beyond that at the moment. I’m a very relaxed person and don’t stress or rush over many things, not too worried about housemates having a similar outlook, I’m sure everything will be manageable. On occasion I’m fairly quiet, outgoing most of the time though. Prefer things clean and tidy and I'm sociable while being respectful of others privacy. Would prefer something mid to long term rather than shorter and I’m open to teaming up. If all sounds good feel free to drop me a message. James
Hi I am a 30 year old male professional, Project Manager, who works in the western suburbs. I have just moved to Sydney from Perth in the last couple of months and I am looking to live the Sydney Life and get closer to this amazing city. I have travelled the world and I’m still not done. Don’t think you ever can be. I am into sport, music, concerts, keeping fit and good coffee. I am an active person who likes going out with friends for a social drink or dinner. I have an outgoing personality and I am looking to move in with either male or female who have similar interests. I look forward to hearing from you. Brian
