I'm Tom. I'm almost 25 (quarter of a life...oh no, it's almost over!) and looking for a new place to call home with a nice, likeminded cohabiter. I work full time in Hawthorn East and am on the lookout for a place. Hawthorn, Malvern, Burnley, Camberwell, South Yarra or Toorak would be great for public transport reasons, but anywhere with a train line that connects to (and not too many stops from...) Richmond or the CBD would also be good. Ideally, I'd live within walking distance to to these train stops: Kooyong, Tooronga, Heyington, Burnely, or Camberwell (or 72 tram line). But again, any train stop on a line that connects to Richmond/CBD is equally great. You'll find me sipping tea of an evening and going for a bushwalk or some kind of adventure on the weekend. I'm a quiet but sociable guy. I'd like my new home to be one that is really comfortable, where I get along well with the people I live with and look forward to coming home after work, or relaxing one day on the weekend...for it to be more of a home rather than a transaction just paying rent (of course, it's very important to pay rent!). I enjoy a clean and positive environment with mutual respect. I'd love to chat if you think we'd make great flatmates :) Tom
Respectful, considerate, easy going and easy to get along with. I'm neat and tidy and mainly keep to myself. I am often very busy with freelance work and will be out a lot. I'm a makeup artist, I run my own business in my spare time. Currently I work other jobs throughout the week. I'm originally from the area, but have lived elsewhere since then. I like to be involved in community activities, I love going on adventures to new places around the countryside, and i'm keen on healthy living. Trying to save up for my own place in the future.
Working dawn till dusk. Only home long enough to have a wash and few hours sleep. Happy to help with chores. Good cook. Live few hours away, need something closer to help with fatigue management.
Easy going enjoy share houses - like to be able to relate to people i'm living with however also mindful and respectful of own independence and space to be. Into social justice, in that i would prefer not to live with anyone who may be have issues with people from other cultures and ways of life. No racists or homophobes.
I don't drink. don't really have many visitors. I work through a nursing agency occasionally. Into metal sculpture. I live in the shadow of a gorgeous big malamute. I never leave him home alone. I get a dog sitter when I'm at work. I also have small buisness aspirations. I go on long walks daily. Anywhere in the Yarra valley out to Olinda except Healesville is fine with me. I have great references and payment history. I'd happily take a room or go into a new lease with someone
Clean and tidy, easy-going woman, experienced in sharing accommodation, is looking for a room in a share house in the Warburton/Healesville/Dandenong area. I'd prefer a countryside setting. Always pay my bills on time. I love cooking, yoga, meditation and dancing. Happy to socialise or keep to myself. As I'm currently building a tiny house on a trailer, a big enough yard to park and continue building Klaudy's Tiny (2.5 x 7.5m) would be essential but it doesn't need to be under a roof. It won't be too noisy as the big structures are done now
I'm a 30 year old male and until last year I worked full time at as an IT/AV technician where I worked for 10 years. I am seeking accomodation in Pakenham and the surrounding areas, as well as anywhere from Pakenham to Traralgon including surrounding areas. I do not drive so it is essential the house be close to public transport, ideally within walking distance to a train station. I may consider other areas if the house is a good match. I am hoping to have meals (just dinner really) included. Some storage space would also be required. Unfortunately throughout the last year things have been a difficult for me. I suffer from an anxiety based mental illness called obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) which I started to really struggle with. Hopefully you won't judge me on that. As a result I ended up resigning from my job earlier this year. I am now coping a lot better now and I am currently working part-time (with full-time hours) but am looking for something different. I am a genuinely nice and caring person, I've just been through a lot lately and I'm just trying to get settled again. Unfortunately I have had issues with being screwed over by several housemates in the past, which certainly hasn't helped things. If you think you can help me or if you have any questions or advice at all please feel free to contact me - I have nothing to hide and I am happy to discuss my situation. Shaun

Hi I'm Clodagh. I'm an Irish backpacker looking for a place to stay whilst I complete my farm work for my second year visa. I'm easy going, sociable, love a good movie night and a few drinks on the weekends. I'm clean and tidy and enjoy cooking.
Firstly I'll address the pet: 1 British short hair male desexed and microchipped cat who lives outside most of the day and comes inside for naps. I am...Friendly, outgoing, easy going, I keep my nose out of peoples business and lives, I don't give advice or tell people what to do, lived in share houses before with males and females. I like all types of music and am not bothered by noises, unless its late on a work night. I am tidy and clean up after myself. I work part-time at a fashion store in the city and then do bookkeeping on the side as well as tanning and fake eyelash extensions. If there are any specific questions you have please feel free to contact me, I'm more than happy to answer.
We are quiet laid back people. Just relocated from Queensland and need somewhere until we find the perfect house for our little family ( two dogs and two cats) lol. I am currently unemployed as we only have one vehicle at this point in time. I would like to find somewhere within walking distance of amenities so I feel I can be a reliable employee! I'm a chef by trade. My husband is currently working full-time.
House: 2 bedrooms in total. 1 room to rent. Fully furnished with a bed, desk/chair, cupboard. Linen. Sharing: bathroom/kitchen/ laundry, driveway for your car. House has a gas heater and ceiling fans. You: If you are looking for a safe and secure placement, then I treat sharing this room as if you were applying for a rental property but its cheaper-safer and you have the flexibility to stay at any length of time you please. i have experience in doing home stay and also sharing with other people. The success of a room sharing has rested on my experience providing proof of your income with recent past slips and a national police check & childrens check. As i can provide all these documents as well, you will not have to worry about finding a replacement as I own the home. if you are a teacher from interstate or a FIFO worker and need to go back home, you will not need to pay rent for those week you are away so you can still secure the room! There will be two dogs on the premises who are low maintenance and are indoor outdoor dogs. Any other questions please feel free to ask! (Sorry no more pets or couples. Nor someone with kids are suited to this home.)
Thinking about renting rooms out of my brand new house approx 2km out of Warragul town. Best suited to young people like myself (20s). I currently have no pets as I am still doing landscaping. Roommate must be clean and tidy and respect my new house!! I do sometimes have people over on Friday and saturday nights socially. If you are keen or want to find out any more information please contact me.

I am a very easy person to get along with. I am honest, clean and I am happy to help out wherever I can around the house. I am a part time motorbike mechanic and I also work casually on the roads on my days off. My work is located in Warragul and Drouin. I have never lived out of home before so it will all be new too me. I have no issues with pets or kids. As my work can be very inconsistent, I am only looking to pay around the $150 mark for rent, but like I said I will help out in every way possible. I have my own bed and furniture. Ill most likely be away on weekends due to sports.
A brief description about me: I am presently a single 48yo male, employed, house broken, neat, tidy, mimimalist living (so not a lot of stuff). I am an introverted fellow, consider myself intelligent, and tend to pursue interests and hobbies that are mostly online (research, reading, writing etc). I am quiet, reliable, friendly. Essentially I am seen and not heard ;)
Hi, I'm Gemma, I'm 27 years old and work full time as a primary school teacher. I'm clean, respectful and quiet. During the week work keeps me busy, weekends I tend to go away, if I'm at home it's usually just a quiet relaxing weekend or catching up on work. I would like to live somewhere where I can still have my friends come over (not to party or be noisy!) and where I could bring my sausage dog (I can leave her at my house and just see her on weekends if the house isn't suitable for pets). I would also love a house with a spare room / own living space where I can set up and store some of my things and study (not essential though). I do not smoke and would prefer to live with other non-smokers.
