Hi, Im 35, originally from New Zealand, am full time employed and work primarily night shift as a Crew Leader for a Traffic control company in Carlisle so tend to come home at weird hours early in the morning and the odd day shift when nights are quiet. So if this doesn’t suit any of the light sleepers then I’m not for you. I’m currently on the ketogenic diet, so prepare my meals every 2nd day if I’m not fasting. Therefore can’t drink alcohol until March 😭😭😂😂 Clean, tidy and pretty much keep to myself.
Hello, Me and my partner are looking for a place with good internet and enough space to set up a desk(a gaming house would be preferred). One of us is a student working and the other works full time also. We are sociable and friendly and looking to find some awesome roommates.
The house is fully furnished, although you're welcome to bring your own furniture if you want. There are 2 rooms available: The master bedroom with a double bed, a set of drawers, a bookcase, bedside tables, and a decent sized walk-in robe. The smaller bedroom with a single bed, a desk, a chair, a set of drawers, a mirror, and a small inbuilt wardrobe. We have central-ducted air conditioning, although I try not to use it too often. We have 2 fridges, which is handy for having multiple people staying in the house, as sharehouse fridges can be a nightmare. We also have a large backyard, with a nice table that is good for entertaining. There are also lemon trees hanging over the fence, so you have more or less an unlimited supply. We have the NBN here, and after a hell of a lot of time spent hassling NBN we now have a stable connection with around 25-40Mbps download speed. We have a garage with an automatic door and clicker, which one of us will have access to. For everyone else, we will need to park on the grass out the front. Our landlord is quite nice and comes around from time to time to fix things if they break and he also mows the lawn. Bills are typically just under $200 per month and we will all split that evenly. Pets are possibly ok, but they will 100% not be allowed inside the house. I have allergies and don't want to deal with that, plus it makes it much easier to keep the place clean. I'm also open to having a couple move into the master bedroom and then leaving the second bedroom vacant. However, in that case, we would each have to pay a little bit more rent.
i am an apprentice carpenter working 6 days a week as well as a casual bartender for ascot racecourse. i am into the car scene and always love working on my car or friends cars whether its new parts or maintenance. i have a 1 year old pupper named Baymax who is a rottweiler x black lab. i am almost working 95% of the time so am really looking for somewhere to be able to home too and know my pup is safe as well. i do enjoy having a drink with friends and sometimes a BBQ but nothing outrageous. i keep to myself most of time due to working so hard and just needing to rest sometimes.

It’s a nice house really spacious and cool with wooden floors and air conditioning. It’s really central to the airport city and beach is 25 minutes, bus stop is a 3 minute walk away.I keep the place nice and tidy and hope you will to. Nice front and back yard with a lot of fruit trees . Lemon and limes good for the coronas! Liquor shop is a two minute walk which is a bonus. The Bassendean town Centre is a 5 minute drive away and the Galleria Morley is roughly 12-15 minutes away. There is air conditioning in the unit. This is a 3x2 and you would have your own bathroom. The room is furnished with a Double Bed, side tables, a fan, a Chest of Drawers and a built in wardrobe. We would share the common areas. House rules are simple: 1. Pay on time - preferably cash. 2. Clean up after yourself and I expect you to be responsible for your own room, bathroom & toilet areas. 3. Preferably no eating in the bedroom. Have a lovely American Oak Table for you to use. 4. If you have a pet - would you be willing to put a Pet Bond down as well. 5. If you smoke it must be done outside.
