Hi there, I’ve recently found a new job as a project consultant in Lane Cove and am in increasing need of a new place to match, with a move from Melbourne to Sydney being problematic without one. Preferably I’d be looking to live within a reasonable distance of work, haven’t thought far beyond that at the moment. I’m a very relaxed person and don’t stress or rush over many things, not too worried about housemates having a similar outlook, I’m sure everything will be manageable. On occasion I’m fairly quiet, outgoing most of the time though. Prefer things clean and tidy and I'm sociable while being respectful of others privacy. Would prefer something mid to long term rather than shorter and I’m open to teaming up. If all sounds good feel free to drop me a message. James

I love living here primarily because of the locale and the views - the waterfront views are to die for, and it's my favourite part. It's a 70s build apartment, that's been renovated in places to bring it into the modern era. I've been living by myself in this spacious property, and only recently has it dawned on me that I should probably share the space with an easy going like minded flat mate!
I'm clean, easy going, fun to be around, love to laugh and a very considerate house mate. I love to cook, wine and dine. I travel interstate and overseas often on business.
I am a really friendly person, I tend to get along quiet well with anyone and my partner is some what similar. We are both extremely hard working and even though I am studying part time I still work a minimum of 37 hours a week, but on average when I work weekends its closer to 45-50. My partner is finalising his apprenticeship as a carpenter and will be fully certified in weeks! What's more, he is extremely useful around the house. I nanny and have a retail job and study a bachelor of science majoring in psychology. We are looking for a granny flat/studio or self contained, conjoined place if it is a house w/ Private kitchen bathroom and bedroom. We are fun and adventurous but we are looking for a place to call home, where we can relax and have time out from the world and save for the future.. :) We have a dog as well, Holly who is extremely well trained and extremely affection with any person or any other dog she meets. We are considering all types of accommodation, but if it was an apartment or unit-style set-up, we would require a small courtyard the least for her.
Hi I'm Soph, I'm studying at Macquarie university and have a few part time jobs. I am pretty easy going, love to cook and enjoy my fitness. I would love to find some housemates that I could have a few beers/wine with after a long week, and have a netflix binge with every now and then! I am quite social, love the beach and am very clean :) (I am the one on the right of the picture)
Hey Guys, I'm an easy going person who works quite a lot. I have two jobs Monday-Friday and I don't finish up until around 7-8ish usually. By day I'm the credit manager for a wine company and by night I clean. I'm clean and reliable. I've never missed a bill payment. Not overly interested in a massive party house but won't say no to a cheeky beer. I'm very social but like my quiet time too. I'm usually pretty busy and out on the weekends but I also love my Xbox and a movie/TV binge when I can. My books are my babies so if there's room for a bookshelf it would be great. I've been living solo for the last 3 years so I have everything a house could need. Only thing that needs updating is the couch. I have two cats, they are 98% outside cats (both them and I prefer it) so I'm looking for something with a yard they can chill in.
Want a whole top level of a house with your own entrance just for yourself?!! This is the place for you. We are a couple in a big six bedroom house and are looking for a housemate (or two) to share the rent. Being such a large place, we are looking either for 2 individuals who want to take a room each (shared bathroom between yourselves with two toilets), or a couple. For individuals, each room is $275, or $500 for a couple. This can be negotiable upon viewing the place. The house is huge, six bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, two kitchens (up stairs and downstairs), two lounge rooms both fully decked out (again one up stairs and one downstairs) so there's plenty of space to entertain or just chill out. Your choice from one of three double rooms, all with built-ins, either furnished or unfurnished. The house has plenty of off street parking. There's also public transport (bus or ferry) only a few minutes walk away. Gas/electricity and water bills are shared quarterly. We are a professional couple in our 30's and 40's who are always up for a chat and drinks, but are also respective of privacy. We also have a crazy cat that loves nothing more than getting dirty in the garden and screaming for food. If this sounds like your place, we would love from you.
Quiet street in leafy Riverview. There is an oval across the road which I love to lay and read a book in the sun. A reserve can be located at the bottom of an adjacent street where you can have a BBQ or listen to the Kookaburras sing. The room is private with a microwave, cooktop and own bathroom.
From Adelaide, currently in Ryde and have come to Sydney to work on the construction of the new Sydney Metro as a Project Engineer. During the week will be focused on work, will hit the gym or go to football training but up for a chat with housemates when home. On weekends will like to get out of the house, have a drink and explore what Sydney has to offer. Busy, active and outdoor person who doesn’t mind a bit of banter. Looking for place to stay ideally for next 2 years but flexible starting from a 1 month
The apartment is on the top level of a five storey apartment building that faces the harbour. The living room is huge, and leads out on a balcony which also has 180° views of the harbour including the harbour bridge. The kitchen is a good size, and there is a laundry also. It is a beautiful peaceful location with million dollar views and plenty of sun and fresh air. They are also currently putting a pool in at the front which should be completed very soon. The room is medium sized and doesn't have any storage in it. It can come with or without queen sized bed. Harbour views from your window. It's a 400 metre walk to the bus (about 10 bus' service the stop) and 300 metres to the ferry.

Me (Sara) - Moroccan, at the end of my student career, looking for a job, into food, movies and food; He (Alex) - French, marketing manager, entrepreneur, shares my passion for eating, both tidy and clean as new pins, both been here for a year and now on a long-stay work visa - looking for a place to call our own !
Looking for a comfortable, quiet space close to work. Currently renting in Neutral Bay (short term) I am a conscientious roommate, always happy to pitch in wherever needed, will give others their privacy but happy to be there at the end of the work day for a good rant. Studying at Macquarie University and working most other days, often overnights, I happy to share space with women or men. I can also be relied upon to have some sort of chocolate available if needed.
I'm a happy, friendly and easy-going type of person. I enjoy spending time with my friends on the weekend and live a pretty active life, but do like a bit of down time. I love going to the beach and out to little cafes and restaurants for a treat! I work full-time as a pre-school teacher and really enjoy what I do. I'm neat and tidy and am looking for a comfortable and relaxed place to unwind. I'm always up for a chat but am respectful and considerate of others. I've lived in Sydney my whole life and love it!
I work in North Sydney looking to find a place on the Lower North Shore. I'm reliable, open minded and easy going. Ideally looking to team up with someone (M or F) and start a new share place, also happy to consider an existing share opportunity. Any questions happy to chat.
Hey I'm Leon, I'm usually social and outgoing, but I can end up spending heaps of time writing and reading, working on scripts and editing, practising cinematography and directing actors. Dance monkey, dance! I keep fit and healthy - I don’t drink or smoke anymore, and I no longer see the weekend as a 2 day bender - I’m focusing on other goals. But I still love to have fun and do adventurous stuff on the weekends, its just shifted slightly, more to nature and outdoors, rather than those ol' smoky bars and dance floors. In between film work I work contract IT jobs for those gold doubloons. If you like escape rooms, then please swipe right :) Looking forward to meeting you.
I am a young physician (Dermatologist) from Sao Paulo-Brazil. I am an easy-going and tidy person. I will be spendind three months doing research and clinical fellowship in a hospital in North Sydney from August to November 2017.
Graduate Architect finally making the move to Sydney (original from Armidale, previously living in Newcastle and currently on the Central Coast). I am clean, tidy and respectful and I like to have a good chat with people. I love to cook and bake (products of which I happily share around), and am a market enthusiast. Generally am a quiet sort at home, but like having people over for dinner but am not the partying kind. My new job is in Redfern, and my boyfriend lives/works in the Northern Sydney area, so looking ideally for somewhere either within walking distance to work, or somewhere close to a station from Milsons Point up to Artarmon.
Hi there, My name is Sidney Kupers, I am 23 years old and have recently moved to Sydney after completing my games design course in Holland for the last 5 years. I am currently looking for employment and a house I can share with a lovely group of people, somewhere near Sydney where I can have my own private room. I am a gamer and also a bit of a social drinker. I enjoy spending time on my computer, playing games, watching tv shows, and also enjoy going out every now and then for a couple drinks. I am a friendly guy, and very capable of cleaning up after myself. I look forward to meeting new people and hopefully making a few friends in the process.
My name is Kate (I'm the one on the right in the picture), I'm 30 years old, quite active and busy, friendly, social, love the outdoors and enjoy the company of others who are easy-going and friendly. Although I am quite social I also enjoy my own space from time to time to recoup. I keep a clean and tidy environment, clean up after myself, and also appreciate the same trait in my flatmates. I'm mostly looking for places on the North Shore around Gladesville, Lane Cove, Neutral Bay and Chatswood areas.
Hi I'm Nic and I'm looking to move back to Sydney after several years living in Forster on the Mid-North Coast. I'm studying a bachelor of business part time by correspondence to keep me busy. I'd say that I'm driven but also certainly know how to enjoy my down time with cooking or reading a good book. I'm also into cars, property and travel and I'm always looking to meet new people or pick up a new hobby. I do have all the furniture for a one bedroom flat so it would be great if that could be accomodated, but I can sell what is not required if necessary. I would prefer an unfurnished bedroom.
I am a 37 year old female moving to Sydney from the UK. I will be working full time as a dementia consultant, based in Greenwich. I enjoy going to the gym, photography, watching films and drinking coffee. I'm a good house mate because I am responsible and reliably with paying the rent and bills. I will be respectful of your property, your need for space and privacy. I'm also easy going and feel comfortable with sharing a bottle of wine (or 2) over a home cooked meal.
