Working full-time professional but also studying full-time, clean and tidy and NOT looking for a party house. I have 2 German Shepherds - so looking for someone who is pet friendly (they both have a beautiful nature) I'm not home much - I spend most of my free time studying, going to the beach and horse riding with an occasional quiet drink! Wanting to find a studio/granny flat or quiet housemate.
I am looking for a place to stay as I have a new full time job in Murray Bridge. Looking for somewhere to stay in or closer to Murray Bridge or near the freeway. I am bubbly, caring, respectful, organised and tidy. Lots of fun and love meeting new people.
We are a easy-going couple moving to Adelaide for the first time. Cassie is working full time as a teacher and Amanda is working part time and studying full time. We come with a friendly and much-loved Kelpie who sleeps on our bed and is great with other dogs and children. Having a dog means an enclosed garden is a must for us. We're happy to manage our own food, or share the occasional movie night and meal with the household. Nothing much bothers us, we're so excited to make Adelaide our home in January 2017.
(Room is currently being painted and cleaned, hence patches on wall etc.) International students are very welcome. Beautiful, large private loft bedroom and ensuite (bath tub, shower, vanity and toilet) only 10 minutes down the freeway to the city by car. Bus to city takes 20 minutes to Adelaide Uni. We are short walking distance to Stirling Village shops, the bus to city and some of the best cafes in Adelaide. This room has a large gable sky window with a view to the elm trees outside, oak floorboards, antique rug, reverse cycle air conditioning, new queensize bed and antique furnishings. Once you are upstairs you have the top floor to yourself The property was built in 1870 extended and renovated, very light and airy, set on three quarters of an acre of beautiful botanic gardens and ponds. Lovely outdoor area with barbeque.. Unlimited internet access. Bills $30-50 neg depending on usage. Access to washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc :) Can supply linen, doonas etc or you can bring your own. Gym quality crosstrainer in room, can stay or go. Extra furniture/chairs etc available. There is another vacant large room upstairs which can be negotiated as well if you need. We won't be renting this out separately to anyone else. off street parking, a very secure area, close to all that Mt Lofty/Stirling has to offer! Best of both worlds being very close to city, but a leafy, country feel.
I am a non smoker and non drinker. I am friendly and like to have chats but also like to keep to myself and read and watch movies and work on some personal projects when I am not at work. I am no drama, quiet, respectful and clean. I will take care of the place like it was my own.
* WiFi IS INCLUDED in rent * I am a professional woman, working full time, looking for someone to share my peaceful, clean, furnished four bed house. I am honest, friendly and quiet and when not working or out with friends, enjoy relaxing at home watching tv; reading; sudokus; card games; scrabble and using the internet. Although I have a four bedroom house, I would prefer to share my home with only one person : this allows us both plenty of space. My ideal lodger would be a non smoking, working, honest, respectful, pleasant person, who is tidy and clean. Your bedroom has a queen size bed with very good quality mattress and full length built in, mirrored wardrobes. You will have your own bathroom, including both bath and walk-in shower. There are two separate sitting areas plus a study and an undercover outdoor entertaining area and double garage. Less than 20 minutes to Glen Osmond Rd/Fullarton Rd intersection in city, and also to Unley Rd. 12 minutes to Flinders university. 20 mins to Marion and 25 mins to Brighton. If you are looking for a genuinely lovely home in a lovely area, please contact me. Very short term rentals also considered and price will vary according to length of stay. Free wifi. No pets
Quiet more on the reserved side, respects others space, clean and friendly. I love travelling, a great TV series. Currently studying full time and working part time.
Easy going, friendly and sensible. About to begin Psychological Science & Animal Behaviour at Flinders University. Into travel, good music, vegan lifestyle, and a whole lot of yoga. Currently employed as a rowing coach and bar tender. Hoping to find a place with people that have similar interests (preferably girls). Also open to starting a new share house. P.S I have a dog :)
I'm an Education student at Flinders University from rural SA and lived on campus while studying in 2016. I enjoy reading, am into photography and love the quiet life. I am happy spending time alone or with others and although I'm happy to have a social drink occasionally, I'm not a party animal. I like to think I'm easy to get along with, like to eat healthily and would love to live with someone similar.
I am a person who likes to have some company, I also work part time in retail which may require me to start work early. Personally have grown up in a country area and moved to Adelaide 6 years ago plus I'm a Auntie of 4 children. I also have a passion for performing arts
I am a very friendly, down to earth & responsible student. I am currently working part time as a nanny for two lovely families who both have young children that I care for. I have proven my mature approach & outlook within this role, as well in my personal life. I consider myself to be reliable, trustworthy & cooperative. At times when sensitive issues arise that need to be addressed, I can say I am definitely approachable. Apart from all of the serious qualities, my sense of humour, light heartedness & the enjoyment of a good laugh, seem to make a well balanced, 17yr old, partime nanny X full time student. I have references available upon request, work related & personal.
Hello everyone! I'm about to start my second year at flinders university and as I live so far away, I'm hoping to move closer to campus. I'm a very laid back person, who tends to spend most of my time studying (yay!). When I'm not studying I enjoy watching some tv, going to the beach, hiking, eating good food and cuddling animals. I have a indoor cat, so would like to find a place that allows me to bring her with me (she's my baby!)

Howdy! I'm an easy going 24 year old female who has just moved here from QLD and am looking for a fully furnished room to rent. I work fulltime, am clean, tidy, respectful and reliable. Love of triplej, yoga, good food, wine, tea, craft and cooking are preferable but not essential in a future house mate :-) If you're looking for a teamup please don't hesitate to get in touch!

I love music, sports, and having a beer or two on the weekends. I have just moved back to Adelaide from the Riverland and am looking for some cool people to share a house with. I am relatively neat and tidy and I can do my fair share of work that needs to be done. I have some furniture that will need to come with me - a couch, armchair, tv etc. I am a primary school teacher doing relief teaching at the moment and also working in out of school hours care. In my spare time I play the saxophone, I enjoy watching movies and drawing. I try to exercise when I can be bothered. I'm up for going out and socialising but I'm also happy with just staying at home and hanging out as well as being ok with my own company. If I sound like your kind of housmate, send me a message :)
Hi everyone, I'm an easy going, hard working male who's tidy, friendly and young at heart. I often work long hours at a local winery, so in my spare time I enjoy a stress free, minimal and happy lifestyle. Currently saving to buy a house, my goal is to find a suitable residence in close proximity to my workplace in McLaren Vale. I'm extremely flexible about the length of stay and have my own furniture if required. Would love to secure a place within the next week, but certainly willing to wait for the right share scenario to become available. Ideally, It would be a bonus to find a place that can comfortably accommodate my friendly 13yr old Labrador. She's not an inside dog and I give her plenty of walks and attention. If pets are not permitted, but the accom offer is too good to refuse, I have an alternative good home for the old girl. I have many varied interests and tastes including music, surfing, food, wine and I enjoy meeting new interesting people. I'm not fussy about the accommodation costs to be honest. I'd happily pay a higher price if it means living in a relaxed comfortable environment and sharing with down to earth, genuine personalities. Feel free to ask me any questions. Cheers, Stu.
I work full time in the city Monday to Friday, plus I do a lot of overtime over the weekends. I also volunteer in my spare time. Easy going and looking to make some new friends. I like to keep a clean house and am considerate of not making too much noise (having just come off of shift work) I enjoy cooking and relaxing with a beer, slowly developing my wine palate. I also enjoy running.

Suit 2 females or couple. Rooms are bright and airy, furnished or unfurnished to suit, with bed linen supplied if needed. We're very friendly, respectable people. All very clean, non-smokers and only occasionally drink. We're just a few young adults trying to make our mark in the world, we're very easy to get along with. Our interests are music, the beach, and just really relaxed lifestyles and we're always up for an adventure or two. All originally from Adelaide but moved away for a few years. Ruby went to Queensland, harry and I went to the countryside. Our budget lets us pay up to $600 rent/fortnight, we can buy our own food and essentials. We only have few belongings and are looking for temp shared accommodation or a permanent rental residence.

Hi I'm Vinit, I am a Chef by profession, I am looking for at least a 2 month stay, with a view to extension. I work full time, roughly 50 hours a week, and work most weekends with 2 days off during the week. In my current job I am working day shifts only. My preferred move date is February 2nd but this is flexible. Message me..thankyou..cheers
Clean and well presented. Friendly and easy to talk to. Have a love hate relationship with gym and ice cream. Also like a balance of being social but enjoying my own company. Don't trust anyone who don't eat sushi ❌ Play a bitta PS4, and enjoy doing outdoor activities but usually my social heavily depends on my bank account.
My name's Simon, I'm 27 and work in IT in the CBD. I'm a somewhat active guy (gym/kickboxing), into cars and PC gaming. Generally pretty private, but have zero issues being sociable (perhaps over a beer or wine) :). I tend to bulk make my weekly meals on a Sunday/Monday if that matters (cleanup included). I've lived by myself for the last few years and am over dropping boatloads of money on it. I'm pretty cruisy, tidy, and approachable; definitely one to pull my weight to make things work. I have most furnishings needed if required (only thing missing is a drier). No issue with pets, and while I don't have one myself, I'd love to get a dog in the near future (please chat to me about this if an issue!). My car is also currently my most prized possession (typical!), so I can't do street or overly visible parking :(. Feel free to message me if you want to know more!
