If you have ever watched movies like "The Great Gadsby" and admired the elegant, Art Deco period, then this place is for you. With plenty of space, lounges, and views from every window. This is a place that will captivate you. Right next door to "The Agrarian Kitchen" Restaurant
Hello! We are a couple looking for a place to live in Hobart! We are both from Vancouver, Canada and fresh out of University (...we took our time!) Kira is 27/F and did a Masters Degree in Social Policy, Carson is 29/M and did his Bachelors in Mathematics. While we were finishing school we did a variety of jobs. Kira worked for non-profits, and tutoring fellow students. Carson worked for a few years as a bicycle mechanic, but also did maintenance work in a hospital. Most recently, while saving up for our move to Australia, we both worked in hospitality. Kira worked in a craft beer bar, and Carson worked in a wine tasting room. We are both social, friendly people, but we are also respectful of personal boundaries and private space. We both have had nightmare roommate stories (everyone has!), but now that we are in our late 20's we are really seeking to find a sane and stable living situation. Our current lifestyle is pretty relaxed as far as a travelers life can be. We cook most of our meals at home, but occasionally we'll check out local pubs for trivia night (right now we're on a losing streak). We care about the environment and like getting outside into nature. Carson likes playing sports more than watching sports, Kira is awful at anything active other than running in a straight line, but either way we will cheer for your home team if it's important to you... (Go Crows?) We would be happy living with a single person, friends, or a couple! If you are interested in meeting us to see if we would get along, we'd be happy to chat over a beer or a coffee pretty much anytime.
Hi my partner and I are moving from New Zealand as I have gotten a job at Illawarra Primary School. My Partner works for the department of conservation in New Zealand and plans to do a similar thing here in Tassie. We both are mature, relaxed people who like going to bed early, eating dumplings and love dogs. I sing, do drama, arts and crafts, netball (obviously why I work with kids) and my partner does powerlifting, does lots of conservation work and treats food like his girlfriend. We like having our own space but enjoy a catch up with the flatmates at the end of the day. We are respectful, tidy and quiet but are always up for a good chat.
This 2 bedroom unit is located in a quiet complex in Glenorchy, close to supermarkets, public transport and gyms and only a 15 min drive to the Hobart CBD. The unit has off street parking, built-in wardrobes, standalone shower and bath, tinted windows, 2x heat pumps and a dishwasher. The common areas of the house are fully furnished, but the room is not. The kitchen-living area is quite cosy and it also features a spacious outdoor area equipped with a deck and BBQ for entertaining. The property gets a fair bit of sun throughout the day.
We have just rented this lovely 3 bdr house in South Hobart and will be moving in soon. The house will be fully furnished with the exception of the bedroom up for rent. The house is smallish but has heaps of light and will be well appointed once we get our stuff in. There's an extensive yard (basically like being the bush) which would be great for curling up outside with a book. The room for rent is the smaller bedroom (2.9m x 3.2m) and has nice carpet and a built-in. Close to Cascades, UTAS and the CBD. There is a massive storage/working area under the house if you're so inclined. 100/40 NBN is $30 each a month plus electricity/water bills on top shared between all. Pics above are from the Real Estate. Will add our own pics soon. The furniture pictured is not what it will be. The room is the bedroom pictured.

MUST have full time employment ( proof of employment will be required due to last flat mate advising that they were employed and wasn’t ) The unit is modern with air conditioning, dishwasher and all appliances. Internet included in price but money towards power will be required. Excellent views of mountain
I am clean, quiet and mostly tidy in living areas, considerate, respectful and domesticated. I appreciate a clean bathroom and those who also know how to do the housework. I like swimming, bushwalking, dancing and music as well as foreign language films. I am an artist and I work in the private sector arts/galleries and want to make more of my own art since I graduated art school (this would involve making art at home as I don’t have a studio). I am also a flamenco dancer. I come with 2 gold fish in 12lt tank Regards Alicia.
