Hi All, We have just secured a lease on this fab house in the heart of Prahran, 5 mins from Prahran station and near The College Lawn Pub. We have one spare room available from 28th Jan 2017 at a rate of $260 per week. With this you will not only get to live with two great housemates but you will also have a parking spot in the back, fully secured - big enough for a work van etc. Room has built in robes and a lovely stained glass window. It's not the biggest but it fits a Queen sized bed comfortably. There is currently a bed in the room but if you don't require it I can always sell it. If you had a washing machine, BBQ or a huge TV - thats plus. There is a TV but only a 32" at the moment.... You would be living with me, Charlotte 30 from England but in Australia permanently. I work in recruitment, and in to fitness (gym and running), gigs, Revs, hiking, board games. So a mixture of quiet and party! It wont be a party house though, unless we all decide were having a mad one ;-p Kiel is 32 and just recently moved over from NZ - he is of the same mind frame as me, that we want a pad where were all mates and hang out together! Kiel is also in to fitness, wants to get back in to DJing and is an IT wizz! There is only one bathroom - I work 9-5 in the city and Kiel will work much the same once he is settled with a job...just something to bear in mind if we are all trying to get ready at the same time.... Males/females were easy as long as you can bring something to the table I'm bringing my cat...well hopefully not to the table...please don't eat my cat! He's cute, you have to be happy to live with him. Any thing else feel free to ask. Thanks Charlotte

Hey! I'm Madeleine. I'm a newly graduated nurse, starting a new job in Prahran. So, I am looking for a place thats got fairly easy access to work :) I'm also a bit of a sports person and spend much of my time pretending to be fit. Def up for a sneaky evening drink/meal/social time but I'm not a massive party animal - I really like my sleep :P I'm also up for movie nights - especially of the musical or disney genre. I have heaps of experience with share housing so I'm pretty good with keeping the place tidy, but not overly picky. :)
I clean, and keep to myself but am down to watch a movie or chill. I like ordering in, I'm pretty quiet thanks to some good headphones. I am a meat eater but open to staying with any kind of humans or animals of any gender identity and sexuality. I work full time and am usually out the rest of the time or watching Netflix. I would like to move into a place with a common area or a bit more space in my own room. I would prefer a sober house or one where no sketchy people are coming over regularly. Happy to chat and see if I am a good match for your place. :)
