Hi All I work for a Relocations Company specialising in assisting Filipino Chefs coming into the country on 457 visas. Our service provides 4 weeks accommodation on their arrival which we pay for them up front. After this time they will either find their own accommodation or you can negotiate with them to stay longer term although you are under no obligation to do so. Accommodation should be fully inclusive of bills, ideally including WIFI and candidates can pay a cash bond equal to 2 weeks on arrival day. We look for single and twin occupancy rooms (no bunk beds) We meet and great at the airport, bring them to their accommodation and also provide a cultural settlement program including travel card, cultural seminar about life in Australia as well as ensuring they have bank account, TFN and super set up. Filipinos are known for having excellent English language skills, being very respectful and also hard working. Locations are varied as they are dependent on their employment location. Most candidates do not drive so accommodation must be within easy reach of reliable public transport that runs later at night due to nature of chef hours or be within walking distance to their place of work. We now have visas lodged for the following locations: *Hope Island, Gold Coast x 1 *Alexandria x 1 *Bondi Beach x 1 *Wollongong x 3 *Narellan x 1 *Mona Vale x 5 Singles & 1 Couple *Cessnock x 1 *Gregory Hills x 2 We now have the following visas APPROVED and are planning deployment to Australia: *Woolwich x 1 Please note: we are unable to commit to a move in date until the visa has been approved. This 3-bedroom home is located within a quiet area and is accompanied with great neighbours. It is only a 2-minute drive to the Hunter Expressway, a 20-minute drive to the Hunter Valley and a 30-minute drive to Newcastle. There are two decent-sized rooms available in this house, both big enough for a double bed. There is one bathroom, which will be shared with myself. There is also a little outdoor deck area, including a BBQ, which is available to use at all times.
Room available in a Modern 4 bedroom home in new estate. Close to Hunter Expressway for 35 min drive to Newcastle. A bus route is just 5 mins walk with a 10 min bus ride to Maitland Train station or 7 mins to Kurri. This is a fully furnished home with all Modern conveniences. Some furniture is available (2 single beds are available) & all rooms have built in Robes with a shelf above. Rent includes all utilities & wifi internet. No dogs or cats are permitted at this time but small confined pets such as a bird or fish will be permitted.
