Because there is no passing traffic, it is crime free and safe and secure. The house has verandahs front and rear, takes advantage of the views and is warm in winter and cool in summer. There is a wood stove in the lounge room. Solar HWS and solar electricity fed back into the grid as well as excellent Telstra, Optus and Vodafone reception. NBN WiFi with unlimited and very fast downloads included, as well as electricity and fresh rainwater. Certainly worth a look. Sorry no pets as we have a Flora and Fauna Reserve next door. Not suitable for children, as we are on top of a hill with steep slopes and an open dams nearby. Also non smoking property.
Available from 16 Feb there are 2 large 4M X 3.1M front bedrooms in a 2 year old home with great city and coastal views. Located in Shephards Lane just out of Coffs suburbia, but only 5.5 kms from the city centre, 7.5 kms from the beach and only 1 set of traffic lights to either. There are fantastic wildlife, birds, frogs and even better house mates. These bedrooms are available due to our long term residents being promoted to new job positions, and a short term resident travelling away for 2 months. All bedroom doors are lockable and there is a security coded door for entry into the house. Every bedroom has a large built in robe for clothing, and there is a ceiling fan in each room. We have solar hot water and solar electricity panels installed on the roof. We also have our own water tanks, so a very sustainable house. All electricity, gas, water and very fast and unlimited WiFi NBN are included for the house. There is also a large kitchen/lounge/dining room, outside gas BBQ and an outside Spa with great views over town, out to sea and the surrounding hills. Telstra, Vodafone and Optus reception is excellent. The road in, is an all weather 900M gravel road with bitumen for the last 200M, so there is no passing traffic and there are no hoons around, so a very safe location. The beauty about a gravel road is that you never have to wash your car ever again, as it will get some dust on it the next time you drive the road. There are only 5 other houses along this road. Hi there, my housemates have just bought a house and I don't want to move as its a great place so I'm looking to take over the lease and get two new housemates. Ideally they'd be able to go on a six month lease with me. The first bedroom is upstairs and is the main bedroom with ensuite , would allow a couple but would have to pay extra. The second bedroom is downstairs with mine (and another spare bedroom), you could choose out of two rooms which one you prefer. The bathroom would be shared. I currently don't have any furniture so if you do that's a plus not a negative, I'll be investing in some as soon as they move out though (31st March or slightly afterward). There is a double lock up garage, will be a spare bedroom and also storage cupboards and "wine cellar" if you need a place to put your things. I have a dog who gets along with other dogs if you have one too, probably prefer no cats as I'm not sure how my dog is with cats. Looking for someone stable who can sign a lease with me for at least six months, pays rent on time, is pretty clean, doesn't mind a chat or beer at the end of the day and doesn't mind dogs. Bills would be on top of rent, I estimate about 25 per week for all bills (electricity, water & internet) The house has a great view from the balcony, lovely to have a coffee or a wine on and overlook the valley. It's located at the bottom of a driveway in a complex of five houses, but it feels very private and is off the road away from noise and people walking by. Fairly modern, (10ish years) with everything you need.
Hi all, I'm looking to move to the Coffs area within the next few weeks. I'm a super quiet, tidy person and I usually keep to myself, but still more than happy to have a chat. I'm a fitness nut, so I won't be out partying late or doing anything crazy. I don't smoke, I don't drink and usually I'm in bed nice and early. I work full-time as a support worker for CCO, that keeps me fairly busy, but when I'm not working, I'm usually on my bike!
I'm clean, have a gorgeous well behaved dog, I am polite and respectful, enjoy catching up with housemates, happy to do shared dinners from time to time or just keep to myself. Can move anytime from now until May.
My current lease is about to run out, looking to find a place either on my own or with others. Like to live near the beach if possible. I am a really nice down to earth person, very active, love to socialise but not all the time, like having a chat but love my own space too. Very easy to live with. Love the outdoors especially surfing :)

Hi I’m Teilah and my dog’s name is Nala. We’re both very laid back easy going girls, usually pretty quiet unless you’re up for a chat, a laugh and a drink or two. Nala is medium sized, very friendly and ridiculously well behaved - good guard dog when no one’s home too. I’m clean and tidy and study Environmental Science at SCU. Depending on which job I get in the next few days I’ll either be full time at a mechanics in Coffs or part time at a Hotel in Urunga. I have a partner who will likely visit here and there but he is also very respectful and tidy. We love camping and hiking but can’t go past a good film. I have all my own furniture inc. dining table and couches but they are easy enough to sell or store if you have those already. I’m a bit of a hippy at heart but I won’t shove it in your face, I just love love haha. I do smoke cigarettes outside but I’m hoping to quit in the very near future. Just looking for like minded people to share a peaceful, beautiful home with for as long or as little as you’ll have me. Thanks a bunch ✌️🦄

Hi! I'm looking for a new place to call home, either a studio/granny flat type or a shared house. Preferably in or close to Coffs. I am uncomplicated, clean, social but don't mind some time to myself, love the ocean, animals (so a pet wouldn't be a problem) and gardening.
As well as having extensive views over Coffs City and out to sea, there are views of tall timbered hills, farmland, and nearby there is a collection of Flora and Fauna Reserves. Depending upon the season, there are glow worms, fireflies, micro bats, luminous fungi, Lyre Birds and the list goes on. Located 1.1 kms from Shephards Lane along an all weather gravel and bitumen road passing through rainforest pockets and lined by Glow Worms in some places. If you are into nature, this is your home. Lots of off street parking, no passing traffic, so safe and secure. Close to train line but not noisy, no train station, so require your own transport. Room for your own vegie patch.
The partly furnished flat sits above a stand alone garage which is separated from the main house on the property. An adjoining rumpus room can also be used by the tenant subject to agreement. It would suit someone who wants their own privacy and no other flat mates. All gardens and lawn areas are maintained by the owner.
