Brooke, 22. Currently studying and working part time. I am introverted so that may make me seem closed off but I would like to find a house mate I could develop a friendship with. I would ideally like to live in the northern suburbs but am open to other locations. I have a cat and a rabbit so would like pet friendly housing. I am a neat person who repsects others. You won't need to worry about me being too loud unless I am watching a super intense anime lol. I am a very quiet person and repsect peoples privacy/space.
I work full time 50+ hrs a week and travel on my off days, rarely ever around... I was born in Santa Barbara California but I've been here in Elizabeth working at Holden for 4yrs... Lots of stories when I am around...
The property is close to train station and walking distance to bus stop. It is in a quite street in a newly built area, close to shopping centre. There is a fan in each room as well as air conditioning. Plenty of natural light and features a carport at the rear of the property. There is no smoking or pets permitted by landlord. Other obvious house rules will be discussed after inquiry.
We're two long time friends who get along great and have decided to team up to find a place to live together. We are both wanting a change of location for the same reason which is to be closer to the city for work. We are both extremely clean, kind and reliable indidivuals. Preferably somewhere close to public transport. Private apartments/granny flats/small houses/etc general thing is what we're after as we don't need much space. Contact via email. Look forward to hearing from you!
Just looking for place to stay until I get on my feet. As a person who moved out of home at 16, started paying my own tuition fees and became a self starting person, I can confidently say that I know how to look after and care for a house respectfully. I care very much about the privacy of others and expect it to be returned. I'm not a loud person or very social, I keep a house quiet and clean. However I am a very bright person, up for a good chat and a laugh. I enjoy getting to know people. I'm looking for bills to be included in the rent price. I keep fish, so pets would have to be allowed. Although they wouldn't take up too much room, they can stay in the room if that is desired. Looking for anywhere in Adelaide that's close to shops and essential places. I'll be looking to move in November unless the property is near Andrews Farm, to which I could move immediately. At this stage I will be looking at $200 rent, however once I get out of school and move from part time into a full time job I should be able to afford more. I do have a partner looking to move with me, however we've realised that it's unrealistic to expect us to move together. But if it's possible that would be great.

My name's Tiarne, I'm 25 years old and a qualified Early Childhood Educator. I've been teaching in a primary school in the country for the past 3 years and am now looking to move to Adelaide to live and work. I'm relaxed, friendly, easy to get along with and like to keep my surroundings clean and tidy. Looking to rent a room with a likeminded female for the next 6-12 months :)
Currently looking for suitable housing so I can find sustainable employment close by. I'm neat and tidy, always able to pass a inspection. I do have indoor cat who is fully trained and well groomed. I'm reliable to pay my rent and bond on time, I only smoke outdoors and will ensure that all furnishing and interior are kept smoke free. I have most of my own furniture and general household items. Ultimately I'm wanting to get a place on my own but I'm happy to share accommodation depending on suitability or a granny flat.
I am great to live with because although I am happy to chat if others want to chat, I respect other peoples space also, and I always pay my rent on time and have never let anyone down in that way. I am also a very positive person as much as I can be. I do look forward to hearing from you soon. I originally came from QLD but absolutley love the lifestyle in South Australia. I love going out for long walks, computers and gaming and talking to friends, though at this point in time I will be happy with a place to stay while I continue to look for work. I am happy to catch public transport to where I want to go. Ideally I would like to stay in the northern suburbs if possible. I am happy to hear any offers of accommodation. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi, My name is Bimzy. I am 33, working professional. My work takes me places. I like to explore the cuisine scene and love working out, (yoga et al) and keeping in touch with nature. I like listening to music (jazz, house, blues, trance) and dancing. I am a clean, systematic ( comes naturally with project manager role I guess) but a wicked cook. can cook anything that I like in taste, just need the right music and wine by my side. I am sort of geeky, good with computers, great with business affairs. I like to keep busy with my stuff and don't mind socializing or staying by myself. I'm looking for a place closer to train station so that I see myself easily catching the train ride to my office in Edinburgh, without doubling my office wear as active wear ;-)
This is a comfortable home in a great location opposite the parklands. You can walk to the bus, train and shopping centre. You have a private bedroom with linen provided. I would prefer one housemate because the third bedroom is a home office. You will have the house to yourself a lot because I also have a home office the city of Adelaide and I spend time in Sydney. The house has a new gas heater and ducted cooling in summer. There is a large garage with power and a big enclosed rear garden with fruit trees. The home had a security system and metal security awnings. If you enjoy a peaceful life there is a large library of books to can read by the fire while looking at the lovely green parklands.
