Fun, energetic, responsible, clean and sociable Dane searching for a place to live while studying at USYD and experiencing beautiful Sydney! Coming from the people that have been ranked the happiest worldwide several years in row, I am very positive and keen to create a good atmosphere. In my sparetime I enjoy wine and running - rarely combined though. I am going to study at USYD from July, and currently also searching for a part-time job. I always pay on time, are very clean, and used to live with other people. What's not to like? Let me know if you are interested in getting a new Danish flatmate - you wont regret it!
Hi I am quiet and friendly. I like being sociable and having solitude as well. I don't go out much. I am saving for a house in Ballarat and I'd like to be in the area while I look for a place to live as it is a lot of travel every weekend. I expect I will be ready to buy by the end of the year, possibly sooner. I love gardening and I like growing my own food to save money. I do mosaics when I have a bit of time. I am crafty and handy person. I have a tabby cat named Pookie.
Myself and my partner Brock plus our friend Karyn have just been approved for a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom property on acreage in Mount White 2250. (Moving dates for us are 17th and 18th of June) We're looking to find a 4th housemate/couple ASAP to share the rent and living space with us. We are animal loving down to earth people who are all full time and part time workers, there are multiple living/entertaining spaces in the house that would allow privacy and down time for you, in saying that we're all quite friendly and love to have a drink and play a few games, watch movies etc as mates. In the house will be 2 pythons, 4 lizards, 1 dog, 5 quails and 7 ducks... Karyn and I work in a veterinary clinic and will probably have animals in and out of the house frequently. (this will include native wildlife under licenced care)
I'm making the move to Sydney because I've just landed a new job. I've lived in share houses the whole way through uni and survived, so I would consider myself very well trained. I respect shared spaces and hope they are places where everyone will always feel welcome. I'm looking for a friendly place to live and if that's what you're looking for too I would love to hear from you. I will be down from Friday the 23rd of July scoping out potential new homes in north Sydney.

Hill Cottage is nestled in a lush garden on a quiet, tree lined street in the historic and picturesque town of Windsor. The house has timber floors in the hall and kitchen, carpet in the bedrooms. It has high, ornate ceilings, a beautiful modern bathroom, large country style kitchen/dining with cosy wood-burner and modern gas/electric stove. One room will soon be available. The partly furnished room is large (4.3 x 3.5m) and can include a bed, desk, side table and a large table. It also has a reverse cycle air- conditioner, an ornate fire place, high ornate ceilings and lush garden views. The house is 4 min walk to the railway station, buses, gym, shops, restaurants and ten min walk to downtown Windsor which has all the modern (and historic) conveniences. We are one hour drive to Sydney CBD or 80 min on the train. 30 minute drive to Penrith, 40 minutes on train to Parramatta, 10 minutes on train to Richmond or Quakers Hill. Rent for a single person in a semi-furnished room is $190 pw plus $30 pw to cover reasonable use of gas, electricity, fire wood, internet (NBN) and some household supplies. Also an option for a lush, fully furnished room for $10 extra pw plus $30 utilities pw. We're looking for a single and/or couple with an easygoing and friendly nature, clean and considerate (like us!) Prefer someone employed full time or full time students (or combination of those). I work in the maritime industry and also the film industry so you probably won't see much of me, while Gabrielle (house mate) is a chef and works long hours. We're always up for a chat or to share a meal when we're in/when it suits you. If you like the countryside/beauty/fresh air but want to be within commuting distance of the city or ten minutes from Quakers Hill or Richmond you will be very happy here.

Hi there, I am 21 and live in Penrith and want to move out of home. Currently I work within the fitness and aquatic industry, as a swimming instructor/coach. I have also just recently started a position as a personal trainer. Whilst working I am currently studying online, for a diploma in nutrition. I have a massive love for sports and fitness and have my whole life. I'm fun, friendly and outgoing, happy to hang out and meet new people or just to keep to myself and give space. I respect others personal space.
Looking for a pet friendly private room! I have a 3 month old German Shepherd x Labrador puppy, he's pretty well behaved. Toilet trained, comes when called, doesn't bark, and he can sit. I turn 18 in July, will hopefully be moving sometime this month. I'm pretty chill, go to TAFE 2 days a week - doing a certificate IV in Community Services. I also work at Domino's 4 days a week. I am gay (and have a girlfriend) - so hopefully this won't be an issue. I love music and art, and will listen to pretty much anything. I also love live music and go to a fair few concerts. Though I am young - I am mature, responsible, clean and tidy. Not a big partier - and I don't smoke or heavily drink. Looking to live anywhere in the Sydney area. Hoping for easygoing flatmates, that don't mind a chat every now and then.
Non smoker, work full time, very tidy and organised, I have children all tho they live with there mother I love most sports, not much of a drinker (maybe a six pack a week kind of guy).
