I currently live in the upper hunter, i'm on my learners license (till December) and no other transport (no local bus and a train station 25mins away) i am looking to live in newcastle so i can get more hours and close to transport where i can find a job or possibly study (still looking at my options) Easy to get along with, tidy and respectful and very honest. I'm not a drinker or smoker and i'm a bit of a social bug, love doing anything out doors. I do have a horse so if i could be on a property that would be great but not necessary.
I respect personal space and i am clean and tidy. I enjoy my exercise and also relaxing watching netflix. I work for nsw fair trading and was previously a builder and youth worker. I would like to start traveling. I enjoy sport both playing and watching more watching these days. Anyway it would be good to meet an chat about weather we would be a good fit as house mates and explore that further
Im a fun, laid back guy who could be your new best mate. Don't mind doing what I'm told as long as its in reason. I guarantee you'll have some memories to take away with you after we live together.
Hello there, my names Mat I’m 32 and looking to move closer to work in Sydney, I need a convenient commuting residence on the Coast and comfortable living with others. I mostly keep to myself and respect others boundaries and home rules. I enjoy going to the beach to swim, computers and want to travel.
We're a couple looking to escape at the end of our day somewhere nice and tranquil... We're both researchers working on wildlife and naturally love the bush, the sea, the outdoors... We have lived in the city however are looking for a slower pace of life, and a place of our own.
I work full time in Berowra as a sewing machinist for now but will very soon need to find new work and a new place to live more appropriate to my situation. No allergies, non smoker, non drinker, no kids and I don't want to live with a smoker or kids. I have a small aquarium that I'd like to put some fish into once I get settled. I like to mind my own business and I'm usually quiet but I don't need to be. Very keen on arts and crafts, comics, video games, pizza, martial arts, I have tea and icecream everyday. I don't watch or own a TV so that won't interfere with anyone that has a viewing schedule. I have furniture and would prefer to share than to lose living space. I have experience in sharing accommodation including room shares so I know the value of privacy.
I am a 24year old female. Looking for a room in a share house. I work fulltime as a nurse at Gosford Hospital. I am easy going and friendly. Have lived in a share house before. Message me if you have a room you think is suitable or want to start a new sharehouse with me :)
Hey there. I’m a full time working 37 yr old Aussie male. I’m easy to get along with, quiet, polite and very respectful of others. I enjoy a pretty chilled out lifestyle. I Like to live in a clean and tidy environment and hoping to find a housemate that likes to live that way also. James
Hello! We are a couple in our mid-twenties from Sydney who will be moving to Central Coast region. I am studying a Bachelor of Psychological Science in Sydney and work part-time, and will be transferring to UON Ourimbah Campus. My partner currently works full-time in the allied health industry, and really enjoys the outdoors, but likes his down time as well. We are quiet people, neat and tidy, we won't mind sharing the house chores or having a chat. Our preferred accommodation would be in a flat or house sharing with 1 or 2 others at the most, our own bathroom or ensuite and in a quiet household, a 1 bedroom granny flat, unit or the like with off-street parking.
Summer will be back soon how would you like the water at your front door ? 1 furnished or unfurnished room with large built in wardrobe in 3 bedroom 2 bathroom large waterfront home great views close to public transport (Tascott station only a few mins walk ) ----- must be employed -----
I am renting a house in Central mangrove and looking for a housemate. The house comes fully furnished, with undercover parking, fireplace, air conditioning, guest bedroom, and a big backyard. The house is also situated on small acreage and is a nice quiet area. Rent is $250 per week, not including electricity and NBN wifi. Ideally looking for a housemate that works fulltime, neat and tidy, open and honest, and likes animals.

I'm just about to move down to the Central Coast NSW - from the Gold Coast QLD I'm an Architectural Designer / Drafter..... Starting a new job with a builder in Gosford on Monday 21th May. Hopeful to find a place asap - to give me a few days to settle in before starting work!! I have a dog - a Burnese Mountain Dog. She's large & she's hairy, but she's the sweetest kid! Well adjusted, social & trained. Loves everyone, I can take her anywhere & I do! I have a cat - She's 'Little Miss Confidence' she's also well adjusted, social & trained. She does display territorial dominance with other cats - we have lived with other cats before successfully, but it might be an issue in certain circumstances. At home - I'm quiet & chilled. I do like to go out to dinner & for other social events tho. For fun - I enjoy 'long walks on the beach' with my doggie!!! I'm also involved in the world of stand-up & improv comedy.... I like laughing a lot!!!
I’m super open minded and chill (and tidy!), thrive on good conversation and just generally stoked to be alive. I love spending my time outside, hiking, scuba diving, kayaking, rock climbing or having a dope picnic. If I’m inside I’m probably listening to some funky tunes and cooking a feast (vego). I’ve travelled a bit overseas to NZ, Thailand, Nepal and Greece, and I’ve just returned from a six month trip travelling Aus in my van. I also have good rental history and am pretty savvy and confident regarding realestate. I’d love to find some like minded people to find a place with, hopefully where we’d live together, not around each other. Ideally a spacious house near the beach or lake where we can create a home that we love being in. The kind of home where we cook and eat some meals together and feel comfortable to invite family or friends, be there for a hug if needed, and most importantly where we are considerate of one another.
I really would love to live by the beach ! but i work in hornsby, so im keeping my options open... happy to team up ! ... probably would prefer it... i dont want to live in too quiet of a house but rather a social one where, we can have a chat and some drinks but then also respect ones space... a house where housemates greet eachother in the morning, and can have catch ups on weekends :) Share a house with nice people and some where I can take my dog missy she is a German short haired pointer. Missy is the same size as a dalmatian, Missy and i come in a package deal... i love animals ... and will be taking missy for a walk at least 3 times a week so she will be well exersiced ... im happy to get a group on here and search for a place ... see all my friends either are in a long term relationship saving for a house or already starting a family and they have dogs of their own I am quite bubbily and can be a goof at times my friends spend most of the time laughing at me ... i love my job !!! I know how to have a laugh. I am clean.. trying to start a lifestyle change by being more healthy by eating well ... i love to cook and im also vegan and go to the gym 😘

LOOKING on the NORTHERN BEACHES and the CENTRAL COAST... Responsible, caring, clean, a Francophone by birth, I have excellent references from Real Estate Property management. My past profession involved my own business in health and healing, and my family home was on Sydney's Northern Beaches in Seaforth for 40 years, and I also worked in Real Estate in Balmain and Annandale. I like Nature, I like space, and a tidy, pleasant home. I can be social but respect we all need our quiet space. I am vegetarian since the 1980's and I am a committed animal lover and activist. I am an actor by profession and I have an agent in Sydney and in Melbourne. I am finishing a University accredited Law degree by distance education and I have two years to complete this. I have a gorgeous cat, Ellery - Ellie is 2 years old, shy with people and is litter trained, she was rescued as a baby and hand reared by me from 6 weeks of age. I PREFER a house/unit/townhouse situation with an enclosed garden/courtyard and ideally, no other pets like other cats or dogs, as regrettably, an owner's dog attacked Ellery when she was still a kitten, so this frightening memory has stayed with us. Ellery is in and out during the DAY time but locked in at NIGHT time. As a former competitive swimmer and diver, I love the water and being close to it. I am looking for a long lease after the initial six months is over. I have lived all over the world as a child and travelled several times around it as an adult, and travelling is a passion!!! I seek stability, preferably sharing with only one other, a mature owner-occupier or leaseholder is good, where that housemate is not at home a great deal of the time and they would APPRECIATE a person who would look after their home with respect and responsibility. Thank you.
