Hello I am looking for a room. I work fulltime as a professional. I love animals but currently do not own any. I do not have children. I am vegan, huge animal lover and I love to cook so I am happy to cook for my room mates sometimes. I am clean, quiet and considerate. Contact me if your think I might fit what you're looking for.
Comfortable and quiet room for rent in Montmorency area. The room is fully furnished and with air-conditioner as well as ducted heating. The property is very close to La Trobe Uni Bundoora (10-min drive) and Rmit Bundoora(15-min drive). Owner is a female full-time primary school teacher teaching Japanese. Looking for a friendly, tidy and non-smoking girl. There are plenty of on-street parking available.
Hi, I'm friendly, kind, empathetic, neat and tidy, clean...like OCD clean, but not in a bad way haha. I'm sociable, but also enjoy some time out to myself, but I'm usually out and about. I enjoy cooking and I am happy to cook for you! I'm honnest, reliable and helpful, I love to help others in any way I can, that's why I'm going to either finish studying nursing or a field of helping. As I say "a simple act of kindness can go a long way". I just moved here from Cairns. I used to be a competitive gymnast from a young age and started coaching at 14yrs old, and was coaching up until I was in an accident, 7 months ago. I'm currently living off disability benefits as I currently can't work with my injuries but don't let that discourage you as it's an adequate amount to live off and I always pay my bills on time, rent paid first. Which soon-ish I'll be looking for work or to study. I'm a reliable person to live with, so please give me a chance. I'm looking to live with at least one female and require a furnished room please. I need the option to have a double bed due to my bad back please and thank you. Thanks, Izzie
I work reasonably long hours as a builder so I'm only home evenings. I head to my hometown of Glenrowan every weekend. I'm a really tidy & clean person & look for the same in a shared home. That said I'm pretty easy going & enjoy a laugh.
The property offers a lot of shared space including a large lounge room and kitchen, a sheltered patio for outdoor eating or bbqs, air conditioning and heating, and good storage space to boot. The room is on the lower level of the house meaning it's nice and cool in summer. It comes partly furnished with a bed frame and mattress, and also has a built in cupboard. The two photos in the listing show an old configuration of the room, meaning only the aforementioned bed frame and mattress will be available for new tenants. The location provides easy access to shops and public transport. The 513 and 901 bus routes have stops right around the corner, and the Montmorency train station is a brisk walk away. On the whole, safe, comfortable and relaxing. We are looking for a flatmate who is tidy and friendly. We're happy to socialise, but also understand that some will want their personal space.
Quiet and clean student currently studying at Victoria University. Looking forward to finding a place to call home until I finish my studies (end of 2020) and meet some relaxed and friendly people along the way.
The best thing about living with my two previous roommates is that we became really good friends so I would like to meet someone who I will get along with. I have lived out of home since I was 17 years old. For the past two years, I have lived with two girls in Viewbank and we had the most awesome time! Unfortunately, we have to part ways and move onto bigger and better things as they have finished uni and are moving interstate. I work full-time in a fire compliance company in the city so I am very busy during the week. I am up around 6 am for the gym and then I am at work until 5ish. I am pretty tame most of the time but know how to have a good time once every while haha. I am happy to have a wine and socialize with my flatmates, however, I also enjoy my own time just as much. In my spare time, you will find me either netflixing, travelling or working on my business venture. Send me a message if you think we would be a good match and let's meet up!
First year Psychology student at La Trobe Bundoora. I have a 6 month old border collie x kelpie so need to live with people who either love dogs or are at least willing to put up with how crazy puppies (especially working dogs) are. She can live outside if required but will still find ways to annoy people. I am originally from Castlemaine in central Victoria and moved to Melbourne to stay with family while studying but now need to move out. I play soccer and guitar in my spare time when not studying or watching something.
Hey I’m just looking for a place that’ll be closer to work and uni. I work casually 5 days a week in Greensborough and am studying nursing at ACU in the city. I’ve also got an 8 month old border collie puppy so looking for a place that allows pets with a decent sized yard :)
We've been living in Reservoir for 4yrs but owner is selling property so we need to Vacate by 12th June. Looking for somewhere with a bit of grass for my French Bulldog to play
Nice quiet unit in Viewbank. Short walk to buses, short drive to trains (Rosanna station). Female Christian professional in her late 30s looking to share with another like-minded person in their 30s or 40s. Room has a bed and mattress already. BYO internet. Room available from 27th January 2019.
We are nicely positioned in between Westfield Doncaster and Bulleen Plaza. It's only 16 Km to the city and there are buses along Thompsons Rd not far away. The area is a quiet one and only a short stroll away from parks and the Yarra river!
Im easy going, friendly. I clean up after myself and enjoy a chat
Hi guys I'm Ray! I'm a law and commerce student at Latrobe and a analyst at the bank. I'm extremely clean, love to workout and chill out at home. I have my own car so would love a flatmate who would love to go exploring with me. I've been living in Melbourne all my life however it was time for me to move away from the South Eastern Suburbs and start my new journey. I would describe myself as a very chill person, I love cooking and working out. If you like Curry my mum will make us some a lot!
Hey future housemate(s)! I'm a very busy lady working three jobs [Liquor Assistant at BWS; Support Worker at Parkglen, and; Monthly Donor Tele-Fundraiser at the Australian Youth Climate Coalition] while I try and get my dream career started with my recently acquired Environmental Science degree and I have two furbabies, 8 year old Rusky (Kelpie X) and 5 year old Nala (DSH). In my spare time I can be found with my friends or family (or my pets!), running and boxing, or enjoying the outdoors : ) I like a good party but I'm not looking for a party house -- home to me is a place of solitude and calm to balance out my fast-paced lifestyle. It is important to me that housemates respect communal areas, have compatible schedules (i.e. for us not be needing the bathroom and kitchen at the same time most days), and most importantly to be a friendly environment.
Hello, I’m Jenna. 28yo female. Looking for a new place to live close to my work. I’m easy going and often keep to myself. I like to have a chat and share meals but also will often just do my own thing. Looking for a place with some space and a calming feel to the property. Happy to have a chat, and if anyone wants to team up for a lease I’d also be happy to discuss. :)

Hi I’m Ginette, 38 year old female. I have a gorgeous, super friendly female dog that’s a kelpie x staffy, whos 2 years old. She gets along with cats that are ok around dogs so I’m open to having that in a home. However, other dogs are not possible as she gets territorial with her food and toys. Other than that she’s so friendly towards dogs, cats and people. Very quiet. Occasionally barks if she’s outside and sees a possum etc.. usual behaviour. Not a constant barker. I’m a huge dog lover and looking for a pet friendly place with at least a small yard. A granny flat/bungalow self contained/or not would be a big bonus but I’m open to all accommodation except for apartments due to lack of space. I’m looking in the eastern suburbs. Mainly Manningham, Maroondah, Whitehorse and Booroondara. Just looking for a chilled out, respectful and down to earth home. I’m on disability support pension (DSP). So I do not work but am capable of contributing to household chores and also am timely on the rent. Hope this finds some good people who’ll give me somewhere to live that’s homely yet private. I currently don’t have my dog but am trying to find a place that allows pets. So I won’t be having my dog immediately come and stay with me until I’ve settled in and give it up to one month. My ex partner looks after her so there’s no rush but asap accommodation would be really great and appreciated!
Greetings future friend(s)! I'm Charlie and I'm a finance administrator who loves animals and plants. I also love a good glass of red, knitting, reading, yoga and baking. I've never missed a day of rent, I'm not a clean-freak but I DO clean, and I like going out almost as much as I like staying in. I'm looking for folks that I can have a good laugh with (inside or outside of the house), share cleaning duties, and are just generally easy to communicate with. I'd love to meet and chat if you're keen - if you've got questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
I'm a full time student working casual hours to fund my independence. Looking to move out of home, I'm tidy, respectful, and always down for some banter but also enjoy my quiet time.
