I'm a casual graphic designer working 3 days a week in Mortdale. I also study part time 1 day a week at TAFE, until end of September 2017. I'm extremely clean, don't cook very often, and like to have my quiet own time at home. About teaming ups - I had experiences with teaming ups twice and went really well. I'd love to team up again so if you're interested in 2 bedroom units, budget under $420 total, have your own furniture, please don't hesitate to contact me. I'd take a smaller room so my budget would be $160-180. My first preference of the suburbs would be Mortdale and Oatley.
Great sunny apartment - very large living area and balcony - big bedroom and has two bathrooms - I am a neat professional looking for someone who is like minded - close to public transport as well as shops & crunch gym - parking is easy and underground parking could be arranged - room is pretty large ( bigger than mine as I have an ensuite) with built in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors - Professionally I work as GM in a large healthcare company - happy to socialise over a glass of wine but nothing too crazy.
- This property is based in Illawong, which is in South Sydney in Sutherland Shire near Menai. Illawong is quite close to the Sydney CBD you can drive in around 35-40 I already have the lounge room and dining room furnished all you need to bring is your bed. - Rooms have aircon and polished floor boards. - There is a bus service which picks people up around the corner for the station Several times in the morning and the afternoon. - The closest train station Padstow is 12 minutes drive away. And Jannalli/ Sutherland is around 15 minutes drive away. Both stations have express trains to the city in 30 minutes. - This property would be ideal for a tradie or someone with a car who needs off street parking. Also you may be able to use the garage. - Not looking for people who are smokers or people with pets sorry. - Looking for people who are easy to get on with and nice. I work in the city so usually pretty busy.

Up for short term rent is the entire lower level of our three storey residence. This modern area is fully furnished and comprises a wrought iron four post queen size bed with a lounge area including leather lounge and television. The room also includes its own bathroom (shower/toilet) and has its own external side access. The sliding doors open to a large deck overlooking the Woronora River and a decked swimming pool. There's a bar with tea making facilities, and a small fridge. The house is a five minute walk to the nearest bus stop and takes you directly to Jannali train station. From there theres is a 50 minute commute by train to the city, or 15 minutes to Cronulla Beach. If you have a car there is on street parking outside the house. The house is in a beautiful quiet bush land setting overlooking the Woronora River. We are a family with small children and both work. We are easy going and enjoy socialising as well as our peace and quiet. This area is up for short term lease, and would suit people coming for a holiday from interstate or overseas, or someone who has some short term work in Sydney who are after somewhere nice and quiet. Rent is $300 per week, or $80 per night with no minimum stay per night. This includes wifi internet. Please note that this room does not have an included kitchen. My name is Patrick. Im 23y old and am employed as a year 1 electrical apprentice. Having arrived in Sydney from QLD , I need to find a great place and location to live. I am a quite type of person who generally keeps to myself.I enjoy a tidy peaceful surround where I can relax and feel at home. I have previously shared in Newcastle and been away for months at sea working as a cadet marine engineer. I am looking for a place where I can park my car and even better garage it. Ideally I would also like to be within a short walking distance to a rail station. I work around the city anywhere from Gosford to Kiama to Lithgow in the west. I do much prefer tea over alcohol at home ,but having said that I sometimes have a beer at a pub or club. Im just not a big drinker. If you have a room or a small granny flat to rent you may wish to contact me. Im looking to move in July. Having said that Im interested to hear from anyone with a good place and situation Regards Patrick

Hey my names Jah or Jake, whichever you prefer! I'm 25, working full time as an electrical apprentice. But I'm a Jack of all trades, and also a musician and producer. With all that going on, I'm pretty driven and mainly keep to myself. But do enjoy socializing with room mates, and a friendly environment. I have a beautiful 7 year old staffy (dog) which I am looking for suitable accommodation for both of us. He is completely trained. Loves attention, and friendly with most dogs. I am looking to move into a place ASAP (sooner the better) so please hit me up if you have a suitable place :)
