I have a private, clean one bedroom "granny" flat for rent to a quiet single person who is working full time, or full time student. There is public transport available and easy access to the Pacific Highway. Gold Coast 25 minutes Brisbane 35 minutes drive away. The flat is currently furnished, no kitchen, however microwave, bar fridge etc, Has a TV, Foxtel, Netflix and WIFI internet access. It has a separate bedroom with an en suite, walk in wardrobe and a lounge room. The photographs shows wooden blinds, however I have just updated these to white Venetians. There is off road parking on the driveway and shared use of a third garage if required.
