I'm a late 30s professional, keen lover of the great outdoors: On the weekends, you'll find me in nature, hiking, twitching and exploring beautiful Tasmania. During the week, I work an office job in Hobart, doing advisory and consulting, helping out at the Botanical Gardens occasionally. Pretty easy to get along with, more on the quiet side, non-smoker, no pets, I enjoy the occasional beer or wine, not scared of cooking up and baking almost anything. I clean up after myself, lots of experience with share houses, always pay my rent in advance, no strange habits I'd be aware of. Looking to move in early July since my current house has become unavailable, landlord going to Asia. Full ID, Police Check, pay slips etc. available if needed. Happy to drop by anytime so we can meet and chat!!
Stunning newly renovated massive house with gorgeous mountain views from most windows and just a few minute walk to the shopping centre and buses. There are two huge lounge and living areas plus a 26 sqm undercover outdoor area that is newly paved and fitted with outdoor dining table and lounge. Two beautiful brand new and large bathrooms, extra large kitchen with three fridges and freezer to allow for plenty of space. All rooms are spacious with built in wardrobes, beautiful lighting, blinds plus curtains. We have high speed NBN internet access if required. Sadly no pets permitted due to diverse housemate interests
Do you enjoy getting outdoors and having an adventure, chillin' on the couch with cuppa and a good show, sharing the odd meal and living in a clean environment with your own bathroom and walk-in robe? If so apply within. You will have your own bathroom plus mountain views from your room and balcony and parking. There is a third space and bathroom downstairs for friends or family to stay and spare storage space. Opportunity to bring own furniture as my housemate will be taking most things. The room is unfurnished, fits queen bed plus bedside tables comfortably.
The price shown is for a couple, single person price is $180 for the room as the room is huge with cupboards a walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. The house is half way between Kingston and blackmans bay beach 200m from the water down a path beside the house. Has sea veiws and a deck overlooking the water, open 🔥 fire place and seperate heating and air con, also a bar . House currently has a cedar electric sauna being built down stairs (coming soon). This house is an eco friendly house and we try to do our best for the environment.home gym under construction.
A partly furnished room is available for rent in a bright and airy 3br house in central Kingston, close to bus stops and shops including Coles and Woolworths. Living here is myself, a 40yo student nurse; and a 20yo psychology student; and a very friendly medium-sized 2yo dog. There is a large backyard, a modern bathroom, plenty of off-street parking, and unlimited internet. If you have a pet dog yourself, or a cat, they can definitely be considered! This place would probably ideally suit someone who's also a student. That someone would also ideally be responsible about doing the necessary things that go with living in a shared house, eg taking the garbage out, keeping the kitchen and bathroom reasonably clean, etc. Rent includes internet but bills are separate and divided equally between the occupants. Potential housemates will have to go through an approval process with the real estate agent but it's more of a formality than anything else. Any questions, please don't hesitate to message me. Available to move in from 16th June. Thanks!
Hi there, I have just arrived back to Melbourne after completing my Master's degree in Boston. I am originally from Melbourne, however, will be moving to Hobart in later June - early July to further pursue my education at UTas. I have been living in shared houses for the past 4 or 5 years now and love meeting new people, exploring nature, trying out new restaurants and bars. I am generally an outdoorsy person and am looking forward to exploring the beautiful island. I am extremely responsible, like to live in a neat and clean house and respect others privacy, although am always up for a friendly beer or meal together. Dhruv
Hi! I'm a 33 year old practice manager. I'm very tidy, clean, easygoing and respectful. I love a glass of wine and a chat so love to be social, but also love my own quiet time so would be happiest in a share house that isn't a party house. I'm from Newcastle originally and moved to Hobart 18 months ago and am absoultely loving all that Tassie has to offer. I love to hike of a weekend, and in the warmer months love heading to the beach.
I moved to Hobart last September to work for BBQs Galore. I'm working 4 days a week on a rotating roster. Quiet Friendly Gamer. Needs a new place to live.
Hey, My name is Stephen a 26 year old full time employed marine biologist. I'm originally from Melbourne, but moved to Hobart in August of last year. With the recent storm event, my room in a share house in Taroona was flooded, and requires too much repair for me to stay. I've lived in share houses in Melbourne, Hobart and overseas. I am clean, respectful, easy going and have made many good friends from my previous share houses. I enjoy anything involving the water, getting outside, music and relaxing with a movie. Also, I wasn't really sure how long to list the stay so just did 9 months. I hope to hear from you, Stephen
I'm moving to Hobart from Melbourne to start my masters at Utas in the beginning of July. Lived in the shared house for the last five years, so know the drill. Neat, respectful and a Banter. Into cooking whenever I'm free and more than happy to share a meal or two. Love to socialize and respect personal space. Looking for a flatmate who's easy going, friendly and always up for a laugh.

The house is three bedrooms overlooking the beach with a large living area, surrounding veranda, a heat pump and wood fire. The house is currently being renovated so will have new paint and carpets throughout. The house has a third small bedroom which you would be more than welcome to use as a study. The bedroom has built in wardrobes. We already have all living furniture and kitchen appliances so all you'd need is stuff for your bedroom. We also have unlimited internet so you are more than welcome to access that if you chip in to the bill. As we have not moved in yet, we do not have photos but can provide any as soon as we get some.
I have a large house in Kingston Beach and I'm looking for a few 'more mature' people to share with, (35 plus). The house has 2 very large double rooms available, one upstairs and one down stairs. The main room is featured in the photos but the other is not as it is currently inhabited. Both are light and clean and fully furnished. The downstairs room is $180 per week. It has its own access off the veranda a shared bathroom and kitchenette, double bed, desk, wardrobe, carpet, two windows and a double french door. The main room is upstairs, it is very large, has it's own separate private study/studio/chill out space, heat pump, TV, queen size bed and heaps of storage room. This room is $220 for a single or $300 for a double. It will be available in late July/early August. The house has two bathrooms, two lounge rooms and plenty of out door living space. We have a very productive veggy garden and 7 chooks. We are 10 mins walk to the beach and 5 mins to all shops and services in Kingston and 10 mins drive to Hobart. There is a reliable bus service about 5 mins walk to the closest stop. I am a professional woman, Drama teacher and plan to travel a bit this year. So am looking to create a harmonious community of healthy, responsible, respectful, working people who can enjoy this tranquil property and share a happy, easy going home. We have two small dogs who live at the property as well. Let me know if this might suit you.
I'm Zane, an 18 year old Kitchen hand. I work on a casual basis and spend my free time at home or out and about. I'm handy around the house and respectful. I'm a smoker but I will not smoke inside or leave a mess. I'm looking for someone laid back, tidy and quiet.
