I work fulltime, am quiet, mostly a homebody during the week and barely home on weekends. I have an indoor cat, short hair female, spayed, immunised.. ( the works (cared for better than i care for myself!) I enjoy cooking, listening to music, Netflix (who doesnt) and having a chat.
I have been staying with a friend for the last few weeks but have since had to leave there leaving me without a home to stay. As a result I am in urgent need of finding medium/long term accommodation. I would prefer to avoid short/term or temporary as I really do require some stability. I work in the IT industry with stable employment (technology is very much a passion of mine). I'm certainly not the party type, and don't smoke or drink so there would be no issues there. As stated, I am happy with medium-term or long-term accommodation. If it's medium-term, I am morr flexible with what I am looking for than if I was planning to settle in somewhere long-term. I do not drive, so somewhere close to public transport is essential. A nearby train station is ideal but a nearby bus is suitable too. Bonus points if you have a cat :) (I don't have any of my own). My preference is for somewhere along the Pakenham-Dandenong or Cranbourne-Dandenong train line but open to other areas, especially if it's only medium-term. I was previously interested in the Pakenham-Traralgon area as well but unfortunately the regional V/Line fares are a LOT more expensive than I was expecting which removed those options from the table. My budget for long-term accommodation is around $200/week but will be less for medium-term accommodation as I will still need to pay for storage of my belongings elsewhere. To settle into something long-term I would need to be able to get my things out of storage. Happy to further discuss what I am seeking regarding long-term accomodation, but space would be high on my list. Sharing of meals would also be ideal. I do suffer from OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), but am coping well. But you are a judgemental person or have issues with people who have their own struggles in life, then you are not the right house for me. If you can look past that, you will find I am a genuinely nice person who likes helping others and regularly goes out of my way for others, but unfortunately I have certainly not received anywhere near the same back in return. In fact many of the people I have helped out have returned the favour by simply screwing me over which is beyond disappointing. I'm quite an open and friendly person and I have nothing to hide so feel free to get in contact and say hi or ask any questions you may have. Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I am also looking to get back into repairing musical instruments for a bit of extra cash. Outside of work I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you don't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park or stand ups like George Carlin or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke or do drugs besides the occasional drink. My limit is $180pw including bills and preferably internet connection. Hey there, Theres me (Stacey) my two cats (Béllè and Mistiéè) and my turtle Brosca. I work 9:30am to 6:00pm in Burwood. Monday to Friday in full time permanent employment. I'm clean and Tidy and super considerate. Were looking for a place to stay ASAP. We are looking for either short term accommodation (to find somewhere more permanent) or at the least a little bit longer term (we are getting sick of moving around so much and I have work to focus on... Not moving) The cats are well mannered and dont have late nights lol. They dont fight or scratch furniture or carpet, and they are both inside cats. And Brosca, well... He's just about as chill as it gets. I take good care of my pets and always have there areas as clean as possible.
i love to clean.. i love my own company as much as i love having company..im easy to get along with...i am currently waiting to sit my stop slow course to do traffic control work but for now im on centrelink benifits..i am a mum to 2 beautiful girls but at the moment they are with there dad till i can sort out more stable accomodation..i would have access to my children but not always where im staying so wouldnt have stay overs at this point..im just trying to get back on my feet after seperation...

Will try to fix it and work something out. We have duc-heating, split system, fans in rooms, out the back theres mine and my son training equipment. Great place to live where there is lakes, ovals, parks, shops and public transport close by. Gym and pool facilities.(possible charge) Quiet neighbourhood and neighbours are also friendly. Double garage and 2 car spaces out the front. Only looking for one person to room with. I do have an 8 year old dog maxi (half lab half beagle) This home has 2 living areas, open kitchen dining loung area, a computer area which there is internet available. Great pergola area and water features and a bbq, dining area and couches outside also. I leave for work at 7:30am and return at 6:30pm. Heating and cooling also.
