I am an easy going, friendly, independent woman. I have recently moved back to the area from Apollo Bay and have been housesitting since mid December!! I haven't got anything after early September, when I'll be looking for more permanency... I'm positive, clean & tidy, enjoy walking, the outdoors, yoga, music and being with friends & family... hope to hear from you soon 😀😀
Looking for experienced horse person with a background in dressage or eventing to work 1-3 horses, plus ground keeping. In exchange you can live in "Frankie" and have use of the house. Prefer someone who has experience in caring and training green horses. There is a possibility of bringing 1 horse. Asking $50 a week to cover utilities.

I am looking for somewhere to stay while I finish my student placement which is due to finish mid December - after which I will reassess my living arrangements depending on work. I am clean and tidy, non smoker, don't drink and spend my spare time helping local community theatre groups. I work part time (mostly early mornings) and study.
Ours is a very large, two storey house on a sizeable farm with cattle and horses. It is rural and quiet with many trees including a small orchard near the house. Bird life is plentiful and varied and we have a resident pea hen. Unfortunately, no pets can be brought onto the property. We are located 10 mins from Gisborne; 15 mins to Bacchus Marsh; 20 mins to Riddells Creek and Woodend; 35 mins to Kyneton; and, 40 mins to Melbourne Airport. Each floor has a large shared kitchen (the downstairs will be completed by early November). Kitchen utensils and cookware are available for your use. There is a communal laundry on the top floor. Each floor also has its own beautiful shared lounge room with bay windows overlooking the farm and the Macedon Ranges. Both lounges include a wood fire and formal dining room. A separate TV room adjoins the top floor kitchen. There is plenty of space for barbecues and outside living. All bills and internet access are included in the rent. We have several rooms available over the two floors. Currently Rooms 2 and 3 are occupied. The first bedroom is large with a dressing room with ample storage space. It can easily fit a kingsize bed, desk and comfortable sofas or chairs. The picture windows look out over the Macedon Ranges. The private bathroom is large and includes a bath. It is suitable for couples. The cost is $250 for a single and $300 for a couple, per week. The second bedroom is also large with a BIW. It can fit a kingsize bed, a desk and one or two comfortable chairs. The bay window looks out onto the Macedon Ranges. The available bathroom is large and shared with one other flatmate. It is suitable for couples. The cost is $200 for a single and $250 for a couple per week. Currently taken. The third bedroom is smaller, with a BIW. It is suitable for a king single, or possibly a double. A small desk and chair will fit into it. The available bathroom is large and shared with one, perhaps two flatmates. The cost is $160 per week. Currently taken. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are downstairs and can be suitable for couples as well as individuals. They each have a BIW. We are in the process of building a new kitchen and another full bathroom downstairs. At the moment there is a shower and toilet available. Whilst the renovations are being completed (by the end of November) the rent is $160 per room for a single person and $210 per room for a couple. When the new rooms are fully functional the rent will raise to $180 per room for a single and $230 per room for a couple, per week. There is plenty of off street parking, but not undercover and included in the rent. Some limited garaged car space is available at an extra cost. The access road is sealed and the winding driveway has a gravel surface. Entry is by a security gate. My partner and I will continue to live on the property. We will be pleased to be your neighbours, and I will be actively working the farm.

It’s a beautiful neighbourhood and sure to please! Bills are split evenly. There is fans in both bedrooms and ducted heating in the house for the winter. The remaining housemate is a local Vet who has relocated from Perth. Look for working single women ideally. Pets are considered however the house is not suitable for children sorry. If you have any questions, or would like to come and see the property, please don’t hesitate to send me a message! We look forward to hearing from you!
The property is modern neat and clean. Everyone is friendly and respectful. The home is in a nice area of Gisborne and walking distance to the main street. The house rules are that you keep the communal living rooms tidy and you clean up after yourself. Although your room is your room it should be clean and respectful of the furnishings. The shared bathroom is between you and another and you will need to take turns to keep it clean. We like to listen to music but not into parties.
Its quiet, clean, and plenty of room, own bathroom and 2 living ( lounge) rooms so plenty of space to relax in own areas. Bbq and outdoor enertainment area. NICE views overlooking golf course, so any keen golfers welcome😊
I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, separated about 15 months ago. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which will last for 5-6 months and then I'll be having more surgery sometime in early 2018 to remove stoma/sow up hole left by stoma, and put everything back the way it was...minus a bit of bowel. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issue and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house and a share house in Darley. A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living.
Good quiet area with good neighbours, if you don't have a car the bus stop is only a few hundred metres away. Nice size place good open dining area and good size kitchen has dishwasher and nice cozy lounge and I've got great speed Internet. The available bathroom & toilet will be used only a couple of times a week by my 11y.o old son when he stays over but other than that it'll be all yours as I have my own bathroom and toilet. The room itself is standard size not big but not tiny it has a built in wardrobe which makes up for it.
It's has a great ambience plenty of room sensational gardens soround the property Ducted heating Evap cooling wood heating in games room Just a great place to live Me and my other flat mate are great company and great cooks
I'm easy going happy to help anyway I can and as I say I'm just your average Aussie guy! I operate an Excavator for work and I have a very friendly female rottweiler who just loves a pat! No sports these days and don't drink very often as I have my gorgeous girl Zahra every second weekend!!
Currently working full time as a Flight Instructor at Bacchus Marsh Airport looking for a place to rent thats not too far away. Enjoy having a chat but also understanding of peoples privacy. During my time off I like to hang out with mates, drive/work on my car, watching sport and I love watching a quality movie.
