I am relocating to rural Victoria in mid April and would like to house-share so that I can meet new people and have someone to chat with at the end of the day, but I also respect other's space and privacy. I have house-shared for the past 6 years in Melbourne and I am a very considerate, clean and friendly housemate. I am a full-time worker (Monday-Friday) and I enjoy quiet nights at home through the week either relaxing, reading or cooking. On weekends I'm keen to get out and explore the surrounding towns (Daylesford/Kyneton/Trentham etc) once I have moved there. I'm flexible on the length of stay - ideally I would like it to be at least 2-3 months, but if it all works out well then I would love to stay longer (around 9-12 months). I do not smoke, party or have any pets. I also don't have any furniture at the moment, so a furnished house and bedroom would be perfect. If you have any questions or know of a room available in Daylesford or in a town nearby, please send me a message. Thank you.
The house, built in 1960, sits amongst 5 acres of Australian flora and fauna, and is only 6 km to the town centre of Daylesford. This 1960 shack has a minimal 1960's style decor with modern comforts. Surrounded by a forest of trees and an orchestra of birds, the house is simple and peaceful. The kitchen and living room is open plan with a wood heater and floor to ceiling windows. Lots of space for dining, study and relaxing. The bedroom is fully furnished with dresser, bedside table and double bed. Separate equipped laundry. Bathroom with shower over bath and separate toilet. External storage shed with workbench and wood shed. Unlimited wifi & rain water tank. Split system air con. *no smokers please.
Self-employed creative professional. I love nature, painting and yoga. I'm a pretty relaxed person. I have an independent nature and like my own space, but also love cooking, sharing food and time with friends. Respectful of peoples' boundaries, clean and tidy person and organised with paying bills on time. Looking for a very quiet and light-filled room in a house that feels like a home. Prefer a stable rental agreement.
Hi! I’m looking to move to castlemaine area or surrounding suburbs Very active lifestyle, I love surfing, snowboarding, little skateboarding and basketball. Also love running and any other form of exercise. Originally from Melbourne and very much looking forward to making the move out to beautiful Castlemaine for a bit of peace and quiet! I’m a paramedic which means I’ll be doing shiftwork but night shifts finish at 7am so I won’t be coming in at crazy hours waking people up! I have a super relaxed, laid back personality and think I’m Preety easy to get along with :) If you have anything suitable and want to reach me, please message me on 0401388329 :)

The Townhouse is only 3 years old. It's a low maintenance property that's super close to everything you need. The house has ducted heating and cooling, unlimited Wifi, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living consisting of the lounge room, dining room and kitchen, a laundry, one carport space, a small front and back yard, and there's plenty of on street parking available. We have a big fridge and oven, along with all other amenities you would expect a home to have. Our house mate will have their own bedroom and bathroom, and could potentially use the carport depending on the size of their car.
I work full time at an OSCH program with my sister Milla who I’m currently looking to move out with. We both study in our off time from work to further our current job skills! We are looking to live out due to needing more space from our big 6 person family! We are both clean and tidy people who enjoy others company as well as much needed alone time. We are looking for 1 or 2 people who are reliable and can take care of their own space and responsibilities.

This is a very large, two storey house on a sizeable farm with cattle and horses. It is rural and quiet with many trees including a small orchard near the house. Bird life is plentiful and varied and we have a resident pea hen. Unfortunately, no pets can be brought onto the property. It is an easy 10 minute drive from Gisborne; 15 mins to Bacchus Marsh; 20 mins to Riddells Creek and Woodend; 35 mins to Kyneton; and, 40 mins to Melbourne Airport. Each floor has a large shared kitchen. Kitchen utensils and cookware are available for your use. There is a communal laundry on the top floor. A separate TV room adjoins the top floor kitchen. There is plenty of space for barbecues and outside living. All bills and internet access are included in the rent. There are several rooms available over the two floors. Currently Rooms 2 and 3 are occupied. The first bedroom is large with a dressing room with ample storage space. It can easily fit a kingsize bed, desk and comfortable sofas or chairs. The picture windows look out over the Macedon Ranges. The private bathroom is large and includes a bath. It is suitable for couples. The cost is $220 for a single and $250 for a couple, per week. The second bedroom is also large with a BIW. It can fit a kingsize bed, a desk and one or two comfortable chairs. The bay window looks out onto the Macedon Ranges. The available bathroom is large and shared with one other flatmate. It is suitable for couples. The cost is $220 for a single and $250 for a couple per week. Currently taken. The third bedroom is smaller, with a BIW. It is suitable for a king single, or possibly a double. A small desk and chair will fit into it. The available bathroom is large and shared with one, perhaps two flatmates. The cost is $160 per week. Currently taken. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are downstairs and can be suitable for couples as well as individuals. They each have a BIW. There is a shared bathroom. The cost for each room is $180 for a single and $220 for two people. There is plenty of off street parking, but not undercover and included in the rent. Some limited garaged car space is available at an extra cost. The access road is sealed and the winding driveway has a gravel surface. Entry is by a security gate. I will continue to live on the property and I will be actively working the farm.
The second bedroom is occupied by a local man. It's a beautiful rural property a couple of minutes out of Kyneton township. The landlord also lives at the same address in another house. There is lots of space and it's nice and quite, there are always kangaroos in the backyard and lovely views (especially from the bedroom). The rooms are spacious, the house is fully furnished. There is a washing machine and dryer, and well appointed kitchen. Although the internet is not connected NBN is available. If a couple were to move in the room would be $200 with utility bills included.
It's really close to Freeway access and is within walking distance of the Gisborne township, 4 mins drive to to the Station. You have your own private room with a split system heating/cooling unit and private access to it. It's a large bedroom, fully furnished. The Kitchen and Bathroom are updated with Stone bench tops ect. the main living area has central heating and cooling. The House is surrounded by lovely gardens.
Hey I’m T. I’m currently working full time in the travel industry! I like to have a chat and socialise however I still like my own time:) I love to keep the house clean as well! I’m pretty independent and do my own thing most times
I am a quite respectful and down to earth person. I get along with everyone. I have previous experience with living in a sharehouse and found it no problem and can easily get along with whoever I live with and pay bills on time. I’m a bit of a neat freak so I’ll keep the place clean. I work full time in the city as a hairdresser apprentice and go to tafe 1 day a week. Occasionally go out on weekends but enjoy nights in to watch some tv and just chill out.
