Hi there I'm looking for a property to live in with me and my dog. I may be young but I'm mature for my age. On weekends I spend most of them camping up the bush and don't got out offtern. I work full time hours as a traffic controller and have an income of roughly $1000 a week. I am currently renting with Raywhite and sharing the property with my sister, however she has a baby which makes our small home quite crazy! I can provide my rental history and details to my work for proof of income. I'm a very easy going person and love to have a laugh. I don't have massive weekend as I'm up the bush most the time but do enjoy a drink on the nice sunny days. If I sound like your perfect tenant feel free to contact me
I'm easy going, clean and quiet. I've recently moved to Melbourne for work and that's my primary focus. When I'm not working I like cycling, working out and being outdoors. I'm happy to live just about anywhere east of the city but with no more than one other person. Happy to team up or move into an established place.
Two rooms available in house to share with current male housemate. Take one room for $180 or have both and your own bathroom for $240 p/week. House is at end of quiet court, has double garage for parking, private back yard with pool. Plenty of space with two living areas separated by central kitchen. Ducted heating and cooling, rooms have double wardrobes. Rent includes electricity, gas, water and internet.
We have a bedroom available for rent in our house located in Rowville! Potential housemate will have access to the whole house. House has heating and cooling. A large backyard. Bathroom is currently used by one housemate. The room is unfurnished. Utilities are not included in the rent - they are split equally when they arrive. They are gas, water, electricity and internet. We also split the cost of shared items such as washing powder, toilet paper etc. The available bedroom is spaceious and has a double door wardrobe. It is $150.00 per week. It can easily fit up to a king size bed plus other furniture. First months rent and the bond of (equals to the amount of the first month rent) is due on or prior to move in date, which is payable via bank transfer or cash in hand (receipt will be written out as proof of payment). So long as nothing is damaged etc. during your stay you would have the bond amount refunded to you after you had left. Ideally, we are looking for a new housemate who wants to stay at least three months or more, they clean/look after themselves, will help out when it comes to those boring household chores, and are not too noisy. To keep the dynamics of the house, we are only looking for new roommates between 20-29 years of age, are respectful of others and be easy going. Currently there are two 25 year old guys living at the house, Dale and Liam. If this sounds like your ideal living arrangement and you'd love to be a part of our squad, send through a message and we can arrange a meet and greet at the property so you can also check out the rooms! If you have any questions feel free to ask away.

Hi there, I'm Skye I am a down to earth conscious being who enjoys spending time with nature, doing Pilates, travelling, socializing and spending quality time with myself and good friends. I am seeking a place to call home, a place where I can come to rest and to just be me, I would really love to live with fellow people with whom are conscious and seek to better them selves and our world in some unique way, what ever that may be. I enjoy spending time alone in my home space as I am quite busy and full on out of home, but I would also love to be able to share communal activity's and meals when suits with my fellow housemates, I want a warm welcoming, relaxed family vibe for myself and for all with whom I live with :D
I am a fulltime working single Mum who is very easy going and well organised and love cooking. My daughter and I have lived in a rental unit on our own but have the need now to live in a house and found it just a bit difficult to do this on my own.

I work fulltime as a Disability Support Worker and I have just relocated back to Melbourne from Sunshine Coast. I love cooking, gardening, outdoors , animals , beach, chilling out on a day off, various different types of music ( when I actually get time to listen , but great when doing the housework ) , relaxing watching a good movie, or sometimes just being, catching up over a coffee , but also love my own space. Spend time with family and catch up with friends whenever possible. I am a very honest person, no bullshit as they say , love having a laugh and as genuine as they come. I am looking to share with preferably just one person or 2 depending on the size of the property. A house , granny flat or spacious property. More about me later , don't hesitate to contact for further info or a chat .
About Nat: I'm 22 and use they/them pronouns. I work part-time as a dental assistant, although I would love to pursue a career in video game development. I'm great to live with because I respect other people's privacy and possessions, I'm a huge neat freak, and I hate parties. I'm also a non-smoker and I don't drink. I have my own car and I own a very friendly spotted python who stays inside his terrarium. About Sam: I am 22 year old male and a good friend of Nat. Although I am currently on welfare, I am eager to find work and am fully aware that bills come first. I do not smoke or drink, and prefer a quiet atmosphere. I'm on my way to getting my licence and use public transport. I do not like putting off household chores and enjoy keeping a clean living space - coming from a house of young rowdy siblings, cleaning up after adults sounds like a dream ;). I also own a reptile, a single small blue tongue lizard who stays in his terrarium. About Rachel: I'm 19, Nat's sister, and study full time at Deakin University. I'm hoping to pursue a career as a criminal psychologist. I work part-time at Chesterfield Farm and The Butcher Club at Maxi Foods in Upper Ferntree Gully. I am well contained inside my bedroom and am typically a quite person. All socialising would be outside the house and I understand the concept of common curtsy; I wont disturb you while you're sleeping. I own a very friendly Swiss White Shepard dog who is great with all people, mostly very quite, and only barks at knocking on the front door. I have my own car, with a current driver's licence. We all have our own furniture and we plan on buying our own cutlery and utensils.
Hey we are are fun couple with great personalitys. We are easy to get along with. We Try to keep healthy and fit. We are neat and tidy and looking for same. We are major cat lovers.
I work full time as a cafe manager at Eastland. I spend a lot of my extra time at home studying and spending time on myself. I am currently living out of home already, always paid rent on time.
I'm a friendly and very tidy person. Very considerate of other people. I work full time and will also be studying again next year. I don't mind a drink of wine every now and then. But I won't be having any wild parties. I grew up in the Dandenong ranges and would love to live there again.
I work at an awesome organic/wholefoods store in Ferntree Gully, which I love :) I went travelling around Europe for 3 months this year over winter. I'm thinking of studying naturopathy. But might put it off for a bit longer to do some more travelling... I'm a friendly, clean and tidy person who loves to hang out in my spare time! I also love: good food/coffee, going for runs, patting dogs, meeting new people, lying in the sun :)
Hi! I'm an English and Drama teacher at Swinburne Senior Secondary College. As well as teaching 3-4 days per week, I tutor VCE students and write for an education magazine. In my spare time I love reading, swimming, books and music. My partner Rosie is a student at Holmsglenn, in Glen Waverly, and she is an incredible gardener. She can grow food, fix the kitchen sink, propagate natives... anything practical, she's onto it. She also plays violin, swims, reads, and does her homework. We're both clean and tidy and very responsible with our bills and payments. PETS: The kitten in the picture is not coming with us!! We are planning to adopt a dog but will make sure it is well trained (if you are worried we can pay a pet bond to put your mind at ease!). We are looking for somewhere green and quiet. An enclosed yard, trees, and spaces to grow vegetables are a plus, as is proximity to parks/rivers/creeks/national parks. I'd prefer to catch the train to work so walking/riding distance to the Belgrave line train station would be amazing. Neither of us smoke, and we have our own furniture.

Hi there, Looking for accomodation for a somewhat temporary basis. However starting immediately. We are a clean working couple, Kayne a Chef, and Stacey working in administration. We are quiet, and keep to ourselves. We would love our new start to begin at your place :)
Hi I'm Laura! I'm an out going, friendly and positive person, who loves to sing and play the guitar with my partner, go on hikes, explore, read, draw, exercise and a massive lover of animals. I'm open minded and nothing really bothers me. I always clean after myself and big on hygiene. I work at NAB bank in the docklands from Monday till Friday and I currently live in Endeavour Hills with Elijah and his family. Hi I'm Elijah, I work full time at Bunnings DC in Dandenong 6am till 6pm. I have passion for music and I basically sleep with my guitar. Sports is something I also thoroughly enjoy and like to play during the week after work. I love to cook and experiment with new recipes with my partner. I'm easy going with an approachable nature. I also live in Endeavour Hills with Laura and my family.
I am respectful, reliable, and neat and tidy, I like to cook and to socialise. I work part time (school hours) five days per week in HR for a mental health organisation. I have a 7 year old son who lives with me part-time, so I need a place for the two of us. I have a partner and I stay at his place regularly and so does my son, and he also stays at his Dad's too. So we are only home probably half of the week. We have both shared accommodation before with two different flatmates (through this service). I have enough furniture to furnish a whole house, and would prefer not to keep paying for my storage shed and move my furniture in with me. I am friendly, well mannered and very house proud.
currently looking for a place to live, am working full time and a student studying for my diploma in child care. Friendly and easy going, and mostly spend my time outside of the house
Spacious clean room available with built in wardrobe. The 3 bedroom home has just been freashly painted with new blinds and lighting. Shops and public transport are only 5 minutes away by foot as this is a very central location with the Monash and Eastlink close by also. We are located in a quiet street with the house backing on to an oval & tennis court. The property has a huge backyard featuring out door seating, a bbq and a fire place. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. The bedroom is unfurnished however we can furnish it if you like. The rent includes unlimited high speed WiFi. Bill are seperate, split 3 ways, and very affordable as the house has energy saving LED lights. You can expect to pay only around $25 pm. There's also a heater and aircon which is amaazing.
Lovely furnished room (including double bed frame and wardrobe) with a view of the stylish front yard. The house is located close to a train station, walking distance to grocery stores, milk bars, and restaurants. In summer, there will be an above ground pool in the back yard. Will also boast ducted heating this coming winter. Very relaxed household and neighbourhood. :) No obnoxious, messy or unhygienic people need apply. The household has two animals - a medium sized dog and a cat. If you are allergic, uncomfortable around or generally dislike animals, this is not the house for you. Harm to the animals or disregard of rules of interaction with the animals will not be tolerated. Their training, feeding, etc is the owner's responsibility alone, however they are everyone's to cuddle and love :) Communal living areas such as the loungeroom and kitchen must have occupants clean up after themselves directly after use. The room itself should be well managed by the occupant. If you are a smoker, you must smoke outside only, away from the building. Damage to property through direct harm or neglect will result in loss of bond or request of reimbursement.
Hey everyone :) 26yo guy recently moved back to Melbourne after living in WA for a while. Looking for a long term room ideally in the eastern suburbs but I'm not all that fussed. I don't have much furniture so furnished are favorable. Maybe interested in property rentals with a few friends if the opportunity came up. $150pw incl bills is my highest rent price. Trying to get settled with employment asap so someone who is fine with my situation is necessary. 85% sure I'm entering full time study in 2017. I'm the quiet type but in no way anti social, tend to spend most of my time between home/my parents/with friends, not a party person, enjoy the odd glass of wine here and there, and I'm an outdoor smoker. I tend to get along with everyone I meet. If I sound like someone who would fit into your household, don't hesitate to email anytime (if I'm slow to reply, that's because I didn't get an email yet letting me know I have a message). Thanks. Richard :)
I'm working full time as an apprentice roof plumber. I'm an easygoing, clean and respectful person. I have a staffy mix who loves everything, he is 1 and half years old and trained. Message me if you like to know more about myself or Zues (my dog) Thanks!
