Clean and tidy, quiet and keep to myself mostly. I work full time in the public service. I enjoy a drink or two down at the pub and going out to watch local bands. Looking for a simple, no fuss living situation.
One room available in Gilmore for rent. $180 per week includes rent and unlimited internet. The house is located within a two minute walk to Chisholm shops. Bus stops are only across the street. Tuggeranong is only a 10 minute drive away. The city is only about 20 minutes drive away. You would have your own bathroom and potentially your own living area. The room is unfurnished and has a double built in robe. Utility bills would be spilt by three ways.

Hey my name is Chloe I am looking at renting with a couple of house mates. I would be looking to move in around end of March/ early April. I would be looking for a small bedroom in a shared house. I have a full time traineeship in the public service and I work Monday to Friday. I am a neat, friendly person who loves a social outing but also a quite night at home for some alone time. My hobbies include sports, reading and adventures. I would be looking to move in with my dog Leo. He is a 9 month old, fully toliet trained and is supper friendly with people, he loves a good play and pat. Would love to hear from you Chloe
Hi there, I'm 24 years old, LGBT+ friendly, nerd and looking for a room to rent as I am moving to the ACT to work. I am fairly social but mostly like to keep to myself. I am clean and I prefer quiet drinks, going to national parks hiking/camping or gaming over partying. I love all animals and will happily help out with your pets :) If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask!
Hi, my name is Ngaihung and i am looking for a share house in Canberra. I am working part time in construction. I am looking for a quiet, clean, respectful and friendly place. I always pay rent on time and always take pride in keeping my room tidy.
I have share housed in many places before, I like cooking don’t mind bogging into a group cook up. I clean up after myself and I am focused on my studies so and my own business so I’m quiet.
Ceiling fan in all rooms for the summer. Ducted gas heating for winter. All utilities will be included in rent (gas, water, electricity) unless over exceed limit, internet and Netflixs. Undercover barbecue area. Off street parking. Only 5 min walk to local shops, IGA, Medical Centre, Chemist Hairdressers, takeaway. Public transport bus stop is 1minute walk. 6min to Tuggeranong/Greenway by bus.
I'm an indoor plant lover, crochet enthusiast, and avid song singer. I work in media and comms so I'm always up for a chat about what is making headlines. I'm a classic introvert so I like my space but am also usually up for coffee and conversation.
I’m quiet clean and respect the people around me. I’m a 23 year old with a shoodle named Xavier. His an inside dog who’s toilet trained. I’m studying and working part time at a childcare at the Woden hospital. I’m incredibly quite, shy and I guess if you were to ask people to describe me it would be; nerdy, too kind and bubbly. It takes a bit for me to warm up to people but when I do it’s like you’ve known me for years. I’ve only ever share houses once and it was a nightmare so I’m looking for someone who is clean, respects privacy and hopefully I can form a great friendship with. I’m creative and love a good tv series (game of thrones, Rick and morty, the Orville, Brooklyn nine nine) just to name a few. For fun I like to draw, Netflix, play with my dog, or go get a massage. I only have a few friends and keep to myself. I love to travel and will be heading to Africa in July.
I am a quiet and tidy mother of a teenager and we need a place to live in peace. We don't own animals, although we love them and we are focused on our goals. My son, Samuel, is in year 10 right now and he will be going to Erindale college next year because he is passionate about sports and health. I am working in childcare because I enjoy being around children and I am passionate about literacy and education. As a single mum, with no support, I need a place I can afford. I will be very grateful to hear from you, Kind regards, Virginia Moreno.
Hello there potential future housemate/s. My name is Jake and I am looking for a room to move into in a friendly and welcoming house. I work part time at a nursing home and soon will be studying part time as well so I will be out of the house a fair bit. I have many interests, I enjoy cooking, sports, cartoons, games, movies, books, animals, arts, gardening, fashion, music and bike riding. I love animals and I have one dog who I want to live with me. I know this means that my options will be limited because most places don't allow dogs but I'm willing to wait until I find the right place because my dogs means a lot to me. If you have a room in a place where a dog would be acceptable or you are interested in looking for a place like together, I would love to hear from you!
Hi, My name is Elise. I currently live in Melbourne, however I am looking to move to Canberra in the near future as I've met some new friends there and generally find the peacefulness of the capital appealing. To tell you a bit about myself, I'll start off by saying that I'm a 22 year old MtF transgender woman, meaning I am looking for housemates who are accepting of the LGBTQIA+ community. For work, I currently run a home IT business that makes me a reliable income for living in Melbourne. Upon moving to Canberra however, my first priority will be to get a job as I am not sure of the reliability of the income from my current job once the location has shifted. For the time period in which I will be looking for work, I have $5,000 saved up which would go towards paying rent and any bills until I have a steady income again. My hobbies include gaming, cooking, music and being around friends. Since I'm naturally a quiet person, I don’t think that anyone would have any issues with me being too loud around the house. Preferably my room would have space for a desk in addition to a double bed so that I could game from my bedroom, therefore not disturbing anyone else. I wouldn’t be a troublemaker in any sense of the word; I avoid drama and do not have any bad habits such as taking drugs or smoking. Due to past experiences, I would prefer to live with people who identify as female as I am not quite as comfortable around males. Due to the nature of my work and hobbies, houses that have NBN would be great, but it's not a necessity! I'm also happy to help cook for the house; especially if the kitchen is pleasant to be in. If you have any further questions please don't hesitate to ask! Thank you for your time, Elise
