I am a professional female. Quiet, clean, keep to myself. No kids. No pets. No loud music or parties. Non-smoker. Social drinker - but rarely social. I have just relocated to the Gippsland area from Tasmania, to study a part-time course. I'm currently officially unemployed, but expect to secure full-time employment in the community sector soon. I won't be ready to move in somewhere until October due to housesitting commitments (therefore can provide references). Currently, I'm not sure whether I'll be a short-term or long-term resident - that depends on the job I get and whether I decide to do further study after this course. Therefore I'm suggesting my stay length will be between 2-6 months, but quite possibly longer. I'll be able to give you a better idea by September/October.
I'll be looking for a place to live for three months but this is likely to be extended. I'm experienced and enjoy house sharing, and can have references if you like. My dog is 8 months old terrier, I train him so he is good in many ways, but also a bit of a pup, though getting more mature everyday. He gets on well with other dogs and it would be great for there to be other dog/s in the house. I'll often be heading to Melbourne or travelling around on weekends, and working with council during the week. I work in arts/natural environment (ie museums and national parks) and tourism, and like gardening and food. I am vego and share kitchens with people who aren't no probs. I'm looking to move in the first couple of weeks in August, but can be flexible if need be.
