Hello, I am 24 and I work in Ecological management/bush regeneration. I'm kind and accepting of all others and I would like to share a home with people on a similar wave length. I'm gay and have no preference on what your sexual orientation is. I am honest, straight to the point, good humoured, mature and open minded. I love bush walking, cooking, swimming, gardening - I have had some delightful veggie patches, making art and camping. Please get in touch if you think we'll get on well.
I am considerate of noise and other peoples space, can fix things (am a tradesman), am independent, am reliable for paying rent and would be out a fair bit on weekends.

I would love a garden, to share some cooking and meals and to live with generally excellent humans.
Young professionals. Cody studies Architicture and Tom is a biology grad here on a working visa from the USA. Both super clean and organised. Cody works and attends uni a lot so won’t be around that often. Both love the beach and cool new adventures.

Hi, I'm a 25 year old biology student at UOW looking for a place to call home with a coupla mates. I work part time for a landscaping company the days I don't have class. I'm easy going and love the beach so if I'm not home that's where I'll be! I'm tidy, respectful of privacy but definitely don't mind a beer at the end of the day and a catch up. I'd love to hear from you!
Hello. We are Chris and Rachelle, two young professionals who've just moved from Qld to live by the beach. Ideally, we'd like to put together a share house with another like-minded person. We're very tidy folk, with a love of indoor plants, music and simple living. When we aren't at work, we both love to surf and listen to podcasts. Rachelle is a keen runner and Chris enjoys playing acoustic guitar. Drop us a line if you're after something similar!
Hello, I’m a part-time PhD student in the sciences at UOW, and I work part-time in Sydney throughout the week. I'm currently looking for a clean and relaxed place somewhere near to public transport. My hobbies include writing, afternoon runs, and music composition. A medium-sized, unfurnished bedroom would suit me well; somewhere I can easily fit my bed, desk and bookshelf. While no party-animal, I’m always up for a good night of board games and wine over some stimulating conversation. I am a reliable housemate and seasoned renter, and can provide an impeccable tenancy ledger, with references if requested. Cheers, Chris
I work full time for Ray White. Am looking for a modern apartment close to town and beach. Clean, friendly! I’ve rent e numerous times through different real estates and have great references.
Communal Arts House near the Beach This is a large turn of the century house in Austinmer. Close to the beach, with views to the escarpment from the three balconies. It has lots of common areas, gardens, deck, organic veggie patch, chooks, professional artists and art students. We are 200 metres from Austi Beach. Five Minutes from the train and buses to Wollongong. Ten minute walk to Thirroul. Ultimately we are looking for like-minded, long-term tenants that are happy to live in a communal share house. Students, artists, and professional creative people gainfully employed. No layabouts! We expect people to clean up after themselves, but a housekeeper is employed to keep all common areas tidy. There are various rooms available of differing sizes and rent includes all bills. If this sounds like a good fit for you do not hesitate to email some details about yourself and what attracts you to the The Artists Outlook at Austinmer and why you think you would be a good fit for the place. Look forward to hearing from you
Beautiful clean modern home with stunning views! Walking distance to public transport, cafes and shops. 20mins from Wollongong and Sutherland CBDs. Happy and healthy house mate looking to share a house that is empty half the time :) The train station is a 3min drive or 20min walk from the house. Helensburgh is a 50min train ride to the city. 20min drive to Wollongong or Sutherland. The main street is walking distance from the house (5mins). This is where you'll find Coles, newsagents, pharmacy, hairdressers, post office, pubs, take aways and a bunch of cute cafes etc. Helensburgh is a beautiful historical town filled with friendly, easy going people. Surrounded by The Royal National Park and great beaches. The closest being Stanwell Park beach (5mins). In your room there is a built in wardrobe and single bed that folds out into a king sized bed. If you have your own furniture and would like it removed, I can organise that :) The room is small, with roller shutters that block out all light, perfect for shift workers. The bathroom is shared. The house is tiny. The house has split air-conditioning and a wood heater. Gym with treadmill and squat rack. Two door dish washer, pod coffee machine and shared laundry with dryer. All new stainless steel appliances & robot vacuum. Decking outdoor area that looks into the tree tops, Weber Q for summer (or winter) BBQs. Polished floorboards. Double story / split level living. With separate lounge room & gym underneath. Off street, under cover parking for your vehicle. $200 per week, plus electricity bill split. Gas and water included in rent. Unlimited Internet / wifi and Netflix included.
Hello! I am currently living in Sydney and looking to move to Wollongong to continue my studies at UOW. I will only be in Wollongong Mon- Thurs, as I will be working in Sydney over the weekend. I am clean and tidy, and have been living in share houses for the past 7 years, so I'm keen to find somewhere/someone that is happy to divide up household cleaning etc. I am easy going and friendly and always up for a chat, but also very respectful of personal time and space. I love being outdoors, going to the beach and exercising, and I have a pretty full time table so I really wouldn't be home very much. I am always up for a glass of wine of an evening, but not really looking for a party house. If you have a room for me and think we'd get along, I'd love to hear from you!
Hey i'm currently looking at new place, don't really care about locations just as long as its close to uni. I try to keep things clean and tidy. Love to Netflix binge, game occasionally and try to workout regularly. I'm pretty easy going dood, don't mind a convo here and there. Very respectful of privacy and care for property. I've moved up from Melbourne and really just want something as cheap as possible but with very good internet. Looking at moving sometime in the middle of the year towards the end. If your Interested feel free to give us a call.
I’m a hard working carpenter working full time trying to build my own company, just moved back to Sydney/Wollongong after 8 months back in the country. Love a good chat love cooking for people, I’ve very easy going and easy to talk to, most weekends are spent with mates out 4wding or camping if I’m not doing that it’s catching up on sleep. love a drink or 3 after work, I’m not roudy or a big partier but happy to have a party if the house is having one. I’ve lived in shared houses before so understand and respect the space of others I’m quite anal about public spaces and keep my room quite tidy. Love animals but not the biggest fan of cats (been attacked a few times) would like to live with people around my age
