I'm 20, currently in my second year studying a Bachelor of Youth Work at VU Footscray Park. I want to move a bit closer to the uni as I currently live in Geelong :). I love travel and being spontaneous. I love trying new things and meeting great people. :) I also work casually at Bunnings.
Hi there, Just moved down from Brisbane, where I've willingly chosen to give up the endless sunshine for the freezing cold and rainy days of Melbourne. I'm very passionate about a clean kitchen and paying bills on time as I like being organised. I work part time and study part time. My professional background is in start up management and software services. Not really into partying but I am always up for some few bevs after work. I am also a non-smoker. I don't think I'll be home too much in my spare time as I'll be out getting to know Melbourne. Other interests include making Simpsons references whenever possible and following sports, especially cricket and NFL. Yet to pick a footy team though, so I'll need some guidance on who not to follow!

Doing everything the right way, no late payments, no tricks, no people over, no lies, no hassles, honest, mature, quiet, private, keeps to themselves, responsible, clean, tidy, well educated, professional, lovely, sweet, friendly. I need furnished with just a double or queen bed and I need a desk preferably. I would like all bills inclusive because I do not wish to be ripped off or tricked by bills.
The room I offer is a newly renovated room that is either unfurnished or furnished depending on your choosing. It is a large size room with windows for natural sunlight and a large wardrobe On top of that the house is equipped with a large kitchen, 2 bathroom (this is not a misprint), 2 toilets, laundry room and ducted heating throughout the house. The location is in a quiet pocket of Maidstone that's within walking distance to grocery store, gym, readily available public transport and plenty of bike friendly paths for the keen cyclist. It is also 5 minutes drive to Tottenham Train Station, 10 minutes to Footscray Train Station, 5 minutes to Major Shopping Centre and 15 minutes to the city. This house will appeal to someone who is mature-minded, clean and is either working full-time, part-time or studying. House is a working class house and I want to keep it that way. Photos definitely does not do this house any justice. If you're looking for a place to call home then this house could be your calling. Price is $650 per calendar month and includes electricity, water, gas and internet. Even though everything is included we try to conserve whenever we can. Minimum stay is 6 months with the option to extend the stay on a month-to-month period. If you think you fit the profile why not book an inspection and come see the place for yourself. You won't be disappointed. Oh and one more thing we have a small Maltese Poodle that we all love and adore. The right person would also be open to living with pets as well. We are not looking for additional pets in the house, so please don't apply if you have pets.
Available for two months (September and October) is a private furnished room with a private bathroom in a three bedroom town house in Maidstone. With the possibility of being added to the lease and staying longer if the right fit :). The area is safe and very quiet with a park and large oval only across the road and public transport within easy walking distance. Woolworths, Aldi and Coles are within 10mins walking distance aswell as two gyms! Highpoint is an easy 10min drive. An off street parking space is available upon request with street parking also an option. Their are two dogs living on the property both super friendly and inside dogs so being dog friendly is essential. Downstairs has a heating and cooling unit with evaporative cooling upstairs aswell as heaters in all rooms! Ideally looking for someone that can socialise and do their own thing, we are not a hostel though and although guests are welcome and we love a good get together or chilled drinks friends cannot consistently crash or have constant parties. We are very flexible and not looking for the perfect housemate but the perfect fit for us. Contact me for more details and we can discuss any quieris or concerns and arrange to meet in person.
Hello! I work fulltime in the city so I am looking to move closer to the CBD, I am flexible in locations as long as it doesn't take me too long to get to work :) I eat a plant based diet so it would be great if you did too, we could share meals and so on, but I am not fussy if you eat meat. I have pets so if you love animals and have never had the chance to own your own it would be great for you! Or even if you own pets of your own :) I am pretty quiet, I often work lates at the moment but it's a rotating roster so it could change. I'm down for someone who I can chill with, binge watch some Netflix or play some video games with. I am not really a party animal but I do enjoy the occasional night in with drinks and friends and games etc. My budget is also flexible, I am currently paying $350 a fortnight inc bills. My moving day is flexible.
Howdy fellow Flatmaters. Flatmatees? Flatmatites? Flatmatites. Anyway. Hi. Tim here. I'm 32, and I'm about to move back to Melbourne after living out in the sticks for the last few years due to a new job (in Aviation). I'm neat and tidy, love a good hypothetical debate, and generally live by the 'if you aren't hurting anyone, go right ahead' philosophy. Suffice to say I am definitely LGTBQI etc etc friendly, but I myself am straight, for lack of a better word. I also have two golden retrievers so if this is a deal breaker, well, consider our deal broken. Their names are Archimedes and Juno. Archimedes is deceptively clever and is definitely the evil one, do not trust him. Juno is an angel though. Both inside dogs, and Archie in particular loves cuddles which is kind of awesome in winter. I don't mind if you have pets and my two are very friendly. What else. Hm. I love cooking, and I'm good at it. I make my own beer, and I'm great at that. Sometimes I sing in the shower and I'm BAD at that. I like understanding WHY things work and will sometimes go to great lengths to find out. As a housemate I'm pretty respectful of space and noise, I tidy up after myself. I like hanging out with my housemates, cooking together, having a few drinks etc, but I'm perfectly ok with hearing 'I just need some me time'. No dramas. Leave the dramas somewhere else. I'd prefer a smaller house - 1-2 housemates is enough! I have plenty of 'stuff' - fridge, TV, freezer etc, and quite a lot of gardening equipment and power tools so a place with a shed would be ideal. The inner west and northern suburbs would be best for me - as I'm going to be working at Tullamarine Airport but want access to the good life. :)
Hey guys :) my name is Steven, i am mid-20s and am going to do an internship at Victoria University, starting from beginning of August and am still searching for an accommodation with cool people around. i am a very social, respectful, clean and communicative german student and would like to connect to other students/younger people 😊 i like doing sports, have a real addiction for good food💚. i am veggie, nonsmoker, LGBTQ- and pet-friendly btw. So i would love to enjoy meals in one of Melbourne's famouse fooddistricts or cook together at home :) Besides i like to go out on the weekends, i love electronic music and listening, DJing or danceing to it (would be a bonus on top to find people with same interests 😍) but i also enjoy just chillin at the beach, Netflix, etc. 🙇🏼 i definately want to find a place to call home and not just share a flat with people. if it fits you, please let me know :) 🙏🏾 Cheers 🎉
Hi! I'm a warehouse trainee and am starting part time volunteer work at a lost dogs home. I'm an easygoing, open minded, and down to earth old soul with lots of respect for privacy and personal space. I'm generally pretty quiet, tidy and good at doing my own thing but I wouldn't mind sharing the occasional home cooked (or delivered) meal with a bit of communal Netflix, or a bottle of wine and a bit of conversation over a fresh platter. My interests are history, archaeology, theosophy, permaculture and environmental science. I love learning about other cultures and am planning an extended backpacking trip overseas after working and saving over a 6-12 month lease. Also love good coffee, hiking, books, antique/junk shops and op shops etc. Would be keen to start some gardening projects if backyard space is available :) Would be down to start a new share house with like minded people.

A double mattress is equiped with the room and I will provide a set of desk/chair soon if needed (the previous tenant has his own furnitures). Successful applicant will be sharing a bathroom with another tenant. The single bedroom has 2 windows which are securely protected by roller shutters. It is on the ground floor, next to the entrance and the occupant has the perk of a private bathroom right next to it. The bus stop taking you to Footscray station is within a short walking distance or alternatively the West Footscray train station is a 5 minute drive away.. The central ducted heating/air con keeps the house warm during winter and cool over summer. A very nice local park (Scovell reserve) is right outside. Your room has a big wall to wall BIR. I just want a good/headache-free housemate :D
Hey all! I'm a 30 year old professional looking for a share house. I am full time employed and also undertaking postgraduate study so I keep myself pretty busy. I work 9-5 and when I'm not at work, I'll either be studying, chilling at home or out and about catching up with friends and family. I love to travel so you may find me gone for a few weeks at a time - on average I spend 4-6 weeks overseas each year. I'm pet friendly (bonus if you have a dog I can love on!), non-smoker, vegetarian, LGBT friendly. I enjoy living in a clean and tidy home environment, so would love if you did too. Looking for something long-term if the situation is right. If you think you may have something that would suit, please get in contact. Thanks!
