I'm a 24 year old professional working in data analytics full time. I'm currently looking for a place to move into by 4 Feb (at the latest) I'm looking for a place (minimum 6 months) in West Footscray, North Melbourne, Fitzroy, Brunswick, Yarraville, etc. (I'm not that concerned with where, as long as closish to the city and public transport is around) I do contract remote book keeping on top of my full time job, so I have no problems with bills. I have 8 years of experience in sharehousing. I'm relatively quiet, although always willing to hang out with housemates. I drink too much coffee and come with a Netflix subscription I'm willing to share. Most weekends I'm off exploring the city or trying something new (like a museum, a gallery or a cooking class).
Hi! 19, living in Footscray at the moment and would love to stay around the area. Agreeable, accepting of others, mature and self-sufficient/tidy person. I tend to keep to myself and respect privacy but I enjoy just having people around. Psychology undergrad student so neurological facts at random intervals come as standard. I spend a lot of time going to gigs, studying, and eating cereal. I enjoy fanning out over art, obscure bands and tele shows. As a final selling point, I come with an extensive repertoire of elaborate salad recipes incl. :)

Work full time as a Safety Advisor at the Melbourne Exhibition and Convention Centre, have my well behaved 11 yo son and 9 yo daughter every fortnight. My work takes up most of my time and when I'm free like going to the footy, soccer, baseball and catching up on sleep.
I am currently studying full-time, working part-time at a bank, completing an internship, and spending the last bit of time I have catching up with friends (usually getting dinner because how good is food!) I have lived in share houses for over three years - so I know how to respect others' privacy as well as ensuring the house is clean and paying rent on time. I'm very friendly and easygoing, so I'm hoping to find a housemate/s who are the same! :)
I'm a friendly and social person who enjoys being around people and the usual netflix binge. I currently live in New Zealand, where I've grown up most of my life, but recently got a job in Melbourne so looking to move into a flat around 13/14 February. On the weekend I am typically keen to do anything and everything, whether that's a hike, brunch, or watching the latest Star Wars film.
I am looking for a room to rent. I am a full time worker in the morning, and a part time student by night. I am a sociable person and love catching up with friends for drinks on the weekends. I would say I have a rather busy lifestyle, constantly out and about, but I am very organised. I am easy going and a very clean and hygienic person. I enjoy sports, riding bikes and basketball.
This property is amazing. Ultra modern and spacious. Features: Large kitchen area, electric cooktop and oven. Dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fridge, washing machine, dryer, iron, etc. Large open balcony area. Perfect for getting some sun. I've installed a long bar bench and stools for entertaining. There is also a BBQ. The room itself is quite large. Sliding wardrobe with built in robe and drawers. It's ready to go. There is a bed in there at the moment with a new mattress. But I’m happy to have that taken out if you have your own. I've also got a ute if you need anything transported :) Fully carpeted. Comes with separate private bathroom: large mirror and basin, cabinets, etc. Personal bath and shower. Be quick as this opportunity won't be around for long. Contact me to arrange an inspection. Successful candidate must be respectful, polite and easy going.

I'm 24 and from the UK is looking for somewhere to stay 10th Jan to July hopefully somewhere near to my new job in Essendon. I'm a gymnastics coach so I'm pretty active and try to go to the gym or run every day. I also try to eat well but still bake the occasional cake. chocolate being my specialty. I can currently only cook about 3 meals one being a killer spaghetti bolognese so that will be something I will be working on. I'm going to have to rely on public transport so being walking distance to some bus/tram/trains would be a bonus. iv have been au pairing for the last year so iv been doing a lot of cleaning and laundry so I'm a total pro at this, as well as this iv been living with a family and totally understand personal space and giving people time alone.
