Recently graduated in electrical and electronic from Swinburne Uni. Continuing my part time job in the catering business until I find a professional engineering career that suits me. Paying rent on time isn't an issue. With my lease at UniLodge over, I'm willing to relocate. I like to think of myself as an ordinary INFJ wanting to realize great dreams. Currently educating myself the realm of entrepreneurship and hoping to have my own start up one day. While I appreciate privacy, I also feel housemates are a 'family', away from family. In my last 4 or so years of living in shared accommodations, I've made sincere friendships which I truly value. I wish to continue doing so. Plus, I find animals adorable so if there's a pet at home, it'll find a good company. And oh, I don't leave my dishes go stray. : ) I have a thing for modern aptmnts/units and I'm not much fussy about the suburb tbh. Happy for anything in between 30km radius from Melbourne I guess.

Hey I'm Tabitha, I'm 21 and recently unemployed (currently looking for new work). Now I do have a stable income, so no need to worry about me being unable to pay rent, etc. I am looking for a great group of people to live with, in a fun and friendly environment. I like to think I'm a pretty clean and easy going person. I'm all about respecting people's space and cleaning up after myself, so no, you won't have to worry about stray dishes. I like to keep to myself mostly, unless you coax me out of my bedroom with Netflix and sugary snacks. I do enjoy football, so if you go for North Melbourne we will get along great, and if not, we can work on that! While a little shy, I do enjoy some friendly company and having a few drinks. I'm also a bit of a geek and love watching questionably "good" movies and reading a cliched YA book. 😊 Anyways, I hope to hear from y'all soon!
Rent: $697 PCM which equates to approx. $175 PCW + Utilities Bond: $650 Lease: at least 8 Months Hi! We are two professionals (female and male) aged 29 and 26 looking for a like-minded female to share our modern Townhouse with. - Fully furnished (aside from own bedroom) washer, dryer, dishwasher, Wifi and and Foxtel. - Modern Townhouse Split system heating/cooling, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite for the master bedroom and one large bathroom between other two rooms), bathtub, 3 toilets, courtyard/outdoor area and small garden. - Situated on a quiet, secure street with ample parking out the front of the house - Great proximity to shops, stones throw from Highpoint, Maribyrnong River and walking distance from public transport (train and tram) in to the city! Our current housemate will be vacating at the end of April and we will require the new roommate to move on May 1. We are seeking a fellow full time professional female who shares our love of a clean, tidy, quiet, homely household in which we can enjoy a balance of having our own space but also be happy to cohabitate and socialize. Our hours of work vary. We are often in and out of the house at different times so it's likely there would be nights where one of us may even have the house to ourselves depending on who's working when. We see this as a positive as it allows the house to sometimes feel less crowded. There are three pet bunnies that live in a two-story hutch and run free range in the courtyard and occasionally come inside if we are home. They are very friendly, clean, little fuss and easy to fall in love with! Obviously whoever we decide to have move in will have to be ok with the bunnies being around. If you think you could see yourself living here with us, please shoot us an email and tell us a bit about yourself (ie name, age, interests etc) including whether you have share housed before and what your current employment is. Look forward to hearing from you! Becki and Darren :)

Hey There, I'm looking to find a place to move into where i can care for my two children (a 4.5 yo boy and a 2 yo girl) whom i only have on weekends as they live with my ex wife during the week. Im a provisional Psychologist completing an internship in Footscray and a really great person to share with. I love to cook, drink coffee, and wine and I'm a super sociable person. I enjoy playing board games when i have time, and the friends to do so but i am mostly a netflix and study kind of girl when I'm not with my kids. I'm not a needy housemate, but i do enjoy cooking for others all.the.time. I'm not opposed to living with men, women or couples but i would need you to be willing to have a working with children check so that i can feel that my children will be safe. I look forward to hearing from you, if you'd like to team up! FYI; move date is super flexible and i only chose may 31st because i needed to choose something!

Two Akitas will be living with you at the property, the dogs are big, friendly and lovable. Hands down, they have been the best part of living at this house! You will have a large private bedroom, high ceilings and loads of wardrobe space. The bedroom is fully furnished (has a bed) and of course with the BIR all you will need to bring is your belongings. Plenty of space for a desk, bookshelf, extra storage or anything else you can think of. If you have your own bed then furnishings can be flexible (bed can be moved into the spare room). There is a spare room in the property, currently being used for storage. The newly renovated bathroom is awesome, built in speakers will be a bonus for anyone who loves singing in the shower. You will also have your own fridge-freezer. There is a garage too if you have anything that you want to put in storage. If you have a car, off the street parking is available in the driveway. Highpoint shopping mall is only a 10-minute walk away, so convenient!
Hi, I'm Dan. I'm moving down to Melbourne for work for 6 months, helping open our new store in the city. about me - 24, stable job, like to cook, kinda nerdy, love animals, LGBTQI friendly. will probably spend like 90% of my time taking my motorbike apart, at work or at the gym. I'm clean, tidy and enjoy a social household with communal dinners/going out/movies, etc but don't mind chilling out on my own either. Pretty handy with a wrench and I come with my own set of tools included :) If you have pets thats a huge plus, an ironing board would be pretty nifty too (got to have them wrinkle free shirts for work) Feel free to shoot me a message, text, call, carrier pigeon, whatever, just say hi! Cheers!
Hi All, I'm either looking for a 1 bedroom self contained unit/annex with garden or looking to team up with someone cool to lease a house. Totally flexible with the moving date - so can wait for the right situation. I'm originally from the UK, so I love a social occasion. I also enjoy chilling out in my room after a busy day at work. I work full time and study so I have a pretty busy schedule during the week. I have a beautiful kelpie x staffy. He absolutely loves his humans. He's amazing with small children and makes for a great guard dog. He has lots of energy so someone who likes dogs is a must. If you have a dog, then even better! I'm respectful, honest and always liaising with housemates if I've invited friends round. Common courtesy guys!! I'm a little bit nuts and always the first one to start singing along to the Spice Girls after a few gins or wines - or both. I work in the coffee industry - so I come complete with a fancy coffee machine for all your espresso needs 😁 I'm pretty laid back and I'm looking for someone of the same demographic and who is fun. I don't do stress so please don't be high maintenance 😁. .....and someone that puts the toilet roll on the right way round. Feel free to drop me a line, it would be great to hear from you! Laura

Hey there, I am friendly, part time working, full time studying girl looking for a room to call my own. Clean and tidy but I can leave a bit of a mess time to time, though all you have to do is ask me to clean up and all will be right in the world. I am not a party animal, but I'm not against catching up and going out. I enjoy all art forms, cooking and general nerdy things. Warning: I will come across shy, but I'm just naturally kept to myself so don't be worried (I will warm up) I look forward to meeting my future roommates.
