Hi Future Flatmate, I’m looking to share in the Harris Park/Parramatta area or, alternatively, Summer Hill/Ashfield area. I am a professional working full time in Sydney. I’m calm and easy to get along with; often busy after work but also a helpful and kind flatmate, and I am definitely clean and tidy.
Looking for a share house for myself and partner. I am clean and tidy but still relaxed. I have a budgie which would be nice if he could live with me too :) I currently work full time as a veterinary nurse. I like spending my days off at the beach, watching a movie or having a few drinks with my friends and family.
You won’t even know I’m there, unless you need me to lend a hand. I’m a musician so I love music, I love riding my motorbike, I’ll be at work all week and probably won’t be around on the weekends.
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Easy going full time aircraft engineer looking for accommodation near Williamstown airport for 3 months. Furnished room is preferred. Rent assistance provided by employer while in NSW. Parking required. light traveler, Social drinker, non smoker, neat and tidy.
I am looking for a reliable housemate to share my cosy, quiet flat with. *Non-smoker please*. The property is 8 minutes away from Raymond Terrace CBD, but is located on a 5 acre property in a quiet area. The room available, as shown in the photos, is furnished with a single bed, bedside table and a 3 door built-in wardrobe. You are more than welcome to furnish this room as you like. The property has a large shared bathroom, kitchen and living area, as well as a wooden deck out the back. I have recently installed airconditioning in the kitchen/living area, and each room has a ceiling fan. There is limited storage as there is no garage or shed. Rent and bills are split in half. $125 ea for rent and $30 ea for bills (internet, electricity, mower man) weekly.
Owner occupied house with room available to rent. NBN connected. 29 year old, female, busy, professional shift worker and country girl at heart. I enjoy relaxing at home on my days off so I am generally pretty easy going, relaxed and quiet. Looking for a clean, respectful, employed housemate (under 35) to occupy a room at the back of the house with two other bedrooms that are unoccupied (one is an office and the other is a spare room). My room and ensuite is at the front of the house. You’ll have your own bathroom and I am in the process of making a seperate entrance from the side of the house for your privacy. Shared kitchen and laundry. I have a German Shepherd and Husky which are treated better than most kids so a love of dogs is a MUST. If you are FIFO or a commuter I am happy to negotiate rates for part time occupancy.
We're a young working couple who've just moved down from Yamba! We're moving into a place on the 3rd of February and we're currently housesitting until the 17th of Jan so we'll need a place to stay in the 3 weeks or so in between. We've lived by ourselves but also in student accommodation with 19 people, so we're not that fussed about the type of housing as long as we're living with roomies who are easy to get along with like ourselves and not overly messy. We both surf and are out and about exploring the region a lot at the moment (wine and waves what more could you ask for?). We're both outgoing but also understand the need for space and are easy going and tidy. We're pretty flexible about which area of Newcastle we want to live (we're still getting to know the city), but close to the beach would be ideal! Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions about us or have a room we can come and view. Johan and Alexandra
We are a friendly respectful couple who love meeting new people. We are quiet, fun, don't mind sharing household chores and cleaning and cooking. We have two cats, Bella and Joe, both vaccinated, deserved, microchopped and litter trained. They are very placid cats shy at first but friendly once settled. I am studying Communications at Newcastle Uni and Alex works in a restaurant at Hamilton and as a Brand Ambassador at Rutherford.
I am an international touring musician and have lots of great stories to tell! Degree in Music. Freelance worker. I have a little mate, a 16-year-old Maltese/Poodle.
I am a fun outgoing person and love to meet new people in saying that I love working can’t stand not having a job and I hate a messy house so I promise everything I use will be cleaned straight away :)
My name is Peta, I’m 28 and I am a hard working professional who works for a mining industry sector. I’m quiet and shy, but once I get to know you I come out of my shell really quickly. I enjoy the outdoors, ice skating, cooking and cleaning and Netflix/reading books, yoga and road trips. I own a beautiful golden retriever who is almost 8 years old. He is a great companion dog who enjoys snacks, cuddles and long walks/beach days. We are looking for permanent accomodation in a safe and sturdy environment.
I’m social but also respectful of people needing own time. I’m very, very clean. I am working in the mines as a truck operator. I have two outside cats & one outside dog. Love to listen to music throughout the day especially doing chores! I have 50/50 care of my daughter with her dad. I know people aren’t too sure about sharing with someone and their kid, but she is so well behaved (we love dinosaur & Disney movies). I’m only needing somewhere to stay with our fur family for 8months at the most (it well and truly be less, but for just in case something comes up I say 8). I have a queen bedroom suite and only needing one bedroom for us! If anyone is interested in going into a private rental let me know ASAP!!
