You will have 2 adjoining rooms at your disposal. Wood heating in lounge, as well as reverse cycle, also in lounge, a day room, ( This backs onto the room you will have and warms it). . Your room, has aircond, with adjacent room for your private use. The rooms are partly furnished but I can remove if not required. I currently have ADSL2 connected as well as phone but this is not included in the rent. But I'm sure we can work some thing out though. Any electric bill will be your responsibility, as i currently pay none. Water and gas will be 50/50, as will wood for heating, (unless i can manage to acquire some). As It gets fairly cold in winter. Your food is your responsibility,of course. You are welcome to have some eggs and to grow your own veggies if you would like. fruit is also free when available.
