This is a beautiful 4 bedroom home in the heart of Bungendore village. I am offering a double room with own bathroom. The property features all the mod cons and has a beautiful deck, however the gardens need some work. There are 2 living spaces and house is relatively new and in mink condition.
Hi, I’m a student from Malaysia looking for a place to stay in Canberra for one month. I’m tidy and easy-going and I also respect your personal space. I go to the gym but also enjoy reading at home or chilling with friends over a cup of coffee or beer.
I moved to Canberra in 2011 and have been working for the APS ever since. I've bought a place here so I'm looking to rent until I move into it in August 2019. I'm an awesome housemate because I can keep to myself and get involved with the house. I'm housebroken and have lived in share houses previously.
We are currently looking for a new housemate to move into our spacious three bedroom house in Queanbeyan. Nathan and I are 23 years old and went to school together, now working full time jobs; I studied a design degree at ANU and now work for a Canberra design company. Nathan works as a public servant in the Department of Finance. We are both super laid back people that enjoy hanging out and having a laugh but also binge watching netflix and going out for beers. We are both active people and play social sports every week. Our house is at the end of a quiet cul de sac street ,it’s a 15 minute drive to civic and less then 10 minutes from the airport. The room available is spacious with lots of natural light and a built in wardrobe. There is parking available behind the house or on the street. Rent is $180 + Bills. We have NBN, heating/cooling and gas cooking!

Oaks Estate is a beautiful semi rural suburb on the outskirts of Canberra and Queanbeyan. We are on the edge of the Molongalo and Queanbeyan rivers, close to shops and pubs and an easy drive to Canberra. The house is a lovely, light filled, airy, spacious, 1960's Canberra double brick style. It is a fully furnished family home with a huge back yard with lots of large trees and veggie patch. The house works well and is very comfortable. It has a modern feel as well as many reto features including the original bathroom with it's lovely big bath. Although there is only one bathroom there are two toilets. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and very friendly and the street is lovely with a small park, large gum trees and a great walk around the river. There is plenty of storage space for extra furniture if you want to bring some of your own and rearrange things. The room is a inclusive of all bills.
I am trustworthy, quiet, respectful, clean and tidy. I work 6 days per week. I am relocating from Darwin to start a new job in Canberra. My family will be relocating at the end of June. I enjoy eating out, socialising on week ends, I enjoy a glass of red wine. I would like to take up mountain bike riding.
Working as a hairdresser full time. Love meeting people and hanging out but know about that personal space lovin. Looking to be in a pretty chilled out environment. Honestly I can move in right now. Sooner the better as my lease has pretty much ended and I'm about to declare myself as homeless 😇
Been in canberra all my life. Tidy, friendly, respectful, funny, social, easy going and mostly keep to myself. Willing to pitch in wherever needed. I love music, gaming, pets and just having a laugh.
Hi there! I'm moving to Canberra from Melbourne and am looking for a room for around 3-6 months, preferably beginning within the next 2 - 6 weeks, and in the $100-150 range. Pretty flexible with location (north, south, etc) and not fussed if furnished or unfurnished. Am a tidy, clean person, good with animals and generally quiet but more than happy to chill out with housemates :) Willing to split bills and obviously do my share of housework. I enjoy gaming or heading out for coffee/movies/casual drinks in my free time. Let me know if you're interested!
I'm a full-time Phd student recently moved to Canberra and looking for accommodation for myself. I'm easy going person but respect privacy. I'm looking for a clean and quite place to concentrate on my studies but love to have chat over a cup of tea.
I always find it hard to talk about myself because I am just me... but here goes. I consider myself easy going with a good sense of humour. I am quiet but also sociable. A non smoker and a social drinker. Work for Anglicare in Fyshwick. Moved down to Canberra in January to help out family down here. I have four kids back in Brisbane whom I visit every 6 to 8 weeks (fly up for a weekend). I am a very tidy and clean person, after cooking I clean up straight away. More than happy to do my share the household chores.
Hannah, almost 18. Lover of animals. I have been in a long distance relationship for 2 years now and I have decided it's time to move close to my boyfriend. Preferably southside Canberra but I am flexible! I currently work as a pharmacy assistant in Jervis Bay and I am studying my Cert III in Individual Support online. I don't drink, do drugs, or smoke but have no problem if you do. I love my boyfriend so it must be okay for him to stay over 2 or 3 nights a week. He is 19 and doesn't drink, do drugs, or smoke either. The date I plan on moving depends on when I get accommodation, the one I provided was just a general guess! More than happy to answer any questions and give my Facebook details for easier conversations. Thanks!
Hey just moved to canberra pretty chilled guy, considerate, clean, cooks, happy to share milk and eggs sorta person, i also have a full house worth of furniture and white goods and a small 1yo beagle who is no drama at all and has grown up around cats and gets along with other animals.
Hey all, I'm pretty much a "what you see is what you get" kinda guy, polite and friendly by nature, I'm also clean tidy and respectful. I love travelling and the outdoors, meeting new people and having great conversations. Having said that, I also understand and respect the need for privacy and expect the same of others. I've moved to Canberra for a career change and now that I'm settled in my new role I'm looking for a nice and convenient place to live. I'm a Frenchman in my early 30s and have been in Australia for about 6 years now, but in Canberra just a few months. In my spare time I like reading, exercising, watching Netflix or playing video games, listening to music or just generally socializing with friends and meeting new people. I also love skiing and the mountains (especially in Europe and Japan), I speak fluent French and English and a little bit of Spanish (and a few words in Japanese) and I'm always up for practicing. That's really all I care to say as I'm that type of person you'll "get" by meeting in person rather than just reading about me preaching about myself. Happy to answer any questions though. All the best! Nic
Originally from Adelaide, I am moving to Canberra for work. Young professional and recent graduate. I am a clean, friendly and outgoing person but I also like my own privacy and can respect the space of others. I am into all sports, music, riding my bike, spending time with friends and generally have a laugh.
I’m a single mum friendly, clean, tidy, well behaved , hard working, collaborative and know how to use common sense. I have an adorable 2yo daughter so well behaved ( she’s a bless). We moved to Canberra from Brisbane cause I got a job in the Venezuelan embassy. I don’t know many people here so that’s is part of the reason why I’m looking for a share home preferably with another girl.
We are a young couple who are looking for a shared accommodation to live in for a few months until we find a property to rent privately. We both work full time hours in retail, and are laid back and easy going. Andrew is a Canberra local and keely has recently moved down from sydney so a shared rental would be great to be able to meet new people in the area.
