Hi, my girlfriend and I are looking to move into a share house for 2019. Mim is looking to study medicine and will be in her 3rd year of public health at UWA and I will be in my 2nd year of Engineering at Curtin so we looking for a place that accepts students and is in between but South of the river. Looking for a place that has preferably student housemates that are more laid back and we would like to be able to have friends over occasionally. We both like to meet new people and have fun but respect other people's property and space. We are both from regional Western Australia and want to be able to get on with our roommates, not just see each other once a month when we run into each other in the kitchen 😂. Mim volunteers, gyms and plays flute and I play soccer at Curtin along with playing trombone in a community band. I believe in prioritizing good roommates before the place but it's still a major factor, so it'll be nice to meet you 😊.
I'm an employed 28 year-old engineer who relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia last November. Have lived with my current housemate for almost a year now with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. She can attest to that :) I'm moving because she will be moving back to Bunbury with her husband once the lease ends. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV as I have my own), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar in due time (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 160-170pw (no bills included) or 180-200pw (bills included). Room doesn't have to be furnished as again, I have my own furnitures but preferably with good-sized BIR and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and bookshelf/ dresser (I might have to choose between the two :( if it doesn't fit).
Hey I'm Mirza, 28, I work regular hours in retail and am a self-employed tutor, and I will be starting my studies in February. I enjoy reading, Netflix, playing basketball, and watching soccer. I am friendly, sociable, neat and always clean up after myself, and am ideally looking for flatmates who are also like this.
I am extremely short for my age, which is the first thing people notice about me (whispers 4'9)! I am quite social, trustworthy, fun and energetic to be around but I do value solitude and apparently get well along with antisocial people. I am a student and I enjoy outdoor events, like carnivals or even an outing in the park. I am particularly looking for a shy roommate, regardless of gender so I could easily be friends with and communicate effectively.
Suited for Curtin students. All bills included (Electricity, Gas, Water, Internet), fully furnished, peaceful, good value, decent housemates. We have a nice private room to offer you now. The bathroom is a shared female-only bathroom. There are other Curtin students here who are friendly and easy to chat with, but also respect your privacy and quiet times. The home environment is very safe, stable and private, so you can be assured to have a peaceful stay. It is also a quiet place and is study, relaxation and sleep conducive. The room is large with a Queen bed, private and comfortable, fully furnished including linen and electric blanket for winter, bedside drawers and lamps, desk and office chair, built-in wardrobe, key lock door, and a self programmable safe for valuables (laptop size). It has ducted heating for winter and cooling for summer. The WiFi is unlimited and fast NBN (fastest speed in Australia). The house has spacious living areas for you to spread out and relax, modern furniture, two dining areas, two lounge areas, a fully equipped kitchen and is always clean and tidy. Cleaning of common areas is provided. The house is well situated with good public transport links, direct buses to Curtin Uni and Canning Bridge train station every 5 minutes in peak hours (bus stop 1 minute walk), a direct bus from the city stops on the driveway, easy access to the freeway, and a new bicycle which you can use. If you don't have a car, we'll be happy to take you grocery shopping 😊. Manning is a safe suburb but the house has additional security features: CCTV system for the outsides, alarm and a video intercom for the front door. This place is close to a library, a few different parks, an easy walk to the river, Waterford Plaza (1 km), and also Manning shops (600m). We offer an exceptionally peaceful home environment... but it will not suit people with a lot of furniture or pets (really sorry). Any questions? Feel free to ask. Secure and Private room Safe, clean and tidy house Peaceful and quiet place More photos available on request Suitable for someone who wants to feel at home.
Originally from South perth, Very respectful of other people, easy to get along with and very neat and tidy. I work various hours in multimedia/advertising and business development projects. My interests include flying fixed wing aerobatics which I still do from time to time, spending time on the stock market and going out and living life. I also have a husky that I walk most days although he doesn’t live with me. I always pay my bills on time and I never have any problems with my house mates. Look forward to meeting new interesting people and finding that space to share in comfort.
Moved to Wa from QLD in 2017 and currently studying full time. I'm social but quiet, respectful and clean and enjoy cooking and taking my dog out for hikes. I need somewhere to stay for me and my dog for at least the next 6 months while i complete my studies.
Hey! I’m Mel and I’m a 21 year old student at UWA studying pharmacology and chemistry. I’m very bubbly, friendly and outgoing. I love meeting new people and being around others, but I also love time to myself. Things I enjoy doing are: going for walks along the beach, going to the beach, reading, Netflix (moreso when I have study to do), going out for brunch or coffee, keeping fit and having a nice quiet drink, to name a few. I like getting outdoors, going on little trips and trying different things. I enjoy going out occasionally, but usually when I do, I don’t have a big night. I’m quite a morning person and I’m usually in bed by 10-10:30pm. I like to keep communal spaces nice and clean, and usually my own as well. I’m pretty cool with the idea of living with a male or female, so if I sound like someone you’d want to live with, feel free to message!
Hi, My name is Tayu. I'm a 28 year old post grad law student and yoga instructor. Originally from South Africa, but I've been lucky enough to live in Perth for 11 years now. I rarely party and probably drink about once a month (if that), so would not suit a 'party house'. I'm more of a brunch and netflix kinda gal. On cleanliness, I promise to keep communal areas sparkly, but if I'm honest my room will always be disorganised and a bit messy.
Very happy home, very comfortable, very safe. Large for 2 people. Just right for small family. Semi furnished. Beds 1 queen bed, 1 single, writing desk in back verandah, 6 chair dining table, , double sofa in large sitting room, large entertainment area.
Very quiet but friendly, but most importantly clean and tidy and respect others privacy.
Geology student, working two internships. I enjoy going for walks, cycling, reading and cooking! Looking for a quiet and neat household to live in while finishing my studies. I love animals and having a nice glass of wine to wind down the day.
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.

Full-time student, good mum friend of the group, will put up with just about all your annoying habits. Pretty shy to start with, but once I get to know you that's history. From the south-west of Oz, and yes I still get lost in Perth. Basically another kid struggling through uni and failing to adult. Just hoping to end up with housemates that are considerate and friendly.
Were both very friendly, easygoing people who like to keep our place respectably clean and tidy. Peter works full time and I’m in my last year studying architecture at Curtin uni. Have lots of hobbies and like anything from going camping, to staying in with a movie or a puzzle. Not huge party animals but don’t mind if others are! Still love a social outing and drink or two. Don’t have pets but we love all animals so open to a furry flatmate addition too ☺︎
Hi there- I'm Alicia, and I'm a 4th year Laboratory Medicine Student at Curtin University, looking for a room with some clean, considerate housemates. I am currently on workplacement which requires me to leave the house really early sometimes, and that also means I appreciate relatively quiet weeknights. Australian/Chinese Malaysian B-)
Salter Point is a great area that is close to public transport and not far from the city. Waterford Plaza and Curtin University are both very close. The house has a pet Cavalier King Charles that's super friendly and sleeps most of the time. The house also comes with a pool.
We are super close to Canning Bridge Station (5 minute walk max) and are along the bus route to Curtin University, if not it is a 5 minute drive max to Curtin. Bills are also not the expensive and are split evenly between us. The house is not much to clean and comes already furnished all you have to bring is yourself and your furniture and belongings for your room. Bills may not be included in the rent but they are not very expensive.
its a cute 3 bedroom, one bathroom house resided in Como. right next to public transport and the freeway. it has a front courtyard which we will deck out to make the ultimate hang area as we are social people. The street is quiet and the property has enough parking for 3 cars. also right next to huge parks for exercise. I have a cat called Henry who is basically a living teddy bear. the house is airconditioned.
Choice of master bedroom OR single bedroom available for rent. House is 3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom duplex. Very central location; close to Canning Bridge Station, Curtin University and 10 minutes from Perth City. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes and air conditioning. Both rooms can be furnished with a bed and desk if required (as per photos).
Hi, I am looking for a responsible individual who keeps things in their default state, while I ensure everything is clean, tidy and working by default. This way we live in a carefree environment. I am offering a room in Karawara, near Curtin University, Technology Park and Waterford Plaza. We already got a cat, so we are unfortunately not keen on anymore pets. We also have 1 garage spot or 1 other parking spot behind the gate. The room is large and already contains (can remove if you have your own furniture): - a double bed - a work desk - a closet - a window - carpet flooring - and extra space to spare It's a nice big house, these are what you can take advantage of: - Unlimited NBN internet (Fibre To The Premise) - a dedicated confined kitchen room, with a shared large fridge - a large living and dining area (tile flooring) - bathroom and toilet shared between you and 2 other people - a parking space within the walls of the property if you require (not covered from rain) - located 1.5km from Curtin Carpark D3 (if you are a student) - located 1.4km from Technology Park - 7 minutes walk to Waterford Plaza - near bus stop - near city (15min by car, 30min by bus)
Looking for a place to stay while I study! I love nature and walking. I'm currently a baker's assistant at Coles. I'm studying Nursing at Curtin Uni this semester and I'm quite introverted 😂
25 y/o student at Curtin, who also works part-time for the university during the semester and full-time during the break. I'm just a well-rounded and easy-going guy! Looking to commit for a maximum of 6 months, because I will be going to study abroad for 1 year. If you have something within easy reach to Curtin, as I don't drive - let me know. Matt
Heya! I'm Shannon, currently studying full time at Curtin Uni. I have two jobs, one at a theme park and one at a restaurant and am usually quite busy. I like to bake, travel, read, watch movies and shows, have a drink with friends and play sport. I am a tidy person and clean up after myself. I am friendly and love having a chat with people, but I also like my own space at times. I am easy-going, considerate and respectful of other people's space. Looking to move out to be closer to work and uni.
