I am single professional female working full time. I need a quiet independent and safe place on my own or in sharing with 1-2 professional females only who respect privacy. If with landlord, I would like to have an independent living and preferrably kitchenette. Thanks

Close to CBD. Like to keep house clean. Air conditioning, unlimited internet. Bills included. Security gate. Quiet location. Looking for female to house share.Large modern housefully furnished
I work in hospitality, and am a neat, friendly and social person. I have lived in a share house before, so I understand the balance of socialising and having private space in this situation. I was also good at paying bills and rent on time, so no worries there! I have lived my entire life in Western Australia, and like to sing, read, eat out, go to quiz nights and socialise.
I have a room for rent in a great villa in Como, which is available to move into straight away. The place is fully furnished, except for the room for rent which has two cupboards. There's a study, shared bathroom and large backyard with BBQ and seating, and shops and restaurants nearby. It's in the best location. The room is $160/week plus bills and includes WiFi and Netflix/Stan (depending which one we're wanting) and bond is $320 (two weeks' rent). I'm looking for a friendly, neat and easy-going person who is tidy and clean and understands how to live in a share house. I own the property as well, so there's no issues with leases.
House is in a great location 4 min walk to a train station and close to curtin university. The house has aircon, wifi, courtyard and is on a quite block. Must be a clean and tidy person and respectful of other housemates who work/study early.
The room we are renting is located in Karawara, approximately 5 minutes drive to Curtin Uni and Waterford Plaza. There is also a bus stop (33&34 bus) nearby. The room is equipped with a single bed, ensuite bathroom, a built-in wardrobe, a drawer, a TV, nbn internet and also a centralised AC/Heater. The price is $180 including all the bills and no bond is required. Smoking is not allowed in our house.
Have my fingers crossed for Masters, if I'm accepted in April I'll be leaving the country in August. Would obviously be keen to make things more permanent if things fell through and I needed to look for a full time job here in Perth instead. Raised in Australia, but am half Finnish and have spent some time in Finland. Currently living in East Vic Park. Looking for a small, quiet house to share with one or two other people. Open to pets! Very tidy, was raised to clean a mess as soon as I make it. Happy to keep to myself a lot of the time, work "casual FIFO" away on site about one week a month, otherwise volunteer occasionally on weekends. Hobbies include stargazing, a little bit of casual gaming (mostly PC, still learning to use a console controller haha), and turning empty glass bottles into drinking glasses-- so you know we'll never be short on those!
Hi! My name's Emily and I have just moved to Perth from South West WA. I’m still looking for full time work but I have a casual job and I can afford up to $180 per week. I've been temporarily living with family since my move and would love to move into a permanent home as soon as possible. I'd love to find a clean, safe and happy share house or team up with some other like minded people in their twenties or thirties to find a new home to rent together. I’m looking for something stable and permanent, I’d prefer my own bathroom, air con would be great, and as I have a car I would need a parking spot. I love to laugh, chat, listen to music, cook, watch movies and TV shows, play video games and board games (I've got a Nintendo 64 so how could you not want me as your new roomie?) and I'm more than happy to do all those things with my room mates but I also really enjoy my alone time. I'm a considerate, funny, friendly person and cleanliness and taking pride in my home is very important to me. I'm conscious of security, energy/water consumption and into recycling. I don't want to live in a party house, but happy to have friends/family/partner over. I love cats and dogs but don't have any of my own, so I hope you do! Also sexism, racism and homophobia really bums me out so I'd like to not live with people like that. So if any or all of this sounds good to you please shoot me a message so we can chat, meet up and hopefully like each other enough to want to live together! Cheers, Emily.
Hi, I am a student looking for a temporary 6 months accommodation. Looking for one that includes bills and internet in the weekly rent. I am from Perth, enjoy watching NBA and hanging out with mates. I am strongly familiar with the concept of cleanliness and respect for oneself and the properties which they possess. I pride on inclusivity, so gender, race and sex is not an issue for me so long as everyone is cool with each other and respect is mutual.
I am a friendly, neat and tidy young lady. I enjoy dancing and sometimes going out with friends. I don’t drink or smoke. I am an international student from Zimbabwe and I am currently in my second year at Curtin University, studying Mining Engineering.

Hi, I am looking for a responsible individual who keeps things in their default state, while I ensure everything is clean, tidy and working by default. This way we live in a carefree environment. I am offering a room in Karawara, near Curtin University, Technology Park and Waterford Plaza. We already got a cat, so we are unfortunately not keen on anymore pets. We also have 1 parking spot behind the gate. The room is large and already contains (can remove if you have your own furniture): - a double bed - a work desk - a closet - a window - carpet flooring - and extra space to spare It's a nice big house, these are what you can take advantage of: - Unlimited NBN internet (Fibre To The Premise) - a dedicated confined kitchen room, with a shared large fridge - a large living and dining area (tile flooring) - bathroom and toilet shared between you and 2 other people - a parking space within the walls of the property if you require (not covered from rain) - located 1.5km from Curtin Carpark D3 (if you are a student) - located 1.4km from Technology Park - 7 minutes walk to Waterford Plaza - near bus stop - near city (15min by car, 30min by bus)
Work Full time FIFO as product support specialist, pretty much home 1 week a month. Passionate about healthy living, exercise, yoga, photography and travel. Looking for a share house for the summer with like minded people.
I keep to myself most of the time, preferring to play league and watch Doctor Who in my room. I've just moved down from Bunbury and I'm looking for work as an Accountant. I'm single and might be up for fun with the right person, but I'm not going to come onto you if you don't show any interest. I may keep my room messy, but I clean up after myself in the kitchen and deliver consistently good results on rent inspections.
I work full time in government. I am friendly, tidy and quiet, so I am a peaceful housemate to live with :) I enjoy my outdoor activities (hiking, cycling), fitness, movies, music and travelling. I am looking for 1-2 other likeminded housemates to live with in the Como/Bull Creek/Applecross/Garden City area, preferably close to the train line.
Im an aussie chick born and raised with UK background. Work in Administration. Love hanging out with friends and getting to know new people. Love a great night out but also love my nights in with a series. Love travel. Im happy to make friends with a potential housemate or we can do our own thing ( be cool to have a drink sometimes or watch movies etc) but i do like living in a neat space( hopefully not being uptight about things) but theres common sense in keeping a nice home.
Hi! Im a nutrition student in my final year at Curtin University and am looking for a central place to live. I study hard, work part time and generally like to relax in my spare time during the week. I respect privacy and do enjoy my alone time, but am also sociable and easy to get a long with.
Hey guys I’m a bit fun but love my own space aswel. Easy as to get along with and generally just spend a lot of time at work. When I’m not at work I’m at my girlfriends place or out and about I also have a boyfriend who works away he’s an engineer and we both are very active and adventurous who like to have a laugh. We have had a rough trot lately and would love to find somewhere to call home If we sound like we could be a candidate for your property please contact me! Thx
Former Tasmanian, moved here from Melbourne 5 months ago for work and have been renting alone since. Hence why I would love a roommate or two in a modern environment to make my life here more social and exciting once my lease expires end April. I’m a very clean, respectful and overly organized person. Enjoy my personal space and alone time, however I'm very outgoing and energetic. Single. Non smoker. No pets. Always up for adventures and road trips. Spend around 80 percent of my time at the gym, the beach or flying for work on the occasional basis. Can also put together flat packs like a champion and if you like Pinot Noir we will get along great.
Love keeping to myself as much as I do sharing a Board game, drink or conversation :) Love pet's. Dog person. Decent cook. Graphic Designer. Will share bathroom with 1 other for 150p/w. If I'm at home I'm probably trying to relax. Not a house party person. Very clean. Likes cooking.
Engineer on 5/2/4/3 roster so am away weekdays and in Perth every weekend. From Adelaide but have been in Perth for 3 years. Social and active into golf, footy, cycling, hiking and most outdoor activities.
Hey guys. I'm 22 and will be studying at UWA. Need something close to it. I am clean and tidy, like to socialise but need privacy as well. I wouldn't mind having dogs :)
