It'll be nice for us to get to know each other a little better before making the decision to move in together. Cheers xx
I am clean, fun, respectful and kind. I like to socialize but also have downtime. I've just come back from a year of traveling and am starting uni this year at Murdoch. I'm an outdoorsy person and like most Australian's I enjoy spending time at the beach.
The master bedroom for rent is spacious with a built in wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished. The rest of the house is largely furnished but I am flexible with moving furniture around to suit your belongings. The property has a large front yard with BBQ. The property is walking distance to both the Canning and Swan River, cafes, shops and parklands. The property has easy access to the freeway, public transport and is close to Curtin Uni and 10mins to the city. The house has very good security and off-road parking.

Hey! I'm Darren, a PhD student at Curtin University, and I'm originally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. I like to keep a clean and quiet house, so I'm pretty good to live with. I also cook a lot, which I think is a bonus for anyone looking for a good flatmate. I'm looking for flatmates who are chill and easygoing, but I'm usually down for a night out if I have the right company. It'd be awesome to have flatmates whom I can also call my friends!
Hi, I'm easy going, respectful, independent, reliable and clean! Looking for ideally female owner + me. I love animals, Yoga, enjoying healthy life style. Looking forward to hear from you🌼😊
This is a calm and peaceful place where housemates get on well and feel at home. The living areas are spacious and the room is larger than average, air conditioned, with a strong Wi-Fi signal, and is private. Internet is unlimited and fast (NBN-100), and there is a TV point in the room with the corner window. This place is suited for public transport with buses every 5 minutes. There is easy access to the freeway, and off street parking. There is a new bicycle here which you can use . Manning is a safe suburb. This place is close to a library, a few different parks, an easy walk to the river, Waterford Plaza (1 km), and also Manning shops (600m). The room shares a bathroom with female housemates, who want to share with a female only. It's a safe neighbourhood, very convenient for public transport, has easy access to the freeway, off street parking, close to shops, restaurants, parks and for a walk along the river. All bills are included, but it's really the people, peace and comfort which is the best part.

Hi, looking for a share house or someone to start a new share house together. I am mainly looking in South Perth area and with people of a similar age. I'm not a huge animal person so not really looking to move into a place with animals. I am 26 years old and work full-time. Im tidy, like a good tv series and enjoy a social drink on the weekend :)
Hi! I'm Maddie, I'm a pharmacist working full time in Murdoch, and ideally looking for a place to live somewhere close to work (ideally with my own ensuite/bathroom). In my spare time I love catching up with friends, movies, the beach, cooking and relaxing with a glass of wine.
Hi! I am a 23 year old, Dutch student. I will be doing my internship in Perth for 3,5 months. Therefore I am looking for a room for that period. I am used to living with roommates, I am tidy and always in for a conversation. Preferably I would like to share a meal, but it is not mandatory. Cheers!
I'm an employed 26 year-old female engineer who recently relocated permanently to Perth from Malaysia. Have lived with my housemates/ roommate in Melbourne during my undergraduate studies 4 years ago with no problem as I am easy-going, considerate, respectful, neat and tidy. I believe in the saying 'Don't do to others what you don't want to be done to you', hence I appreciate sincerity and honesty. I enjoy video games (have a PS4 but don't worry I will not fight for the TV), going on amazing road trips, beaches, coffee-hunting, keeping fit and planning to take up guitar (I promise to keep it quiet!!). I'm open to different adventures and activities as I'm excited to explore this beautiful new place I'll be living in for awhile. Though I am always down for adventures or night-outs, I also enjoy a quiet night in with movies and respect personal space. Not a FIFO but my work occasionally requires me to go offshore 1-2 weeks at a time. I'm looking for a room with a budget of 130-150pw (no bills included) or 160-170pw (bills included) or anyone else who are like-minded to share a house with. Room doesn't have to be furnished but preferably with good-sized BIR or wardrobe and able to fit queen size bed, a desk and some space for storage shelf.
Hi, I work at the casino during the week (and sometimes the weekend) so I will often be home by 11pm - 12pm. I play video games, I love the arts and I really like to cook (I'm great with both vegetarian and meat diets). I am also LGBTQIA+ friendly and a non-smoker. My lease for my apartment ends in the middle of February. So I won't be moving to a new place until then.
I am neat and tidy, love cooking, into arts & music, and hitting up the gym. Pretty interesting guy that loves nature and photography and i am always up for spontaneous adventure.
