Hi, My names Cody and I'm looking for a reasonably quiet place to live. I'm currently looking for work in a variety of areas, (so if you know of anything going let me know!) and will be studying Civil Engineering soon. Although not currently employed, i have a stable Centrelink income and am very financially responsible so there will be no trouble paying the rent. I am a pretty quiet guy, spend most my spare time playing video games or reading. I'm not overly fussy on the type of place or people, as long as everyone is friendly. I'd prefer somewhere furnished, I adore animals but have no pets with me so I'm all for pets. My budget is $300ish a fortnight, preferably including bills. Thanks for taking the time to read this, hope to hear from you soon.

"I have enjoyed the 12 months I have spent in this house, being new to Adelaide, it has been great living in a quiet area that is still so close to the city. The bus stop being so close makes getting to and from the city easy if I don't feel like driving. The spacious backyard has been a lovely space to spend many afternoons and evenings relaxing and the bedrooms are a great size, with a large wardrobe with mirrors being a great asset to my room. It’s spacious with all the amenities you need to relax and study. The backyard is also picturesque. Marissa is very helpful when it comes to maintenance. She is also professional and well organised. Ideally, I'd like to move to Adelaide end of January, start of February. I'm hoping to find a place with genuine, open-minded and well-humoured individuals. Sound good? Hey, I'm Charlie! I'm a 27 yr old guy working three jobs, one as an SSO (teachers aide basically), one as an OSHC worker in a school and the other working for a party hire company. I have plans to restart studying in the near future too. I'm Adelaide born and bred but have traveled relatively extensively to all the major continents in the world except North America (and Antarctica!). So am welcoming to just about everyone! I come with an assortment of items needed for a house including but not limited to: a washing machine, a fridge, a recliner a tv or two, a kitchen table, cutlery, crockery, and even a nice modern leather couch. I have lived in share houses previously and understand the requirements for living with people and pulling your own weight around the house with jobs. I enjoy working as a cohesive unit to keep the house clean and presentable but also love to have a drink and socialise with new people. I am also very aware and accepting of people’s need for privacy. I have a relatively active social life but also love to chill out in front of the tv watching a movie with a bottle of wine or playing some PlayStation. I play SAAFL for Old Ignatians' in winter so my weekends are usually filled with footy and drinking with mates or work in the summer so I'm unlikely to be seen much around then however am always open to new plans! I drive my own car and have been raised to be a decent cook and love to cook for others so there's a chance you'll benefit from that!
Hi! My name is Tayla and I am in my final year of a Bachelor of Arts, studying creative writing, history and cultural studies, before I start my Masters of Secondary Teaching. I am a friendly, easygoing person who loves socialising with friends, is up for a good chat and a relaxed evening at home or with friends. I am musical and enjoy playing netball. I currently study full time at UniSA and work in before and after school care. I also value sustainability and make efforts to be fairtrade and eco-conscious where I can. I am currently looking for a place to share with my sister Jessica, and we are looking for another friendly face to join us, preferably also female. Jess is also musical, sings and plays saxophone and will be studying a Bachelor of Music at Adelaide Uni. We both enjoy cooking at home and healthy eating. Other shared interests include spending time with friends, watching movies, or getting out on a hike or to the beach. We don't yet have a house, but when we find the right person we will team up and begin looking for a new home to suit us all, preferably within a 10 minute drive of Enfield and a quick trip into the city by bus or train. We are each positive and friendly, easy-going and down to earth in our own way. We are polite and respectful of others and will be mindful of keeping the place tidy. We would both love to live in a warm, friendly and welcoming space filled with good company and conversation. We'd love to share with someone who is up for a good chat, who can also enjoy some quiet down-time and space. Look forward to hearing from you!
Hey I'm Tom. I'm 24 and I work full time for the Department for Education. I'm extremely clean and tidy, health conscious and a bit of a fitness fanatic. Most my days are spend traveling around the Northern Suburbs or in gyms so you really wouldn't see too much of me as your housemate but I'll be around on weekend.
Hi, I'm Alaa (Alex). a friendly, outgoing, open minded guy. I'm tidy, VERY clean, and quiet. I respect other peoples privacy as I hope they respect mine. I believe friendship and good relationships between residents of the same unite is a must!.
