The living arrangement is separated by a two story level with an upstairs and downstairs for privacy. This is a spacious Queenslander that is located in central Gympie. It's close to everything you need and is a no hassle home. The room available is at the back of the property, and shares it's own bathroom/shower with 1 other tenant. All bedrooms have their own lock and lease :) The house is furnished, all you have to do is bring your bedroom furniture! A large bar fridge and space within a communal freezer is available, as is a washing machine. Cleaning and bills are included in the rent, including mowing. The only thing you need to organise is your own internet. Off-street parking is available in your own carport space. The lease is available for a minimum of 6 months. Each housemate leases their room only, so you don't have to worry about finding someone new when somebody leaves. Current housemates include a young guy in his early 20s, and two females aged 30/40s. This is a stable, quiet home where everyone is pretty much taken care of. The room on offer is a break lease, as I got offered my dream job in North Queensland! We are great company, easy to get on with, very easy going, neat and tidy, know how to look after ourselves. We will not bother you at the slightest. Just looking for a more permanent accommodation so we can get jobs and continue to study while saving to buy our first car to make it easier to get to and from to see family and friends.

Hi. I have an awesome peaceful house in the bush with beautiful views. I have a gorgeous pool. I also have an open fireplace for the winter. I have 7 acres with a stunning creek down the back. The house would suit an earthy relaxed person that loves animals appreciates nature and being away from the rat-race. I am 35 mins to Noosa and 20 mins to Cooroy and 20 mins to Gympie. Internet is included in the rent. You have a open door to the verandah and lovely views to the mountains.
