Hello! Just about to graduate and looking for a place to live. I like baking and drinking tea. I like collecting $5 bottles of wine and I will ask you to drink then with me. I will also cook things and be so surprised that they don't taste awful that I'll insist you try some, in which case you will pity me too much to tell me it doesn't actually taste that good... love a chat but also respect sacred reading time/solo time. Would love a relaxed, friendly house to live in!

Hi guys! I'm almost finished with my teaching degree (just a few weeks to go and I'll be qualified) and work in a pharmacy on weekends. I've been renting for a year and a half now and am looking to move out of my current place into somewhere bigger and with less drama. I'm 23, friendly, bit of a nerd but also very sociable. I appreciate a bit of downtime and the need for privacy but am also more than happy to share a few glasses of wine over dinner and chat or play a few board games/video games. I like to think I'm clean in common areas (just don't look in my room >_< the floordrobe is very real) and love cooking. Hobbies of mine include: anime, netflix, games, cultures, languages, playing piano (it's electric with headphones), *trying* to keep fit, going for walks, swimming and hanging out with friends. I tend to be out of the house most of the time as I keep busy with work, uni, family and friends. I'm an animal lover but tend to be allergic to a lot of cats =( Please let me know if you think you have something that'd suit me!
I am Kenyan and in Adelaide to pursue a full-time PhD. I value cleanliness, neatness and privacy. I consider myself to be diplomatic, diligent and reliable. Clean, respectful, low maintenance, down to earth, happy, musical, passionate, and my friends think I'm fun. I sing a lot at home, but probably not while you'd be home. I work, a lot, as a freelancer in audio/visual and sports broadcast. There goes most weekends. So I really enjoy a nice home to end the day, and some company is always nice. I'm happy to either leave you be, and do my own thing, or catch up over an evening wine, really not stressed. I clean up after myself, if you're a 9-5er you might barely even notice me. Moving out of my current place end of Jan, start of Feb, so lets have a chat!

I'm a 26 year old female professional. I'm quiet, clean and respectful. I like my solitude and privacy, but also up for a social chat whenever. Would preferably like someone between the age of 20-35 who likes living with a dog, even a potential roomie who has a dog of their own. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, close to shops and the gym. Easy going, relocating to Adelaide from Melbourne for Full Time Work. Have lived in Sydney and Brisbane as well. I am needing a place to stay for up to 3 months but consider longer if I fit in with the group. I do 12 hour shift roster, days and nights, 4 on 4 off. Would prefer a quieter household but it's not necessary.

I am looking for a room to move into ASAP in a share house with fellow easy going, down to earth & friendly housemates. I do have a beautiful dog - a 4 year old Golden Retriever that i would like to bring with me if possible, however, this is proving quite hard so if dogs are not allowed i can leave him with my sister :) I am rarely home during the week except to sleep - I keep myself busy with work & gym. Large master bedroom with ensuite, BIR for rent. This place is a modern three bedroom townhouse about 10 years old. Modern kitchen, laundry and single upstairs bathroom plus downstairs toilet. There is a leafy park area at the front shared by the other townhouses and a private courtyard with pergola out the back. Garage (with roller door) for one car is also included. You would be renting the master bedroom. Built in wardrobes with lots of storage. The bedroom is unfurnished. The room has the shared bathroom as an ensuite. This is a larger room that will easily fit a queen bed & 2 bedside tables in addition to a desk. The house is equipped with ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning, refrigerator, dishwasher, gas cooktop / electric oven, microwave, washing machine, instantaneous gas hot water and ADSL2+ internet connection. Furniture for the rest of the house is flexible. The house is fully furnished but I am flexible with putting things into storage to accommodate if you want to bring some stuff in. There will also be the availability for storage elsewhere in the house and garage. Short walk to bus stops, Firle shopping centre, Marden shopping centre, Goodlife and Jetts gyms, 10-15 minute drive to the city, 5 minute drive to Norwood. Great food and gelati nearby! We would split bills, gas/internet. Water is included. Electricity usage is included. Sorry no pets.
I'm looking for a couple to move into a spacious unfurnished room. The house is 3 bedroom and pet friendly. The third room is very small and gets quite hot in summer, so I would prefer to keep it as a spare room/office area. I've lived in this house for 2.5 years(ish) and it's a quirky property. Being an older house with not a lot of maintenance, there are a few issues, but nothing huge. Just things like a ceiling fan that isn't functional and a few light fixtures that blow quickly for unknown reasons. The landlord is very laid back, she does 3 monthly inspections through the agency and pays the water levy. I have a fridge, dining table set, washing machine and all that sort of thing. Rent is $220 for a couple. Bond is $800. The house is literally a 2 minute walk to the 281 and W90 bus stop, which both go to the city, or the O-Bahn is about a 10 minute walk through Linear Park. I have a large driveway and a shed, but it has never been used, so I can't guarantee it is spider free. I have a HUGE yard (seriously, it's almost a paddock), and the place is pet friendly. I am looking for someone who has a friendly dog, or is wanting to get a friendly dog, so the yard gets some use. I do already have a small dog and a cat, but the person I lived with previously has a golden retriever who will be sorely missed! If the dog is house trained and not destructive, it will be welcome inside, as my dog sleeps in the kitchen. The yard is about as low maintenance as possible, meaning that I've never done any gardening since living here. If one of my potential housemates wouldn't mind mowing the weeds back (they're brutal) that'd be great and I'd be happy to pay $20 extra a fortnight of rent, otherwise we can discuss a monthly gardener and split the cost. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
There is a room up for grabs in our big amazing old house! The place is early 1900's and has an amazing energy to it. This is likely influenced by the many artists, musicians and creative types that have stayed here over the years, each adding their own personal touch to the place. Now being so decrepidly ancient and beautiful, this old beast isn't for someone who finds comfort in clean white modern surfaces and all the mod cons of a later built compound. This is more suited to the slightly more eccentric types out there who can appreciate good old fashioned character. There's also something about this house that draws out inner passions, the desire to pursue passions in life (whatever that may be) and especially some sort of less is more, appreciative underlying humility that you can't quite put your finger on. In terms of facilities, we have pretty much everything you could need, thanks to excessive op shopping and hard rubbish discoveries. We are also a house of dumpster divers (no snorkel required, unless you're really enthusiastic) in which all our food is saved from landfill and re-directed into our gullets. Don't be put off by this, as we eat like absolute royalty here....everyday.....for free.....Of course if you're put off by this you can purchase your own food, we won't judge! We do like to make this a house event and is a good social activity. The room up for grabs is the beautiful large front room, which has been recently painted and includes a queen sized bed, study bench and clothes hanging rack. I also want to mention that i have been largely accepting couples into this space as it reduces rent and bills (split three ways). I am however still open to any offers of solo male or female occupants. Rent here is $300pw, which is divided evenly, and includes internet. So with 3 people @100ea plus $500 bond, with 2 weeks rent and bond payable upon arrival. Bills are split evenly between everyone (unless people travel). I think i've remembered most details - Oh, we have chooks!! and they respond to strange sounds and eat like horses. The garden is also incredible, and is slowly being transformed. We also have a cooky old neighbour named Suzy, who is brilliant. Sooooooo If you feel you fit what this place is about, can clean up after yourself, and all the other components of being a bloody great housemate(s), please feel free to contact me with a decent description of yourself. Thanks for looking!
I'm very respectful, responsible and I clean up after myself. Looking to share with females, or at least a share house with another female living there too. I work in North Adelaide, My work hours are a minimum 21hrs weekly, likely to increase to full time. I like to cook, garden, enjoy health and fitness , the outdoors. Love coffee, I would make you one with my machine in the morning etc too. Old fashioned. I love live music and getting out now and then. I rarely drink alcohol. I'm very friendly, helpful, motivated and have a positive attitude. Always up for a laugh and conversation, also value quiet times. I'd like to share with people with similar values of respect, while I work as much as possible to save for my own place. I have a 7 year old indoor cat who I am wholly responsible for. He is very well behaved and can charm anyone. Thanks for looking, any questions please ask 🌞
