This is a spacious house on the waterfront at Woody Point. It is in a quiet area and encourages outdoor activities, walks and is close to restaurants, hotel , hairdresser & coffee shops etc. Ideally suits a professional person and is extremely good value for money. I have made two rooms available; one the furnished bedroom and the other unfurnished to allow it to be used as a study, quiet room or whatever suits. It has both front and back access which will allow more privacy and I have an outdoor area that can be used as your own.
