Beautifully renovated and spacious home only 5 mins or 3.5km from CBD. Multiple bus-stops within a few hundred metres of the house. Garage with electric, remote control door - you can share that with me if you have a car. All three bedrooms are large with built in robes and plantation shutters. Fourth small bedroom is set up as a study. Desk, new computer etc. already set up - you're free to use it. I set it up intending to use it but never really have. Two seperate living areas. House is fully furnished except you'll need to furnish and set up your bedroom. Serious enquiries are negotiable. Recently purchased house, gutted and stunningly re-done from top to bottom about three years ago, before I purchased it. The photos really do not do it justice. The backyard unfortunately is not looking its best right now as its undergoing a bit of a "transformation" / landscaping. Im happy for you to inspect. I'm only looking to rent out one room.
Hello! I am an Argentine / Italian male moving to Adelaide for 6 months. I work in the film industry. I love animals, my hobby is photography, I like to cook and I am very calm and quiet. I lived in shared houses for a year in Spain so I am used to sharing with other people and respect their privacy. I keep order and cleanliness and I like others to do it too. I am very excited to visit Australia and meet its people.
I'm an easy-going, open-minded and bubbly person who's recently moved down from the northern Flinders Ranges where I lived, and worked in hospitality, for 2 years, to go back to school (hopefully with snackpacks!). I'm looking for somewhere within 10 minutes of the Adelaide CBD, preferably not on the east side of town. I spend most of my time in my room when home but, if we have things in common, I'll venture out to chat. I love music, but I prefer to listen to music with my headphones. So you won't hear it much. My ideal weeknight typically consists binge watching The Simpsons or Rick and Morty. Hopefully my housemates will like to watch them with me. My ideal weekend consists of going to the markets, nature walks, good food and drink with friends and a few chapters of a good biography. I'd like to live with easy-going relaxed people, ideally, between the ages of 25 and 30, who like similar things that I do. But, as long as your life doesn't impede on my life you can do you, whatever that may be :) I need to live with people who can communicate openly about any issues that may arise. I am the type of person who is open and honest. I would rather be a little upset in the short term than let things fester into arguments. I love animals. But will (forcefully) live without them. I have a very small tank-dwelling pet. You'll never see or hear her and she can't possibly destroy anything. I'm a non-smoker and would like to live with non-smokers. But, as long as you smoke outside, I don't mind. Animal, LGBT+ and 420 friendly.
I'm 21 years old and I'm a full time professional barber. I'm working during the day throughout the week but when I'm away from work I usually spend my time playing sports, going to the gym and I quite enjoy home cooking. I'm the person who is respectful of people's space and belongings, have good cleaning habits, accountable and overall easy to get along with. I'm not afraid of meeting new people, it's nothing new to me, so feel free to contact me if you believe you see eye to eye!
My name is Andressa from Brazil. I'm 28. I study technology and work part-time, I love animals and nature. I'm looking for a private room near CBD, (25 minuts by bike). English is my second language so I would like to improve it and make more friends. I would like a light room with space to a computer table. Andressa Leite.
I’m a fairly to myself kinda guy but happy to have a chat. I’m not overly loud and will likely spend evenings watching shows, reading and playing games. I play footy and like to travel whenever I get the opportunity
Brazilian, dance instructor, bartender and social worker. Positivity, good energy, good friends, Netflix and beer. Looking for a long term place as I just moved to Adelaide and am staying for a long time.
I work for Great Southern Rail so I will be travelling to Perth, Darwin or Sydney quite frequently. I love cooking and don’t mind cooking for others. I don’t mind the occasional beer or 2 some nights. I’m happy to have nights in watching movies but also occasionally have nights out at a pub/bar.
I love talking about anything! I often cook at home and like to wind down to a book or music. I love poetry and am getting more into musical theater. Big science nerd so expect a lot of random facts :) Currently working in R&D but always making plans to travel. Looking for open minded and friendly people.
I'm a super friendly, easy going gal. I am very clean and enjoy keeping my home space tidy and looking nice. I enjoy getting together with housemates for a cook up, a wine and a chat but also enjoy my own space and respect that others do to. I am a creative type and like to spend my time gardening, sewing, drawing, crafting and restoring furniture. I am looking for a relaxed environment to live in and look forward to meeting my new roomies :)
