Hi there! We are Daniela and Dario, an Italian couple in our late 20s (we both are 29 years old). We will be moving to Adelaide on October 24th and we are looking for a double room in a share house or a small apartment for us two. We both have already shared properties in the USA as well as in Germany and Italy. We are very easygoing, friendly, quiet, clean and respectful and of course we share chores. We are not party animals but are always up for a good talk, a beer or a movie night. Non smokers and pet friendly. We both love working out and hiking to discover new places. We also like reading, photography, travelling and hanging out with friends.
We are a clean and tidy, friendly, easygoing couple with a good sense of humour, non-smokers with no pets (but love dogs!) We are hard-working, reliable and honest, and enjoy reading, movies and video games.

*Looking for start of 2017* 26 year old Aussie, full time student at the University of Adelaide for my 2nd degree - studying Geography, Economics, Sociology and Music. I work part time at various different locations, but always in the Monday to Friday bracket. In my spare time I like to go hiking locally, but in my breaks I will often travel. I also DJ as a form of relaxation - you might have heard me on Fresh92.7, or god forbid, spotted me in town. I tend to keep to myself a lot within a share house environment during the week, as I get super focused on uni work, so I can have the weekend to unwind. On the weekends you probably wouldn't see me too much either, as I have a list longer than my arm of things to do and people to see. But someone who wouldn't be offended by (and preferably joining) me polishing off a carton of beer every now and then would be appreciated.
I'm a 28 year old occupational therapy student, fruiterer by day and bartender by night. I'm a fairly busy person so I won't be sitting at home all day sucking up our electricity. I'm pretty chill and outgoing, always pay rent and bills on time. I've done the share house thing before and I'm happy with whatever arrangement is already going. That being said, I love having a laugh and a chat over a beer or wine (or three). If these beers are accompanied by cheese, that's also a bonus. Ultimately, I would prefer to live with people who I could hang out with occasionally without being a hanger on that is all up in your business. Also, I have two guinea pigs I would love to come along for the ride but if that doesn't work, I have a place they can stay instead. Hit me up if you want more info.
I am an easy going straightforward guy and like to make new friends
I am a new migrant from India, easygoing and friendly interested in sharing with like minded people male or female or with a small family. I am committed to live there for at least an year to start with as I settle down there.I will be independently living there without bothering any of the flatmates as I will be busy with my own commitments.
Hey, My names Guy and I work full-time in real estate and also run an online business. I am currently living with my brother but looking to re-locate in the next few months. I would prefer to rent somewhere in the eastern suburbs close to the city or in the city and also to share with one other person (Preferably female but I'm open to more housemates depending on house size and layout). I have many interests including health and fitness, gym, reading, hiking, cooking, travelling etc. I have lived in Adelaide my whole life and have a small group of good friends. I occasionally like to entertain and like a relaxed, chilled environment. I am very clean, mindful and easy-going. I believe in open and honest communication in a share house. It's always great when you can become friends too. I am looking for someone who likes to be social and also respectful of each others privacy. *The dog in the picture is not mine and I have no pets but I would like to get a dog if possible (although it's not a deal breaker). I do love all animals but am allergic to cats.
I am a separated female with a young outlook on life, loving music, yoga, walks and catching up with friends. I am very social but like time on my own. I squish my work hours into 4 days per week so I can have one full day off so I can catch up on stuff. I get along well with females, males, children and animals. I like to keep a neat clean home and I am an "early to bed, early to rise" person. I have 4 gorgeous adult kids and some special friends who would visit from time to time. Looking to share with someone who has a similar outlook on life to me.

I have just finished uni and started working. I am clean and easy to get along with. There must be mutual respect for each other. I have been house sharing for 5 years now, and i have never had any bad experiences. I enjoy relaxing over food and getting out on the weekends.
I am Kenyan and in Adelaide to pursue a full-time PhD. I value cleanliness, neatness and privacy. I consider myself to be diplomatic, diligent and reliable. I'm very into music and play a few instruments (with headphones), riding bikes, travelling, cooking. I'm am quiet, clean, and courteous. I love to have a chat and get to know other people. Ideally I'm really looking for a place that feels like home, with friendly people who enjoy living together.

Large room (3.6x4.8) for rent in a modernised older style 3 bedroom house with high ceilings. Updated kitchen with gas cooking and a dishwasher. Updated bathroom with a separate shower and bath, plus a second separate toilet. Ducted aircon/heating. Separate laundry. There is an office out the back, separate from the main house (although under the same roof). Currently used as as office space, but who ever moves in is welcome to use half of the space. The room has no built ins, but is big enough to bring plenty of furniture in. Happy for additions to household furniture, and also art, bits and pieces, or whatever you like to help make it feel like your space as well. The backyard is great, especially in sun. We have hammocks, a vege patch, lemon tree, extra room if you want to plant more veges, a grape vine, large trees, and an undercover area for entertaining. Its quite secluded. In summer we hang a huge screen on the clothes line and watch movies with a projector :) It's great. House has a lock up carport/garage at the back, but with a shared driveway, so it's used for storage. Street parking is usually fine anyway. Minutes walk from The Parade. Quick bus ride to the city. Great shopping, cafes, bars within walking distance but the house is quiet and secluded

I am well versed in flatmate living arrangements and I consider myself to be very courteous and generous. I work in Computer Science and Audio Technology, I also study part-time to further my keen interests and my career. I am always on a quest for knowledge and yearn to learn something new every day :)
Quiet, clean and easy going, enjoys the outdoors. Respect every religion and gender orientation. Not exactly a neat freak, but you will not find my socks lying around the house. Since I may be travelling at time, you might not even notice my presence.
Easy going, conscious guy, love meditation, personal development, photography, nutritious cooking, beach action, just got back into cricket and passed L1 Salsa! Started new business in Jan so focused on building that atm. Been known to have a cheeky beverage and a boogie on the weekends!
I got my pharmacy internship in Wollongong, which is simultaneously a happy occasion and a sad one. Happy because, well, I got an internship, WHEE~~. Sad coz it’s not in SA, meaning I’ll have to give up my current home, which I spent so much time in the beginning of the year searching for. I’ll be moving out officially on the 28th of November. So, the purpose of this post basically is: DOES ANYBODY (or know anybody who would) WANT TO TAKE OVER MY LEASE (which ends in mid Feb, and I’m sure something can be worked out with the agent so as to continue on from there)? Both rooms will be available since my current housemate is moving out as well. Rent is $290/week, paid fortnightly. Pros: 1) It’s in Norwood, 2-minute walk from bus stop 9. Smack in the middle of the Parade, there are many restaurants to choose from and is literally behind the Norwood Coles parking lot. 2) It’s fully furnished. However, I am looking to hopefully sell my TV ($50), washing machine ($200) and fridge($150), price of which are negotiable. The queen sized bed in 1 room is also up for sale. The sofa set and the single bed in the other room will be given to the new tenant. 3) Electricity and internet have been set up. The electricity plan I have with Simply Energy was signed during a promotion. It offers 28% discount off the overall quarterly bill and I would be glad to transfer it over to the new tenant. Our last bill was around $350. Internet is with Dodo, and has been pretty stable for as long as I’ve had it. Unlimited ADSL2+ for $60/month. Keen to transfer that over too. 4) Car park. 5) I'll gradually think of things to add. Cons: 1) It’s a tricky situation, but if anybody’s interested, we can all sit down and have a chat with the agent. I’m sure that we will be able to work something out. TL/DR: Looking for someone to take over unit in its entirety. I'll break my lease and hire professionals to clean up the place for inspection before leaving. PM to discuss.
