Our home is a little slice of peace and quiet tucked away on the edge of the heart of the city. Close to Uprising bakery and only a few blocks from the Maryville Tavern, there is always something to do. With plenty of bike tracks and parks close by, along with the water only a short walk from our doorstep, you’re never far from the outdoors! The room itself catches the lazy afternoon sun, with plenty of storage in the built in wardrobe. Come summer we plan to start a veggie garden also if you have a green thumb and like the sound of some fresh veggies!
I will be working at the Port of Newcastle as Security. Previously working as a nurse. I like kayaking and eating pub food. I like watching and playing soccer and i like to cook. I currently live on the Central Coast and have for all of my life. I am very tidy and like to be organised. I enjoy socialising and having a drink but value my down time as well. Im looking for a place to live thats preferably on Hunter St or Honeysuckle or somewhere close to work.
Lovely three bedroom house on a quiet street, close to Wickham Station, Beaumont St, cafes and bars, and Wickham waterfront. Its a 25 minute walk to Honeysuckle waterfront! It’s a bloody big house on a huge block, super rare considering it’s so close to everything! HUGE bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes. High ceilings with original decorative lights, and a sweet ornate fireplace. Freshly painted, brand new kitchen and bathroom - which is enormous, and has a rainfall shower. Large leafy backyard for chilling, a mandarin tree for picking, and a storage shed to share. Off street parking which we can share. Added bonus of hanging out with my awesome, sassy, mini-cat everyday! She is extremely independent, will seek out a pat if she’s feeling it, and will come and check on what you’re up to here and there. She’s tiny and clean, so very minimal shedding. I wasn’t a car person until I met her, she’ll win over the coldest of hearts 😂 Air conditioning in the lounge, but it’s also a lovely breezy house with the windows open. The house is completely furnished (apart from a working telly which will probably be organised by the time you move in). The spare bedroom is a blank canvas for you to fill with your lovely things. There is a third bedroom we can share as a study, second bedroom or chill out space. So much storage space it’s not funny. I have internet, Stan and Netflix, so if you’re keen to use these we can split the bill, along with electricity and water. If this place tickles your fancy, I’d ask you to join the lease with me and contribute to the bond. Room will be vacant in early October. My beautiful housemate is moving back to Sydney which makes me sad, but I’m hoping to find someone just as awesome.
Looking for a home for myself and my Boston Terrier X Pug dog. Looking for a relaxed and semi quiet household as I’m currently working 9-5 and studying full time online. I am wanting to find a housemate who is happy to live in a tidy, clean and dog friendly home. Preferably with one other housemate. Please feel free to message me!
I am a friendly, bubbly and social person but also need my privacy and time to wind down. I am neat and clean and very respectful of other people and their property and privacy. I work in hospitality management so I usually arrive home late but am considerate and try to be quiet. I work very long hours so unless you also work hospo hours you probably won't see much of me. In my spare time I like to go to the beach, explore the city and go to the gym.
I’m a very tidy and organised person myself so I’d be looking to live with people who are the same. I’ll do my own dishes and always clean up after myself and I’m happy to contribute to general house tidying like vacuuming and mowing etc I love anything outdoors or fitness related. Vegan & looove all animals! I don’t mind having a few casual bevs here and there but nothing too wild. I am quite a social person too so I’d be looking to move in with people who like to hang out. But I also like my own space at times too.
I'm really easy going, polite, low maintenance, tidy, enjoy cooking (vegetarian). Enjoy a wine but not a big drinker. Love running, do this almost every day, preferably in nature. I love cats. I have a happy nature, am a gentle soul. I have an art studio in Hamilton and spend a lot of time there. Like walks on the beach. Keep myself busy so won't be needy, but am friendly and happy to have a chat and a laugh. Looking for a quiet room, comfy place, tidy friendly, housemate a bit like me.
Hi! I'm Kate, initially from Newcastle, and wanting to return after 12 months living in QLD. It's important to me that I find the right fit when it comes to my home / sanctuary. As such, I'll try to provide a little detail about myself and my circumstances. It is just myself and my dog, Asha - a small, gentle and well behaved Kelpie x (rescue dog). She loves friends, canine or feline, and although it's by no means necessary, she'd absolutely love another friend to play with at home. I work full time, and with my office being right in town (Honeysuckle), I'd really like to find somewhere I'm able to ride my bike or walk to work. My time off would mainly involve markets, beach days, road trips ect. I also love a good chill day, planting, reading and a bit of a Netflix binge. My ideal situation would consist of my own bathroom - I am absolutely open to options though, and happy to chat to any potential flatmates about how to make things work. I have a solid rental history and can provide real estate references + police checks etc. I'm a very easy going, happy, healthy, house proud person. I've a good heart, and I've always ended up calling any previous flat mate a friend. If you feel we might work well together, please feel welcome to get in touch :)
UON Student doing business. easy to get along and respect privacy demestic student..from sydney looking for a decent size room, prefer students as room mates contact me no problem paying rent on time...
Hey potential housemates! My names Ethan, I'm 26, easy to get along with and tidy to live with. I run a small vinyl flooring business so I'm fairly busy during the weeks. I'm from Newcastle and I love doing adrenaline sports for fun. My only requirements is an occasional small storage space if I have to pick up a big load that day. So I may have to take some tools out and out them somewhere to fit materials in. I'd only require like the corner of a garage or something like that. It would never be excessive amounts of stuff. Looking forward to hearing back :)
I have recently moved back from London. Working in corporate finance Mon-Fri and enjoy a beer on the weekend. Looking for a sociable place that is not too dated and feels like home.
