Downstairs is the living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry, a toilet, double garage & small outdoor area. Upstairs is the 3 bedrooms which have all ducted air conditioning. I am 30 & I currently live with my friend Ashleigh & her boyfriend Jack. I also have a fur baby named Rosie who is 10 months old. We are looking for a friendly, tidy female who will respect our house rules, but also is social & fun to have around. Ash & Jack are both PTs while I work for a finance company. We all live busy lifestyles and don't spend too much time at home except for our (rare) days off. No smokers or party animals and unfortunately no pets (we already have a puppy!!). I work full time, am social but also enjoy my downtime. I am active and often out and about alot of the time. Id prefer only living with 1 or 2 other people with my own bathroom if possible. I do not have any pets or smoke and would prefer to be in a place with similar people
I'm a chef, and studying nutrition part time. Clean and tidy housemate, pay rent/bills on time, respectful of other peoples space and privacy. Interests include cooking, fitness, waterskiing, binging on Netflix, and a few cheeky arvo beers. Looking for a place thats social, but also respects people needing their own space from time to time.
Considerate and clean, a bit introverted but also a bit sociable. I am into good food, ethical living and am looking for a friendly and respectful place, closer to uni than my home currently is. I've just moved back home and am studying at UoN full-time. I'm doing a year in the Bachelor of Arts course, enjoying a chance at electives!, and aim to transfer to Occupational Therapy in 2019. I'm interested in travel, nature, music, well-being, permaculture, cycling, art and animals. Why am I good to live with? * I pay my rent and bills on time. * I will respect your space but would also like to have house dinners sometimes. * I like a clean home where we all feel comfortable and respected. * I've shared with quiet a few people in my travels and am open minded and considerate of who I'll be sharing with next. * Sometimes I pet-sit for people so you might get a break from me every now and again ( : What I'm looking for: -The people and lifestyle I live with is the most important aspect of house hunting for me... I like people who inspire or encourage a good lifestyle or connection with others, I'm not looking for a party house or a place where we can't communicate with each other (the good and the bad). -I'm looking to get along with my future housemates and have time together as a house, every so often, for people who can live independent lives, cohesively. -I hope to feel comfortable and at home where I can have friends over occasionally or have a lazy day alone. I'm happy at home currently and so am not in a rush to find a place, i'm just looking for a good fit, for new people and perspectives and for a place closer to uni than i am now. Feel free to ask me anything or for references. :)
Our house is a big open plan with three bedrooms, an office, bathroom, massive kitchen and a laundry which has an extra toilet, washer and dryer. The outdoor area is the main selling point in our house. It’s got a massive veranda with its own built in kitchen and bbq. Each bedroom is quite large all with built in wardrobes. The house is situated directly across the harbour so getting to town is a lovely short walk or bike ride. If you have any questions regarding this listing please feel free to contact me.
Hi! My name is taylah, I’m 19 and am looking for a place to live with my beautiful kelpie. I work 5 days a week as a nanny during the day, and as a waitress during the night. I have references and have always paid rent on time. I love to socialise but am also very respectful of people’s privacy.
I have a lovely house full of furniture I can bring or store. I can cook. I am clean, tidy and keep to myself but am happy to have a chat and a glass of wine. Would prefer to live with people I consider friends and not just Flatmates.
G'day. I'm a relaxed easy going guy, loves a chinwag and loves some alone time. Very clean, respectful and easy to live with. Looking for a nice place in Newy to call home.
Super chill; I'm studying Ancient History and English teaching, nearly done. Value a good party, a good day at the beach, an adventure; but I also know how to watch a whole show in one sitting. On college my room got mistaken for one of the girls' rooms cos I actually make my bed. Childhood cleaning habits have stuck with me; thanks Mum x Interests include, but are not limited to: op shop stuff, sunsets, bike riding, beach, music, alcohol/partying, skating, hummus, Star Wars, adventures, Milo, rock climbing, the couch, sometimes running and memes. I am also working at a restaurant on Darby street. I am very laid back, friendly, and feel that I am easy to live with, never having had any issues with past housemates, and looking forward to new ones. Cheers, Oscar

New house-person wanted to share a beautiful three-bedroom character-filled home in Islington. The house is well furnished, filled with artworks and comes with a well-used open fireplace. The house is kept clean and tidy and has a couple of living spaces. It’s a stone’s throw from the best coffee in town (aka Suspension), Hamilton train station and Beaumont St. The housemate will ideally be reliable, clean and tidy, have good taste in music, an appreciation of good food and extensive life experience. Rent is $250/week and includes all bills (electricity, water, gas, internet). Third room is a spare / office / reading room that is also available for occasional guests. Potential housemates who smoke can do so outdoors.
Hi I’m Milly and I am bubbly, adventurous girl. I try to live a healthy lifestyle, I’m always positive thinking I love to have a clean home so I clean even if it’s not mine to clean. I do like to live a rather quiet lifestyle, and have a couple of friends over every other weekend or so.
Hey potential roomies! My name's Amy, I'm 22 and chipping away at uni in hopes of one day finishing a pesky law degree, while working part time (20-30 hours/week) in retail. I spent last year backpacking and living in hostels so I've got a lot of respect for communal spaces and keeping things tidy. I enjoy my space and alone time, but I'm looking for friends more than housemates! A bit about me: - I'm vego (though I don't need my housemates to be) and love to cook - Keen hiker - Garbage reality TV watcher (hello Bachelor) - Loves a good boogie on the weekends Shoot me a message if it sounds like we'd get along!
I'm a classical pianist and piano teacher, working on Sydney's north shore. I have a cat, not a lot of furniture (I'm a regular purger of 'stuff'), and two motorbikes I'd want to keep off-street. Fairly quiet, (except for playing the piano), I prefer books and the garden and outdoor activity to being indoors watching TV. I don't watch commercial TV (hate ads), nor listen to commercial radio, but will happily binge a good show on Netflix, or listen to ABC radio or music while about the house. Currently I'm also applying for places to rent on my own, into which I'd bring a flatmate, and am also aiming to get into the investment property market.
I am clean and tidy. I enjoy my own space but also socialising. I am respectful of others' time and space. I work hard and enjoy my down time to relax.
Heyyy, I am Damilola, 23 and currently a student at UON city campus. I don't mind a bevvy and hang out whenever possible. I love a good laugh at each moment, I am aware of the need for space and I also wouldn't mind pets or parties. I currently got into Yoga - which I am very keen on atm, I dance salsa, go to the gym but would love to go a lot more. I am defo one for any form of adventure- always willing to try something new. Ps: My cooking skill is either off the chart or Kitchen Nightmares worthy. Hit me up! And we could start looking for a place to call home together.

I also hate heat, so air con is a big + Will move onto study art therapy at UoN next year. Love a chat, joke, wine and beer but can also respect privacy. Vegetarian, love to cook. Another novocastrian returning after spending a few years in Sydney. Good at cleaning up after myself, always pay my rent on time, fairly quiet and easy going but always happy to have a chat over a beer or cuppa - gin and tonic is my weapon of choice. Not adverse to communal activities but don't mind flying solo. Bit of a geek so you will most often find me gaming or reading in my spare time. I also have a small dog (jack russell - 12yo) Max who is pretty chilled, rarely barks, fully house trained and loves a snack, cuddle or wrestle. If you think I sound like a suitable candidate for your household please don't hesitate to contact me. I'm also more than happy to provide references. Happy hunting!
