Hi I'm Hayley, I work full time, I'm an easy going person who enjoys a good chat however I also appreciate my own space and am respectful of the space of others. As long as the common areas in the house are clean I'm happy, but funky smells coming from rooms are gross. I've been living alone for the last six months but would love to find a place with a housemate or two as a way to mix things up a bit and a way to meet new people. I enjoy going to the beach, for hikes or visiting family on the weekends and even having social drink here or there, as well as reading, attempting to draw and sitting and watching a good movie or tv show. I also have a cat that I have recently adopted so she will be coming with me. She is very affectionate and has previously been socialized with other cats, however any dogs would need to remain in the yard. I'm hoping to find a housemate or two who I hope to get to know as friends. I'm preferably looking to start a new share house as I have some furniture from my time living on my own. Feel free to message me with any questions.
Hey I'm Mitch, I'm a very easy going dude that is looking for a comfortable place to live. I'm clean, tidy and organised by nature but wont be a Nazi about it 24/7 haha. I am very sociable and have a great outgoing relationship with my friends/family but I'm not looking to join a rundown party house at all! Beers and Wines by the beach and maybe some eggs Benedict on the weekend sounds good to me. I also like to train at the Gym 4-5 times a week and go for Jogs with my doggo. She is a very obedient outside pet that is loved by everyone who meets her. She will reside with me so pets need to be considered but I can assure she is not a problem at all. I currently own a property in Beresfield but due to a split with my partner we are now going through the process of selling and I plan to rent for at least 12 months provided the place is comfortable and flatmates are friendly :) Location needs to be close to Newcastle preferably but may consider other options. I work full-time (40+ hours) and study part time Via Correspondence. So with work study and Gym Mon-Fri I will be out of your hair haha but when it comes to the weekend I'm very easy to get along with! :) And I am not lazy in the slightest so Yard/pool maintenance is not problem what so ever. Let me know if I could be considered. Cheers.
Hi! I'm a full time art student and work weekends. 6 months+ is preferable but short term is ok until i find something long term This move has sprung on me rather quickly so i will have bond, but only when i get it back from my current place (our lease ends 27th jan) I love to cook (so theres always yummy leftovers because portion control is for suckers) not a big party person (being 30 i prefer red wine and cheese platters to beer bongs) but do enjoy a good bevvy filled banter in the yard and a cheeky night out once in a while. red wine is the nectar of the gods and cheese platters complete with crackers, dips and cured meat selection are dinners of champions who can't be bothered with real food. chocolate is a constant. disney isn't just for kids. quite happy to be anywhere on the scale of keeping to ourselves or becoming BFF's. (although some sort of happy interaction is pleasant and i'll be new to the area so friendly locals are always a nice find) i have a very clean indoor/outdoor cat. gypsy, she's a beautiful ginger kitty, v. small. she kinda hates everyone (not mad just very very shy). so won't be all up in your business. spends most of her time asleep in the shade or on my bed at night. not a clean freak but if things start growing in the sink and fridge that's not cool.
Hi, I'm Becky. I'm a professional working in disability / social justice and I'm moving to Newcastle to work and do a Masters in Public Health. I'm a photographer and I love camping, animal spotting, yoga, and cinema. Am a bit left of centre and very open minded. I'm a friendly, social, relaxed, clean and considerate housemate. I've over 10 years housesharing and I've made some great ongoing friendships from it. I'd love to find a home with people who have their own lives but who are social and open to a drink or occasional shared meals and adventures. I have friends in the area but would like to meet more locals. I also hope to find a place with a dog, or where there is a possibly of introducing a dog some time in the future.
Hello! My names Eamon (19), I'm from the Central Coast and am moving to Newcastle to be closer to UON. I can have fun and love to socialise and make new friends but I'm also respectful of other people (I won't throw parties without asking other housemates). I'm neat and tidy and respectful of other people's belongings. I would like a place where all the roommates are friends and get along well as its where we will spend most of our time. I'm also looking at whole houses to rent so if anyone wants to teamup I have a few places I'm looking at near the uni saved.
We're all about the lifestyle...summer afternoons on the deck having a bbq, the chefs kitchen, the coffee machine, the corgis, the garden and the conversation. This is as much a home as a house, it isn't massive but comfortable so we're looking for someone of a similar age who doesn't mind doing their own thing or hanging out. The room itself is large, it has a bed, shelving and desk if you need it, it can be unfurnished otherwise. The Wifi's good and bills are included.
Hello! We are very tidy and clean housemates who respect personal space, but are also very friendly and enjoy having a chat or just chilling out together. Ashleigh is a uni student and is in her third year of a Bachelor of Arts, and Blake is very handy with jobs around the house and technology, and is currently looking for work. We like to keep to ourselves most of the time, but if you're a fan of boardgames, movie nights or late night trips to Yogurtland, then we will get along great too :D We keep shared living areas very clean and tidy, are considerate with our noise levels and would keep our housemates up to date if we would like to have friends or family over. We love animals, and wouldn't mind feeding or walking them for you. We enjoy sharing weekend beverages, trips to the beach and finding places to eat delicious food! We are also both very tall, so we can help clean high spots or get things down for you :P Please feel free to contact us if you'd like to know more or to meet up. We look forward to hearing from you! :)

G'day :) my name is Gizem and I'm 25 years old. Now, I am living in Germany and writing my master thesis in the building faculty of the German University in Stuttgart. During the exchange program of my university I will be a student of the University of Newcastle for 2 Semesters (15th Feb. until 15. Dec.). I am looking for a furnished accomodation for a maximum budget of $ 175 per week. Apart from that, I am looking for flatmates who are likewise curious about new cultures and are open minded. I chose the Australian Uni because I heart many positive points about this country. I am very looking forward to experience all of this by my own. In Germany, I also live in a shared flat so I am well up in living with other people. I would really looking forward hearing from you as soon as possible. Thanks mate :) Warm greetings from Germany, Gizem
I'm a PhD student and am due to finish my doctorate this year. I'm into scuba diving and travelling - I recently got back from studying 3 months in Germany and 6 months in the USA. I'm also clean, tidy and quiet but that's not to say I don't enjoy the occasional good time just like everyone else. I have no pets and do not smoke. I prefer living in houses with a fairly even gender-balance with no more than 3 other housemates. I would prefer an ensuite bathroom and an unfurnished room but neither is critical. I hope to hear from you :)
I'm very flexible and easy going, I ensure that I am kind to everyone and give every person I meet a fair chance and be kind to them. I enjoy spending time with others but respect boundaries and personal space. I try to avoid mess and generally am a tidy, respectable person hoping to study and make friends simultaneously.

I am a clean and tidy person who likes a clear kitchen bench. More than happy to live with pets. I will be working full time and my weekends will either be spent visiting family outside of Newcastle or having my partner come and visit for the weekend, he is fully house trained and can cook.

Hi! My name is Hannah and I am currently studying music, going into my third year now! I am a social and friendly person who doesn't mind a few social drinks, but also really enjoy my quiet time. I like watching tv shows, hanging with friends and going for walks with my dog. I am looking for a teamup to start a new share house as my current one is coming to an end. I've been looking and applying for houses in the last month or so. The only other thing is that I have a little rescue doggie, her name is Lyla! She's the cutest little thing, so you must love dogs! If you think we would be a good match please send me a message and we can look at houses together!
I'm Madi, a 21 year old studying law and communications at UoN and working at a law firm on King St. I am a laid back housemate who likes to share a few social drinks but respects private space. As a student and full time employee I understand need for a clean, easygoing livingspace.
Hey guys, I am Steph and am a full-time student studying a Masters Degree who work casually. I enjoy cooking, lots of traveling and socializing with friends. I am quite busy, but love to chill when I am free! Nick is a final year engineering student who also works casually. He loves fishing, going to the beach and loves to watch and play sport. We are both very clean and easy- going people, who are looking for a couple of awesome housemates for the year!
I'm an easy going housemate who has been living in share houses for 15 years, Including one with 10 people, 3 animals, and at times, 3 children. I think if you can keep the peace there, you pretty much can anywhere :) I always treat my flatmates like family. Ie, equal parts helping each other out, but with total respect and not taking the piss. If its raining and i'm home, i'll bring in your washing. If I've got milk, and you need milk, you can have some. But at the same time, If you never clean, and eat all my food every day, that would suck. So I'll probably talk to you about it. I'm active and health conscious, so would like to live with other active people. But i wont judge you if you drink coke and eat maccas ether. I'm moving to Newcastle to study Occupational Therapy. Although i don't have a job yet (as i'm just finishing up my business in Sydney), Ive got plenty of money saved and have never been unemployed in my life, so I know i'll pick up work quickly. I will have no issue with paying rent. (I also am self employed as a energetic healer on the side) I love to meditate, swim, go to the live gigs, grow vegetables, cook, draw. I want to live with easy going people that would like to share a chat and a meal from time to time, but respect my need to study too.
I am a full time nurse. I am quiet, clean, non smoking or drinking and have no pets. I am looking for a place for myself. It would be great if the place is close to my work place- John Hunter.
Hey im 24. Recently single and looking for a new place to live! Really easy going, happy to put in around the house. Work full time so just need a place to crash at night. I have a kitten whos friendly. Hit me up if your intetested.
hey guys, my name is Isaac and I'm looking to move back to Newcastle in the next month and would like a place to move into when i get there, I'm a quiet guy who like to hang out on the couch with a beer after work, likes photography, cars, art , music and having a BBQ on a Sunday. I'm a tidy and respectful guy who's respectful of peoples privacy. If you want to get in contact please call me
Hi, We're a couple (25 and 30) with a well trained golden retriever, and our fur baby (cringe...sorry) must come with us. We're laid back and chill, but we also know how to clean and we are sociable but not loud. We're focused on doing well at work and uni and meeting some really cool people along the way. I'm from Newcastle, my husband is Mexican-American (California). He makes great tacos, enchiladas and nachos, and he's really into science (doing open foundation to get into diagnostic radiography) but used to work as a comedian (don't worry though, he's not annoying). I'm working part-time and thinking about finishing a grad dip in psychology. I love movies, laughing and anything creative...save subway artistry. We are looking for a room in a share house with an ensuite or a granny flat. If you feel like getting in touch, just give us a bell or send us an email : )
I am a 34 year old single Female working as a professional. I have just got a new job in the Newcastle area to begin the end of January. I enjoy socialising with friends, travelling, wine, dining out, I like to keep active. I also enjoy reading books. I am looking for a relaxed household with nice respectful people to live with.
Heya, my name's Steph, I'm 25 and I'm a full-time travel agent. I've been renting for 6 years. My current lease runs out in February so I'm putting the feelers out now to try and be more organised and sort out my plan for next year. Open to renting alone, joining an existing share-house or teaming up with some other people to start a new house, whatever works out. I'm a pretty easy person to live with, I'm quiet, keep to myself mostly as I wind down from work, and usually go see my boyfriend on the weekends. I don't mind a chat either. I enjoy reading, computer games and binging on TV shows and movies. I'm reliable and friendly and honest and expect the same from my housemates too. If I can find a pet-friendly place I would love to have my dog with me, she's been living with my Mum for the past 6 years though while I've been renting so it's not a big deal at all. She's a 7 year old Fox Terrier cross Jack Russell. Feel free to send me a message!
Hi, I'm recently back in the area after working out of state the last 18 months (newcastle local), neat quiet guy but also like to have a beer and a laugh on the weekends. Currently working casually while seeking full-time employment again ASAP. If you'd like to know any other info, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks again, Michael.
I'm James, quiet, clean and tidy. Responsible, work part time. Spend a few nights p/w at mates places playing music and having a drink. When I'm at home I like watching movies, playstation or just chilling reading a book. I enjoy cooking but only if it's for two or more ppl. Very friendly and nonjudgmental.
