I'm a final year law student at Adelaide looking for a leafy household with a laid-back atmosphere. It goes without saying that I'm sociable while knowing how to respect others' personal space. Looking for flexible length of stay, with ideally periodic cycles. Do let me know if you have anything close to south east corner of CBD. Furniture + Parking is essential.

Hey there future housemate! I am siddh31in from India. I will be moving to Adelaide on the 12th of July 2017. Looking for a home to move in to immediately upon arrival. I have been renting homes for 5+ years now in different countries so adjusting to a new place with new people is easy. I don't have OCD but I am a clean person and would be happy to share a home with someone friendly and respectful. The only drinks I enjoy are water and lemonade. Also, my Mommy says SMOKING IS INJURIOUS TO HEALTH and I listen to her :p If you still need to know more feel free to g m a i l.
Pretty relaxed living space - great for studying and close to city, Norwood shops etc. Very old villa with lots of rustic charm and a nice garden with plenty of room to start veggie patches/ hobbies etc. Room is quite small (hence the price) and will require furnishings to be added. Perfect for a student or someone who doesn't mind a small room.
Lovely home located in Norwood. Two minute walk from Magill Road bus stop, five minute walk to the parade, 10 minute drive to CBD and Magill University Campus. Move in date flexible but as soon as possible preferred. No gender preference, preferable non smokers, no pets.

Hi everyone! My name is Devin. I’m looking to rent a room for 5 to 6 months around the Adelaide area, not too far from the City Centre. I’m staying in Australia from July 11 to December 28. I’m a law student from the University of Montreal in Canada, and I’ll be studying at the University of Adelaide as an exchange student. About myself, I’m a fairly independent person. I’m very clean and organised, I cook well and often, I eat a pescatarian diet, I do my chores (clothes, dishes), and I’m sociable and open minded (especially when I travel), though at home I prefer a quieter environment. I enjoy cooking, reading, playing guitar, swimming, fencing and martial arts. Unfortunately, I can’t meet in person because I’m still in Canada, but I can certainly talk on Skype. Thank you and have a great day!
My name is Bec and I am looking for a place to share close to where I work in Stepney. My current Rent Lease runs out at the beginning of July and I was hoping to spend less on housing by sharing a place, hence why I am here. About me, I am 30 years old. I keep to myself a bit. I enjoy going to the footy and going out for dinner with friends. I work FT Monday to Friday. I try and keep healthy but fail usually. I do like things to be clean, however I'm not a neat freak. I don't smoke and I can't be around cigarette smoke. I do love animals though and have no problem being around them! Anything else, just ask :)
I'm 24, and have been renting in Adelaide for 7 years (I grew up on a farm a few hours out of Adelaide and moved up after finishing school) I work full time at a medical practice in the city. Im a big home cooker, quite easy going and social but also like my downtime too. I spend my spare time hanging out with friends and family (i have a very gorgeous 5 month old nephew) and attempting to keep fit.. but then also like my fair share of netflix bingeing and reading. let me know if you have any other questions :)
I'm an exchange student from the UK that will be studying at the University of Adelaide from July 2017 for a semester. Ideally I'm looking for a furnished room, with bills and internet included in the weekly cost. I'm a clean, quiet and friendly person.
Hello! I'm Imogen, I'm 19 and I am a full time student and part time worker looking for a snug place close to the city. I study Law and Arts and I'm always down for a coffee/beer and a chat! I love watching rom coms (ha ha) and weird art films with subtitles, having a quiet catch up with friends, relaxing and spending time with my family. I'm quiet, I always pitch in with chores and spend most of my daytime out of the house either studying or working. I don't have a specific date of moving yet but would be interested in anything from June onwards! If you think we'd get along feel free to message me! :) Imogen
I am a Belgian French speaking looking for a share house with a working holiday visa. I am easy going, kind and I like to hike. I clean after myself and I respect other's privacy. I don't smoke and I pay the bills on time. Also I know how to make myself quiet especially when my roommate is sleeping.
I am a wine industry professional, back at uni and looking for a new place to live. I come with cooking skills, excellent taste in wine and a respectful and easy going approach to life.
I am 23 and am hopefully starting nursing in July. I have a 3yr old spoodle. I love to cook and to have a chat over a cup of tea. In my spare time I like to read and make jewellery. I am quiet and friendly but not a party person. I grew up in the Adelaide Hills and I enjoy camping. I am hoping to find a part time job once I find a suitable place to live.
The pictures of the house show it in a just moved in kinda state. This share house will suite the discerning and considerate yet social and interesting housemates who want to contribute to a functional and friendly share house. Basically the second room is a big room that might suit someone wanting more privacy. It has its own A/C , sink and even a wood heater (BYO wood). There's no dedicated bathroom for that space so you still have to come inside BUT there is a second toilet next to the laundry. The house is very large with different spaces which can accommodate social activities as well as quiet times. There are outdoor spaces, fruit trees and even a chicken run. I'm hoping to negotiate with the landlord to get 1 or 2 chickens so that we can have fresh eggs. The plan that I've uploaded should give an idea of the layout of the house. The kitchen is substantial in size with reasonably modern appliances and will have a large table and chairs for dining. The lounge will have comfortable furnishings and be a good space to retreat. The bathroom is large and functional and freshly painted throughout.

My name is Anuschka, I am an international student studying English full time at the moment. I am relaxed, friendly and easy to get along with. I like to live a clean, healthy lifestyle. I am a non-smoker, honest, open for a nice talk but also respect (and need my) private time, I am respectful (also towards other peoples stuff) and I would consider myself as a quiet person. At home I am a photographer and social worker… what else... just ask me. ☺ I like the people in my current accommodation and we get very well along with each other but unfortunately my room has no window which isn't very pleasant, so I am looking for a new home with nice and relaxed people. Please let me know if you have a free room available and if you think I will fit in... Thanks :-D
