I'm an easy-going young professional who is looking to join an existing sharehouse or find a place with 1-2 other people. I have experienced both sharing and living solo, so I understand and respect other's space, boundaries and lifestyles, and always keep on top of the bills and keep things clean and tidy for myself and others. Responsible and trustworthy, but fun too! I enjoy music and reading, as well as a drink and a laugh after work and on the weekends. Nice, friendly, social, like-minded housemates would be ideal!
Hi, I´m Jeison, I am living in Adelaide with my girlfriend Jessica and we are from Colombia, we are part-time workers and students as well, Jessica is studying food sciences and technology in TAFE and I am studying a bachelor of commerce in Torrens university, we are a friendly couple and also we love to meet new people and share time with friends. We were living in Melbourne for the last two and a half years and we moved to Adelaide one month ago. we are looking for a room and new flatmates who want to share with us and we hope that it become to a new friend relationship.
I am doing a Working Holiday Visa and I am looking for a quiet place to stay ideally arount Stepney/Norwood. I will be staying for a year but I'd like to be sure if the accommodation suits me so I'd like to stay for a week first if you're fine with that. Because I'm in Belgium at the moment, I cannot visit the property. I like my privacy to be respected so I like to respect other's privacy too. I am easy going, open minded and social. Whether you are vegan or not I don't mind as long as we respect each others. I like to hike too so I'm counting on you to show me your beautiful country ;)
Unfurnished bedroom available in a fully furnished, beautiful Federation era house at Trinity Gardens. Wooden floorboards, aircon, gas heater and outside laundry with front loading washing machine. Huge back yard with grapevine verandah and large garage for storage. Driveway parking as well as off street. Very close to all facilities Wil be sharing with just me. Smoking ok but only outside. Sorry no pets.
Available is a furnished double bedroom in large house with all mod cons. The room has an en suite bathroom and a large built-in robe. The house is fully equipped and all you need to bring are your personal belongings. If you are not sure where Evandale is, it is between Payneham and Norwood and 3.5 kms from the city. It is so convenient for getting to the city, or alternatively the hills or even the beach is not that far away. There are four bedrooms in the house. Two have permanent occupants (female and a couple) The kitchen is fully equipped. A gardener will mow the lawn and do some garden clean-ups periodically, but house-cleaning needs to be organised on a roster or else the occupants can agree to share the cost of a cleaner. Two cats come with the property and although cat food is supplied, occupants are asked to feed them and to give an occasional cuddle. There is also a blue-tongue lizard who visits the back deck so a water bowl is left topped up. He/she eats some cat biscuits occasionally, but also likes a couple of bits of banana. The house is air-conditioned and heated, and wifi is available. There is plenty of room inside the house for people to have their own space, and the back deck is available for al fresco dining. Evandale is a quiet suburb, and is close to the city and the Norwood Cafe Strip. Buses are close by, or the city is bike-riding distance. Contact me for a chat if you have specific questions. The utilities expenses cover electricity, gas, water and internet. They equate to $30 per week. It is easiest for calculating individual share of costs if this is paid weekly. The total weekly cost therefore is $$225.00 The fourth bedroom which is upstairs is reserved for the owner (me), who is currently living and working in Melbourne, but who will be back periodically. Prefer singles only, who are neat and tidy and respectful living in a shared environment. It is a non-smoking property.
A charming old house with a big backyard, it is a functional and relaxed environment, not a party house - good for a student or someone who likes their privacy, room is a good size and has a fireplace.
Fantastic location. Walk to Parade, shops, transport. City close. Has 2 toilets. Large front yard and rear courtyard . 10 foot ceilings. Jarrah floors. Character home. Can be furnished or unfurnished. Fridge. Washing machine etc available. Negotiable on rent. Need someone to make it homely as Im too engrossed with business.

I also am easy to get along with, enjoy meeting new people and living life to the fullest. 😊 Always up for the occasional drink🍻 And i also make a mean smoothie, so that’s a win. 🍓
International PhD student. Diplomatic, quiet and responsible. Play games for fun.
Hello, pleased to meet you! I'm Elise, a 26 YO professional working 9-5 full-time in Marketing and Graphic Design on Fullarton Road. My friends can vouch that I'm super clean, organised and considerate of others. I enjoy cooking from the works of Jamie Oliver and sharing food. I own a car and I'm happy to give anyone in my household a lift. I enjoy biking to work and like to keep fit and go to Goodlife gym. I don't mind a good chat, going out to a cool bar for a few cocktails and catching up with friends. I can help spruce up your place with my love of throw cushions and indoor plants.
Amazing house located in the heart of Norwood - just off of George street! Close to Norwood Town Hall, shopping center, public transport, Nowrood Oval, bars and restaurants! Just 5 Minutes from the city! The room available is the huge master bedroom (pleanty of room for king bed, wardrobes, draws etc) with adjoining sun room (which I currently use as an office). The house features ducted air condition, dishwasher, large corniced ceilings, two bathrooms, seperate kitchen, living space with sun room and enclosed garage. It really is a divine dwelling! I am moving interstate and getting rid of my furniture, so if you need any pieces we can discuss!
Hello! Just about to graduate and looking for a place to live. I like baking and drinking tea. I like collecting $5 bottles of wine and I will ask you to drink then with me. I will also cook things and be so surprised that they don't taste awful that I'll insist you try some, in which case you will pity me too much to tell me it doesn't actually taste that good... love a chat but also respect sacred reading time/solo time. Would love a relaxed, friendly house to live in!
Hi there i'm Nicole! I'm 19 and currently studying at Flinders Uni. I have 2 part-time jobs and am eager to find a place to of my own to share with others. In my spare time I like to binge watch films and catch up with family or my boyfriend. Preferably looking for others around a similar age that enjoy sharing a few drinks and conversation together to share a home with. I am very organised in terms of paying bills on time, and I definitely hope for somewhere that feels more of a home than just a bunch of people living together. I do come with appliances, (a few such as my juicer and knife block are a must) so if need be I can bring them along or sell them, whatever is convenient! My budget is (or anything around this mark) $160 p/w exc utilities 190 p/w inc utilities Hope to hear from anyone interested
Neat and clean, don't mind to share a bit of housechores Friendly, flexible, understanding and sociable but respect your privacy Only cooks during the weekend and always clean after myself Always on time for rent and bill payment as I have a slight OCD in scheduling payments ahead :)
I have just finished a law and international studies degree and now work full time as a law clerk in a firm. I am a neat and tidy housemate; I like to socialise but I also enjoy my downtime too :) Outside of work hours, I play both beach and indoor volleyball, as well as surf and go to the gym. I don't have any pets (other than fish) but I am a real animal lover so if the house has pets that wouldn't bother me at all :)
I am 23, working full-time managing a retail store in Rundle Mall. I am hoping to move closer to town living with 1-3 other people, preferably females but open to living with anyone who is easy-going and friendly. I am polite, outgoing and hoping to live with other sociable people, but I can also respect personal space. In my free time I like having drinks with friends (and hopefully housemates? Lol) and going out for brunch. Hoping to spend between 130-200 a week + bills :)
Hello, I'm 21 years old, just recently graduated with a media degree. I'm easy-going, friendly and love going out for brunch and baking.
Great cook, awesome taste in music, sociable, not adverse to the odd drink or two. Massive geek, studying for a Diploma in Information Technology. I also come with my own Netflix account, and promise to not embarrass you in front of your friends. Recently transplanted from rural Queensland, so I have some great stories to tell over beers!
I'm Pasquale, an Adelaide native who's looking for a place to share with someone like minded, sociable and easy going. I respect those whom, and also wouldn't mind if I kept to myself sometimes as well. I'm a clean, quiet, honest, reliable and easy going person who likes a chat and enjoys my netflix, movies, a good documentary and a sleep in when not much is planned for the next day. I'm working part time in Prospect , so looking to move in to a place not too far from the city either in the close north or eastern suburbs. If you have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact me!
I am nineteen and of Filipino nationality, although very much Aussie by nature; I moved from Philippines to Adelaide when I was three and have grown up around the western suburbs. I'm very familiar with arvo beach hangs and just a very laid-back atmosphere. I'm open-minded, friendly and enjoy a good laugh, so there will never be short of conversation possibilities and a little bit of banter goes far. I do like to socialise when the occasion rises, I particularly enjoy socialising around a good meal, in or out of the home. Coming from a large family mainly comprised of younger siblings, I understand the need for a peaceful and quiet environment and I am respectful and empathetic of others around me; I have a great deal of love for quiet times. Mostly when I'm not working full-time I tend to cultivating hobbies (e.g. writing, filmmaking, photography). I am taking my second gap-year to work on my savings, and currently work in the CBD, but plan to attend Adelaide University in either 2018 or 2019. Homes that are placed near a train/tram-line or bus-stop close to the city, or are a convenient bike-ride away are mostly ideal. Inside the confines of a home, I understand that sharing a space calls for mutual respect, and I am undoubtedly very neat and tidy with my personal spaces and belongings. I clean up after myself and pull my weight when it comes to all household chores, but I am also willing to help out others, because I understand that not everyone in a household has the same routine. I'm LGBT+ friendly, and I don't own any personal pets, but have a family cat called Cheddar whom I adore to bits. But if you have pets, I'm all for it - the more the merrier! I don't drink often nor do I smoke, but I don't mind if those around me do. Cheers! Katrina :)
I am a wine industry professional, back at uni and looking for a new place to live. I come with cooking skills, excellent taste in wine and a respectful and easy going approach to life.
I'm an easy-going gal in my late twenties, enjoy low-key hangs as much as retreating with a good book or series on Netflix. At the moment I'm actively looking for work, but also enjoy picking up volunteer gigs and learning new things with my free time! I'm from out north-eastern suburbs way, so ideally looking to live a lot closer to the city.
