Close to the city, shops, restaurants and Norwood Parade with public transport nearby, buses come every 15 minutes or even more frequently. There's even a pub on the same street. House features a spare bedroom and a study for you to enjoy. Room has built in robes. There is also a car park that you can have all to yourself. I own the home so there is scope to be flexible with the length of your stay, furnishings and bill arrangements depending on your budget.
Hi, My name is Stephanie I'm a mid 20s professional and have a bunny called Hugh. I have a few interests that include drinking wine, watching Netflix and old seasons of survivor, going to comedy shows about the city, hanging out with my best friend Alice, attending table top events ( board games) playing video games (on my pc) and reading books. I'm pretty relaxed drive a scooter and thinking im pretty badass because of it, Hugh is a chiller and will sit on your lap, climb on you or find a high point in the room to perch and look down on everyone like the benevolent ruler he is. He is toilet trained so coming inside for interaction is not a messy occasion. He will spend his unsupervised time chilling in his Playboy mansion outside. I'm not a neat freak, but I would like to live somewhere where communal areas and privacy are respected.
Unfurnished bedroom available for Vegan/Vegetarian in a fully furnished, Federation era house at Trinity Gardens. Pretty relaxed living space - great for studying and close to city, Norwood shops etc. Very old villa with lots of rustic charm and a nice garden with plenty of room to start veggie patches/ pursue hobbies etc. It's a lush place that is surely very inviting for those with a green thumb. The house is very old, circa 1880 and was likely one of the first establishments in the area. Yep they sure don't build them like they used to, and this old beast has certainly stood the test of time. With it comes the energies of families, lovers, artists and travelers from all walks of life across many different parts of the world. The space is a quiet place and best suited for those who like peaceful living, with the occasional dinner with friends and good banter. I have a large double room available at the front of the house. It has been recently repainted and has a queen bed, large standing desk, shelving and open hanging space for clothes. It is a comfortable space with lots of room. I would ideally like a couple in this room as it reduces rent and makes living here quite cheap, however i am open to single applicants also. With three people here it's $100 each per week, which includes ADSL. Water and electricity are extra and charged quarterly. I like being around people who are light hearted with a sense of humour, and preferable experience with share-house living.
Great location close to city with multiple bus stops in the area - opposite shopping centre lovely big rooms and high ceilings. Garden and outdoor living space - perfect for dog. Front area on the left has a lovely lounge attached to a room where i teach piano from- due to teaching piano, these rooms are occupied 4 afternoons/early evenings during the week. Down the right side are two bedrooms, with the front room being for rent and doors can close off the hallway to create more privacy. Further down the hall at the back is a dining/kitchen along with a separate bathroom (shower and sink) and large laundry next to a toilet.
22 year old acting student ad bar tender, love a good chat, a good meal and good wine. Looking for a home and someone I can call a friend first, housemate second :)
I'm an easygoing and reliable flatmate. I've lived in share houses previously without any issues. I'm used to keeping my own tidy space as well as doing my share of the chores around the house. I'm friendly and outgoing but not invasive. I am usually busy 9-5pm as a full time student and working casually. In my spare time I like to be out and about or spending time with friends.

Great location, 8 minutes from the city, walk to Norwood Parade and heaps of cafes and restaurants, also a gym and medical centre. Friendly, easy-going housemates who enjoy the social aspect of having others around for a chat or a laugh. Perfect for an international or Adelaide based uni student. Rent does not cover the bills and internet, so expect to pay $25 pw for that. The location is shady and quiet. Big garden with fruit trees. No need to do anything there but enjoy. Outdoor areas for cooking and entertainment. The house has all of the conveniences you would want, so your own food and personal items are all you need to provide. The room is currently furnished, but any of it can go in the garage if you have your own things. Because of the design of the house your bedroom would be quiet. Bond and 2 weeks rent in advance is required when you move in.

I am a native of this fine city. My job is to turn paper into happiness. I am great to live with because I am open-minded (but closed enough that my brain stays in), reliable, funny, modest, and I can cook. I'm not real picky about fun as long as it's fun.

I am a permanent resident in South Australia looking for a new place to move into this year as my lease is ending. I am friendly, happy to share house or apartment with others and I don't mind couples living together. I respect everyone's privacy and I am willing to learn to live with everyone. If there is anything you don't like about me, I am very happy to hear out your opinion.

Love a night in as well as a night out. I'm a full time uni student at Magill and I am working part time. I love to dance, chill with mates, sing, laugh, like to keep fairly fit and healthy. If you have any questions, give ask away.
