Rented rooms will be unfurnished but will have a furnished spare room that will be available if friends or family are staying the night. Plus another room setup as a study again at the use of the household. The main bathroom has a separate toilet, vanity and shower. It's not a party house so not suitable for someone who is constantly going out drinking or having a house full of people over everynight although of course sometimes is perfectly fine and there is plently of entertaining areas to do so! Hamish is finishing his SACE this year alongside a Certificate III in Hospitality, while I am just starting a Certificate IV in Interior Design. Both of us are actively looking for work to support ourselves separately from our government benefits and hope to be employed part-time alongside our studies. We're not the kind of people who go out partying every weekend, and we rarely have people over- so no need to worry about any of that. If you like animals, you're going to love having us as house-mates! We have a 9-year-old white german shepherd named Tala, who's the sweetest old girl. I also own a couple rats (don't fear, they stay in their cage and won't be entering common areas!). We both enjoy hanging out and having a chat over some drinks or a cuppa' - but we're also known to just chill in our own space.
