Modern 5 bedroom home with an open plan living, dining and kitchen with ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning throughout the home. The kitchen has a gas stove, dishwasher and ample bench space. There is a formal lounge room plus massive rumpus room so personal space is no problem! Bedrooms are of a great size with ceiling fans and all rooms have roller shutters. Rented rooms will be unfurnished but will have a furnished spare room that will be available if friends or family are staying the night. Plus another room setup as a study again at the use of the household. The main bathroom has a separate toilet, vanity and shower. The house has solar panels to keep bills down and has an outdoor entertaining area with plenty of space in the backyard too. Colonnades shopping centre is only a short drive away, there is a bus just metres down the road and close to the local beautiful beaches as well. It's tucked away on a quiet street adjacent to the Onkaparinga Hills I am looking for housemates that are clean and tidy. It's not a party house so not suitable for someone who is constantly going out drinking or having a house full of people over everynight although of course sometimes is perfectly fine and there is plently of entertaining areas to do so! Would love to be able to hangout with my new housemates, have a meal together or chill out watching Netflix, rather than just being aquaintances! Hello, One of my room mates will be moving away soon. Hence I have a bedroom which I would like to find a room mate for. The room will be available from 15th September. The house is fully furnished with everything you need to get started, and is set on a nice quiet street walking distance to transport and shops. About 8 minute walk to bus stop if you want to go to the city. Walking distance to supermarket, post office and take away shops. The house is clean with new carpets and newly painted. I have also hooked up wireless internet which is ultra fast and included in the rent. Dont worry about any bills!!! Electricity, gas, internet water, everything is already included in the rent, no more to pay. Pets potentially considered depending on type. Smoking is fine but outside only. This is a brand new, beautiful 2 storey townhouse 2 minutes away from Colonnades shopping centre. It has 1 bathroom upstairs and an extra toilet down stairs. It's a 3 bedroom property, however the third is a spare room. The kitchen is equiped with a walk in pantry, dishwasher, and gas cooktop. It's completely furnished aside from the bedroom. If you need the boxes to move you are welcome to use them, if not, they will be gone before you move in.
I'ts a spacious large home with plenty of room not to feel crowed. There are great views of the Onkaparinga River. Port Noarlunga jetty is only 3kms away. Colonnades shopping center is only 2kms. Bus stop at the top end of the street 2mins walk. Train station at Noarlunga Centre 2kms. It's a great area if you area into water sports or any out door activity. I have plenty of snorkeling gear, wet suits, surf boards you are welcome to use. I also go scuba diving, mainly to rapid bay, you are welcome to join us. I also have a spare bicycle you can use if you wish. Must love dogs as there is a 14yr old Maltese x shitzsu who loves people and will follow you around the house and likes to sleep on your bed if you let him :) There is a great outdoor area with a BBQ if you wanted to have some friends around.

This is not a party house, the occasional gathering is ok. Must be okay with a little dog named Ollie that lives with me. Following bills will be split evenly.
