Hi, I am a professional doing medical research, looking for a place in either Milsonspoint/ Lavender bay or Kirribilli. Love that area, can‘t help dreaming to wake up with the nice fresh air and view there. I have a nice job with the stable income, I dont mind to share flat/house, but still prefer to rent a place on my own. 1 bedroom (up to 600/w) or 2 bedroom (up to 800/w) will do. I dont have a lot of furnitures, but i dont mind to invest some if required. I have a few lovely plants, so prefer to have balcony. If you have a place looking for a nice person you can trust and take care of the place, i am the one ( my landloard loves me), and as long as i like the place, im planing to stay long term. My job generally keeps me busy Mon to Fri from 9 to 5, occationally i need to work on the weekend. I love reading, watching films, and go to gym or doing some sport. I consider myself as a quiet, tidy and responsible girl. I am a scintist afterall... I was oversea for work for 2 months and now I am back and can move anytime, if you have anything which might fit me, please dont hesitate to contact me. Thanks. Raye
Hi, My names Victoria, 25 years old & a extroverted introvert. I work Full Time in North Sydney in Administration. Try to live a healthy/fit lifestyle but also enjoy letting loose every now and then. Hoping to find a suitable place to move into by November. This will be my first time living out of home. Max $300 rent + bills. Not interested in shared rooms. Would like to live with people aged between 20 - 30years old. Interested in North Sydney & surrounding areas.
Looking for a comfortable, quiet space close to work. Currently renting in Neutral Bay (short term) I am a conscientious roommate, always happy to pitch in wherever needed, will give others their privacy but happy to be there at the end of the work day for a good rant. Studying at Macquarie University and working most other days, often overnights, I happy to share space with women or men.
I'm fun, love to cook and love a balance between socialising and a quiet night in. I just spent the last two years living in a share house in London and we always had a blast. I studied Interior Design at uni and am working in Outdoor Media. My role is for two months in Sydney and after that I will potentially be moved to Melbourne. I love to go on adventures and try new things. Sometimes the most spontaneous of ideas create the best weekends. Would love to live in a house with people with a good sense of humour, reasonably clean and love a chat over a drink here and there.
Beautiful, sunny, light flat in amazing Mcmahons Point. New Kitchen and Bathroom cute little outdoor area. 10 min walk to North Sydney, bus stop outside the front door and stones throw to Mcmahons Point Wharf. Cafes and restaurants galore in the area, bridge and opera house views to die for! The photos are of the house but before we moved in so that's not our furniture! Just as lovely, too lazy to take new photos!
I am currently a student at University of Sydney while also working full time. In my free time I love sitting down with a good book and spending time outdoors. I am very independent and self sufficient but also enjoy spending weekends cooking with friends and enjoying a glass of wine. At home I am very clean and tidy. I would love to find a share house of like minded and friendly people.
Hi! Relaxed, friendly and I've been told...easy to live with. Full time professional. Like my space but enjoy sharing a meal or a drink now and then as we would be sharing a home. Out with friends a lot but do like the occasional weekend in.Considerate of personal space. No mad parties but I'll consider coming to yours. Love tennis and the outdoors. A nice pub, a bar and a good scotch and music. I don't usually cook. I 'assemble' or grill but love cooking a nice meal every now and then to share. Accepting of people with the exception of someone lacking bathroom hygiene. If you are not one of them, I am looking forward to hearing from you!
Hello :-) I'm an easy going, friendly and open minded guy from Switzerland recently moved to Sydney with a permanent residency visa. I'm looking for a place to stay as of the 2nd December. I am an English young professional, working in law. New to Sydney and keen to explore the city in my spare time. I am friendly and outgoing, I love a good laugh and a glass of wine or two. In my spare time I like to stay active and am always up for an adventure.
Hi! I'm Stacey, a 25 year old female working in North Sydney as an Account Manager at a Data Analytic company. During the week I am very much a routine person, and consider myself quiet and respectful but open to socializing with flatmates as well. A BBQ or quiet drink in the evening or on weekends is great! I love music (my piano is back home in New Zealand) and art (I love to paint). Weekends are typically spent with friends. I enjoy getting outdoors and going for a drive and a hike, or heading to the beach in summer to read; swim and relax. I'm currently living in Wollstonecraft with one female and two males. We've been here for two years and everyone has recently decided to split up the flat. I have my own bedroom furniture, but no large white wear or common furniture. I'm also looking for parking either off-street, or residential street parking. I need to be out of my current place by Monday 7th of November, so am looking for something within the next 2 weeks.
Hi there! My name is Olivia, I'm 21 and work full time in Advertising. My current lease is ending in the next month or so, and I am looking for a fun and friendly, but neat and tidy house and/or apartment. I am also interested in teaming up to find a new house together! A similar age group would be great, who are open to a drink after work and socialising! I love cooking and a nice glass of red, and I've been living on my own, so I know how to take care of/clean up after myself. My lease is up on the 30th November, but I am willing to move around a week or so before Message me if you want to have a chat or want any more details about me!
Hi I'm a very nice person to live with. I currently study Human Resources at Australian Pacific college. My aim is to stay in Sydney as long as possible and to find a company who sponsors me. I'm financially stable. I've always paid my rent on time and I can pay monthly rent. I'd like to live close to the water and with nice flatmates who can possibly become new friends :)

I work from 8.30 to 5.30 pm in the CBD so I'd like the public transport to be as close as possible. On my free time, I like to gym, going to the beach, I'm very active so I'm hardly at home. I would like to share meals, a beer or wine, or a good conversation with the people I'm living with. I'm clean and tidy and not a loud person. Hi everyone, I am a final year law/psychology student who is currently studying full-time in Canberra. I will be moving to Sydney in December for further studies, so I am hoping to find a place to move in Dec. I am a friendly person but at the same time, I respect other people's privacy as well. Most importantly I am also clean and tidy. I don't party - I spend most of my time studying, eating and sleeping, so there will not be any issue with noise. I have been renting in Sydney and Canberra since 2009 so I understand what it means to be a good housemate - to be courteous, flexible, considerate and respectful of other housemates and of course to pay my rentals on time.
Hi there, I am a pretty well rounded yet quirky guy. I am neat, clean and work full time in the CBD, therefore I am financially stable. Sydney born and bred with a multitude of extensive travel experiences. I am quite social, yet occasionally enjoy my own space. I have had a number of hobbies from a young and am generally interested in many holistic topics. Hopefully my conversation (If you wish for it) will be interesting and not the wet fish level of small talk you have with your duller variety of neighbors and co-workers. I enjoy my health and fitness and am extremely open to any views, religions/ preferences anyone may identify with. Cheers Jarrah
Im English, currently working full time hours, looking for a room to rent up until February. I enjoy social drinks, and sports, specifically ice hockey and soccer. Hey, I'm a 24 year old Sydney girl. Working in the city, full time. Love having a good time, but love staying in for a glass or two and a chat. Love a good reality and crime show. Obsessed with coffee, movies, good books, sleep, the beach. I love my friends fiercely, and consider almost everyone I meet a friend. I know how to keep to myself, perks of being an only child, but love spending time with others. I work full time, so am basically out of house most of the days during the week. I respect other people space and things. Ideally, I'd love to live in the city area, like Darlinghurst, Paddington, Zetland, Alexandria, even somewhere like Kirribilli, Milsons Point, North Sydney, Waverton. I do have a dog as well, but he is the friendliest, sweetest guy. He's 11. Hit me up :) Jacqui
I'm an easygoing, responsible and organised professional. I have travelled extensively and recently moved to Sydney. I like travel, reading, movies and health/fitness. Hope my age doesn't put people off. I'm very young at heart. :)
I am an honest, reliable, tidy, well adjusted person who pays on time and respects the environment I live in. I have shared a lot and have been told that I am a great Flatmate.

I'm a Registered Nurse working full time in Double bay for allergies and part-time Cosmetic Nurse Injector at Potts Point. Looking for a quiet place near my work and a professional flatmate who also can socialize with a glass of vino but respect some alone time and space especially on weekdays (work days). I love pets! so having one in the household is no issue! Cheers xxx
I'm pretty easy going and a bit of a neat-freak. Work keeps me quite busy so I'm not always around but I enjoy a good laugh in my downtime.
Hi, I've been back in Australia for two years having spent the last 14 years living and working in London. I work in the film Industry. I'm British born but grew up in Melbourne. I work full-time, and while there is an office in Surry Hills that I can use, I prefer working from home most days. I'm looking for a professional, easygoing housemate 35+. Ideally just one housemate, but would consider living with two. Ideally I'd like a larger bedroom (smaller is OK if there is a study). I'm looking for a house that feels like home, I don't mind getting a cleaner, I like to cook, and am pretty relaxed about things generally. I smoke occasionally but can do that outside. I've been looking to move for a few months now, but haven't found the right combination of home and flatmate yet. Pet's are no problem. I would also consider finding a house with another and us both moving in and going on the lease together. I'll respond to emails promptly, hope to hear from you.
I am a sociable and easy-going but respectful person and have recently moved from Melbourne to Sydney for graduate work as an engineer. Im looking for a sharehouse of like-minded students or young professionals that are friendly and able to offer me advice on where to hang out in Sydney! I enjoy a beer, but of course cook, clean and keep it down when you're stressed and busy!

I'm quite and respectful, friendly and clean. I work every morning and few nights per week in the cbd. I would love to share my house with people from all over the world so, please.... no italians! :) In Italy I was a shiatsu therapist, so with the full package you could get some free massage after an hard saturday night! :) Look forward to hearing from you all! Cheers Maria
I'm an easy going, single 25 year old female looking to move to the inner city (north or east side). I'm a young professional, working full time - usually long hours and occasionally weekends. Most weekends I'm out and about catching up with friends and being active. I'm after housemates who are easy going, clean and tidy and are friendly, but am not looking for a party house.
Hi I'm Aurélien I'm from France, I have been living in Sydney for about 5months already and I'm looking to move to a new place. I'm an iOS developer during the day. I have a relatively chill personality and have been living in flatshares several times already. At home I like keeping the house clean, also having long cooking sessions or watching new cool shows on Netflix. On weekends I enjoy going to Botany Bay for a kiteboarding session with friends, watching a footy game or simply traveling around Australia to discover new places.
we are looking for a 1 bedroom or studio unit which has Harbour and or Opera House views during the following period of between 90 - 120 days, subject to availability and depending on length of stay, we would be prepared to pay extra for something special, as we have separately undertaken housesits for Real Estate Agents Sandy Ludman and Len Resnekov who you will know doubt know in their Kirribilli homes, so we have impeccable Swiss quality credentials. Responding to our planned arrival/departure dates, I have set out some options below, although the key priorities are, 1. Must have Harbour Views (not Glimpses). 2. Needs to have A/C, 3. One Bedroom or Studio accommodation? 4. No Car Parking Required. 5. Must have WiFi or Internet Connection 6. Unit Located on Lower North Shore or alternative with Harbour Views, either in Kirribilli, McMahons Point, Lavender Bay or Cremorne or similar. Price Point is $400 - $800 per week, but would pay extra for the correct location and reduce our length of our stay, but our objective is to negotiate an acceptable increased duration stay at an acceptable rate and potentially repeat this year on year having been in Sydney 12 of the last 15 years. The following Options are not in a Prioritised Preference, so are subject to availability, location and price, so hope this helps. Option 1: Before Christmas (When Overseas Tenants tend to Leave Sydney to go back to their Home Countries) Sydney Arrival Date from between 1st - 10th December to 31st January 2017 or subject to location, availability and price until 28th February or 21st March 2017 Option 2: After Christmas Sydney Arrival Date from between 27th - 28th December or subject to location and price until 28th February or 21st March 2017 Option 3: After New Year Sydney Arrival Date from between 2nd - 6th January 2017 subject to location and price until 28th February or 21st March 2017. Hope this sets out details of our requirements and look forward to hearing from you at your earliest convenience. Many thanks and wait to hear. VBR John Ogg
