Hello sexy humans! I'm Dan! I'm a highly outgoing individual with an active social life. I love making surprise pancakes and having friends over for a chill drink or two. I love the nightlife, but am more up for a dance in the bush than a game night at the bar. Expect crazy stories, quiet nights when I'm home, a clean living space (I cannot state how important this one is. Wash up after dinner! Mom doesn't live here!) Full time work in the technosphere, I love banging away on a guitar from time to time, playin' me some videogames, going out with friends, tequila/whiskey, and keeping it about 50-50 on the fun-classy spectrum. Love pets, love a quiet and clean house, love going out and getting rowdy.
I'm 24 years old and in Sydney for a six months internship. I'm working three days a week and the other days I spend hanging out with existing friends, making new friends and retreating from all the buzz by closing my room door behind me. I've lived in shared flats for more than five years now, so I do have heaps of experience with all sorts of people. At the moment I live in Darlington, but my contract ends soon and that's why I'm looking for a new place to stay. I'm happy to move as of today and I need a place until somewhen July-ish. I really got to love Darlington and so staying somewhere close would be ideal for me. I'm very flexible in terms of living conditions: If you're rather quiet and reserved I can adjust to that and work around you, if you're more of the party type I'm happy to discover some unknown places in the neighbourhood together, it's really up to you. I'm familiar with sponges and dishwashing liquid, I also know how to use a vacuum cleaner. So if you're looking for an adaptable, respectful flat mate and don't mind an occasional sarcastic comment: here I am.
I'm an easy-going, sociable 28 year-old professional working full-time in the CBD. I love cooking, exercising and keeping active but also enjoy my down time. I really think it's important to make your home into your 'sanctuary' so I always make an effort to keep it clean, tidy and beautiful. I hope to find a like-minded person who I can share a place with on a long-term basis. Flexible with move-in date. *I require parking and own bathroom.

Hi, I'm a 29 year old male looking for a place to stay (preferably long term) from early February. Currently living on the Lower North Shore, happy to stay in the area although I am also looking in the Surry Hills / Ultimo area. I work full time, primarily based in Chatswood although I work all across Sydney. Pretty quiet, relaxed, clean and respectful. I love travelling, going to the gym, running and try to stay involved in a bit of social sport. Happy to look at a team up or a room in an already established house.
I'm a professional working in change management, recently moved from Perth. My demeanour is calm, approachable and engaging. I'm very considerate, organised and tidy. In my free time I love exploring Sydney, keeping fit and relaxing. I need a place with parking.
We are two Swedish girls who just arrived in Sydney on a Working Holiday Visa, and are planning to stay here for at least 12 months . Laura has lived in Sydney before but for me it's the first time in Australia. We like to have it nice and clean in our home and enjoy to cook. We will be working full time and will spend the weekends exploring Sydney. We are happy to split bills and help out with the chores around the house.
My names Georgia, I’m 23 and work full time as a publisist assistant. I work pretty long hours however when I’m not working I love keeping fit and active, I’m a bit of an F45 Addict and love to run! In my spare time I love to hit up the beach, socialise, grab an overpriced almond milk coffee and hang out. I’ve lived in share houses for years now so I’m well aware of what they entail, I’m very social so I am always up for a chat, that said I am very respectful. I’m really tidy and love to clean
Myself and my boyfriend are currently looking to move from our apartment into a flat share to allow us to save money for the future. We are both in our 30's and full time working professionals who will be respectful to all room mates. I am from Scotland and my boyfriend is from America and have lived in Sydney for over 4 years. We have been in a relationship for over 2 years and have moved from flat shares into our own apartment 14 months ago. We both had great relationships with our previous flat mates and hope to build friendships with any future flat mates. We love being outdoors and active and we also love cooking so we would like somewhere with a nice kitchen to cook in!
Hi there! My partner, Pip and I are looking for someone to join us on a lease. We have both lived in the Lower North shore area before and love the area! We are looking to move in January. We are both 25 and work full time. Pip’s an actor/musician/teacher and Nic works in project management. We’re friendly looking for a sociable and respectful housemate to join us in creating a homely environment. We already have most shared space furniture and appliances provided but you are welcome to contribute anything you feel attached to. Your bedroom would be unfurnished. Please get in touch if you’re interested. Best wishes, Nic & Pip
Hey There! I'm Amanda, I am 29 years old, and work fulltime in Macquarie Park. I am looking for a new place to live as of about 20 January give or take a week. I am a super easy going person to live with, I am clean and tidy, I love to cook, I love to be social, and I also love quiet time on the couch. Although I am definitely not looking for a party house, I am looking for a place that I can happily and respectfully have friends over for dinner or a BBQ and drinks with friends without issue. I pay bills on time, I am honest and trustworthy, i'm intelligent, and have common sense. In summer I love getting out and about to the beach, attempting to grow my little herb garden, and exploring the areas of Sydney I haven't previously explored I currently own a bunch of furniture, i'm happy to either bring some with me, or sell it off and come just with a bedroom. I'm not interested in a furnished room, as ultimately i'm looking for a longer term "home" not a "room", and I have my own furniture. I do own a car, so I need parking of some sort, street parking is more than fine. I would love to live in the Lower North Shore areas. If anybody is interested in teaming up, or has a room coming available please get in touch!
The House and available room has lovely elevated water views directly westward over Balls Head reserve (the pictures on the listing are from the front balcony). The House looks directly out to the Water. The House is situated within the lovely connected parkways fringing the Inner North Shore, and the Balls Head Nature reserve. Its a really nice place to go for a run, get some sun, or have a picnic. North Sydney Pool is very close, and there are plenty of sailing clubs to crew at nearby. Its very close to North Sydney but is very quiet and peaceful. The views from the main living area look directly over the bay. The House itself is a character house, lovely polished timber floors throughout and terrazo, modern furnishing, and is very clean. Only a short walk to North Sydney station, bars and cafes along blues point road. Very close to City and Bondi, easy access to northern beaches. Resident (registered) car park on street in front of house and easy parking. Some flexibility around availability dates, call for a discussion if interested. There is one parking permit available. We have a very large room at 5x4 mtrs, with unobstructed views over the bay, available from mid 13 jan. For couples it would be $400. From early January, there will be a share car, NIssan X-Trail.
Hi there, I'm Jessie, a friendly, yet respectful, hard-working and honest 33 year old woman who's working ridiculous hours at the moment at the family business in Artarmon. When I'm not being made to work like a slave six days a week I enjoy catching up with friends for dinner or a quiet drink somewhere locally. I love good food and interesting conversation, and on my day off I often enjoy chilling out at home doing sweet FA! I am always clean and tidy and take pride in my possessions, (BTW, LOVE my car, so off-street parking would really be ideal). I'm single; very occasional smoker, (socially); I don't snore at all and I sleep like a log which means I'm totally unaffected by noisy mornings. I am a very easy going, reliable kind of chick with a good sense of humour. What more could you ask for in a roomie huh? Please feel free to give me a call for a chat whenever... Looking forward to hearing from you! :-)
Quiet, clean, and respectful. I love to cook, and keep my space clean. Moving from Melbourne for work. I'm quite friendly, and have an international outlook, having lived in three countries. I understand people are different and have learned to celebrate the differences.
Hi! I am a French student very easy to live with. I love running and cooking! I would love to share a house/flat with other foreign students or Australians. I am pretty tidy and I love traveling.
Easy going affable English guy; clean tidy simple living, well balanced, considerate, active, healthy, into music and all sorts... Hi i’m Tim from the UK, i've been in Sydney 8 years. I’m into my health and fitness stuff; bootcamp, swimming, mountain biking, walks, snowboarding, SUPing as well as hibernating in front of Netflix for a dose of sit-com, docco and indie film. Passionate about all kinds of music be-it discovering new stuff, gigs, playing myself or going for a boogie, and football (aka soccer). Like to cook healthy and mostly plant-based. I’m looking for someone similar to me; clean, tidy-as-you-go, minimal, drama-free, considerate and house proud. Not into weekly parties but would be good to socialise with you occasionally sharing a drink/meal whilst chatting about the days comical nuances …or the wonders of the universe, equally cool to disappear into your room all week. I’m very respectful of housemates privacy and space. I work in the city 8:30am - 5pm in digital marketing for an education provider which i enjoy as i’m a bit of a tech-nerd:) I can add; smart tv, plants, sofa, a cool looking fish bowl and congas, white goods and kitchenware. Deffo need my own bathroom and car space and keen to live near the water so i can kayak/SUP. My girlfriend works in woop woop so will be staying once a month, but we get to use her sofa and kitchenware which is awesome! If i sound like the sort of person you could live with, hit me up yeah!
Not to toot my own horn, but I will most likely make the most amazing house/flat mate. Why you ask... well let me list my outstanding qualities I am not afraid of spiders, therefore I will undoubtedly save your life. I don't cook, so no kitchen mess I am not very attractive, your gfriend will never get jealous I'm not a big partier, I will call the cops on excessive noise, so you will never be THAT person. I don't drink, your alcohol is safe. I'm pretty obsessed with having a clean place, so you won't have to worry about living with a pig. Of course there are many more super hero qualities but why ruin the surprise by listing them all. Look forward to hearing from you.
I work full time in the property industry and like to spend time at the gym at least 4 times a week. I am very considerate of others, tidy and like to socialise with friends outside the home. I love cats and dogs so it you have either that is a real bonus. I have bedroom furniture so am looking for an unfurnished room. I am moving out of my current flat sadly due to very noisy tenants above us which make it impossible to get any sleep at night. I have a car so am looking for a property that has parking (on street with resident permit is fine). Suburbs I am looking: Redfern, Surry Hills, Kirribilli, McMahons Point, Potts Point.
Hi! I am French Canadian and I moved to Sydney few months ago. I am here for couple years. I work full time in marketing. Looking for a nice apartment or share house to spend my evening and maybe enjoy a glass of wine and a good chat with the flatmates! I am quiet, not a party girl. I like to keep the place clean and I respect people's privacy. I am very easy going! Looking forward to meeting you! Cheers!
