Hi my name is Pim Rietveld. I'm 21 years old and from the Netherlands. I study environmental science at the HAS University of applied science. For my third year of my study I need to go abroad for 5 months of internship. My internship is at CORE in North Sydney. At the moment I have a room at 2stay, but i'm not happy with it, so i'm searching for another room. I'm a social person and also neat. I like to do some drink or other activities such as hiking and traveling.
I'm a laid back finance professional who is very flexible and easy to be friends with. I value respect and give respect just as much as I expect it. I'm originally from the Central Coast and currently living in North Sydney, working in the city in finance and attending UTS part-time. I'm well kept and tidy. Respect space and privacy as well. I'm academically orientated, tech-savvy but am also social and enjoy a good chat. I look forward to moving somewhere new in the city, exploring a different location and experiencing a new taste of life.
I work long hours including weekends so you won't see much of me. When you do I will be chatting and pleasant and enjoy having a glass of wine. I am clean, neat and tidy and very easy to live with.
I’m moving to Sydney from Wellington, NZ to take up a job at an inner city law firm. I’m social, friendly, enjoy good banter over a glass of wine, and like to be out and about at weekends exploring or catching up with friends. I like to run. I’m a clean and respectful housemate looking for a place to call home.
My name is Amnon, I am 31 years old, coming from Israel, but been living in Berlin in the last 4 years. I want to believe I am a friendly person who respects others space, freedom and feelings. I am curious and love to have a conversation about various topics. I am not a party person and like my peace and quiet while I do like to spend time with other people (including my roommates of course) and am still looking for excitement in life (therefore I find myself in Australia). I'm pretty chill and easy to deal with, I don't require or expect much. I come to complete my Master's Thesis at CSIRO, North Ryde and finish my Masters in bioinformatics (which means I'm going to work full time so during the week I'll be at home mostly in the evening). My position there is for 5 months (until mid-October) which is the time period I will be looking to rent the flat. Unfortunately I only arrive at Sydney on May 2nd so I won't be able to come for an inspection before, so In case you find me suiting to what you're looking for I'd be very happy if we could arrange a Skype talk and get to know each other, and if everything's fine I can already commit to moving in.
The perfect place to be for Vivid!! I'm subletting my amazing room for three months while I go travelling. The room will be available from May 1 to July 31 2018. We're located 2 minutes walk from McMahons Point Ferry Wharf, with a bus stop outside the building that will take you up to North Sydney train station. Perfect location for weekend activities with a 10 minute ferry ride into Circular Quay, and an easy walk to North Sydney and Milson's Point. There are also a few gyms, cafes, bars and shops along Blues Point Road. I'm leaving the room fully furnished with a bed, two bed side tables and a small desk/table. The room also has a walk in wardrobe with another small desk/table in it. All you will need to supply is bedding. I am also happy to leave the room decorated as it is. The unit itself is already furnished and we share the kitchen and bathroom. There is Netflix and Stan and access to unlimited WiFi (separate to the rent) We also have an internal washing machine and dryer, and the building also has coin operated washing machines and dryers on the top floor. The building itself is a secure building with fob access, a building manager and overnight security seven days a week. This is the perfect room for anyone moving to Sydney or first time moving out.
I have an amazing 2 bedroom apartment on Blues Point Road. There is a full length balcony with beautiful water views over Berry's Bay off the lounge dining, and an additional balcony off the bedrooms - street facing. The room has a built in Wardrobe and could fit a queen bed with Side tables/small chest. The place will be fully furnished, everything brand new so all you need to bring is your bedroom furniture. The house is an 8 minute walk to North Sydney station or a 5 minute walk to the Ferry and plenty of bus stops on the street. The street has a gym, post office, chemist, an organic mini grocer, pubs and plenty of cafes. There is only street parking available but no resident permit available however. So if you don't have a car, or you drive your car to work mid week, this will be fine. I am looking for someone to move in from the end or March/beginning of April. The bond will be 4 weeks rent which you get back when you leave. I wont be able to show you through until Sunday 25th
Just returned to Sydney from the North Coast after a couple of years away. I am looking for short term accommodation - probably two to three months (hopefully not more.. but maybe!) while I wait for my yacht to be fixed and sail to Sydney from the North Coast. I am easy going, respectful of other people's privacy and space. I work full time in a government job. I like the outdoors and catching up with friends.
The House and available room has lovely elevated water views directly westward over Balls Head reserve (the pictures on the listing are from the front balcony). The House looks directly out to the Water. The House is situated within the lovely connected parkways fringing the Inner North Shore, and the Balls Head Nature reserve. Its a really nice place to go for a run, get some sun, or have a picnic. North Sydney Pool is very close, and there are plenty of sailing clubs to crew at nearby. Its very close to North Sydney but is very quiet and peaceful. The views from the main living area look directly over the bay. The House itself is a character house, lovely polished timber floors throughout and terrazo, modern furnishing, and is very clean. Only a short walk to North Sydney station, bars and cafes along blues point road. Very close to City and Bondi, easy access to northern beaches. Resident (registered) car park on street in front of house and easy parking. Some flexibility around availability dates, call for a discussion if interested. There is one parking permit available. The available room is 3.5 x 3.5 mtrs, with garden views and good privacy. includes a house share car, NIssan X-Trail.
Hi there, My name is Nick, I’m a 31 year old Kiwi, whose been living in Sydney for over 6 years. I work in the CBD (regular hours) as a marketer in the film industry. I love my job and it’s my primary focus. I’m definitely NOT a party person, I don’t smoke or do drugs and only drink on special occasions. I like to relax on the weekend by going for walks and chilling outside, watching a game of Rugby or Cricket and going to the movies (I get free tickets). Weeknight I keep quiet and usually try to be in bed before 10:30. I’m looking for a flat share situation with a flatmate who shares the same values as me, where we would both respect each other’s privacy but also be up for a drink and chat every now and then. I hope you think we could be suitable flatmates and that I could come and check out the apartment sometime soon. If you would like to know any further information, don’t hesitate to ask.
Hey there, my name's Ben and I want to tell you a little about myself, mid-20s guy currently working full time; I like to spend my spare time during the week training, watching a movie or even having a cheeky drink, I like to keep it low key and save my fun mostly for the weekend. I consider myself pretty clean, sociable, relaxed and easy to get along with but definitely respect peoples privacy. Looking for somewhere that is relaxed, clean and a place I can call home within walking distance of a train or bus. Cheers
23 year old, working full time in North Sydney. Looking to move closer to work! Currently work in a media agency specializing in music/ entertainment - gigs, festivals and events are a huge part of my life (another reason I want to move closer to the city). Looking for a household of like-minded people - ideally a good balance between fun and chilled.
Fun, inner-west based, gay, young professional working in North Sydney. I am 25 and I bring skills in the kitchen, cleanliness, a penchant for breweries and sport, and I'll throw in some extra furniture too to sweeten the deal. Ideally looking for 6-12 months from sometime in April.
Looking to live with a positive and friendly person who I can share a meal or glass of wine with on the odd occasion, but who can also respect giving some space. I like to keep things clean, neat and tidy. I'm currently working full time as a workplace relations advisor and studying law part time, so I'm usually busy balancing the two. On weekends I like doing something active and being outdoors (mostly the beach!) or I'll be out catching up with friends and family. I also like quiet weekends too to recharge. Any questions, please don't hesitate ask!
Heya! I am currently living in Kirribilli, and seeking a room in a household to call my new home in March when my lease ends. I work full time in Urban Planning and have a part time passion project in jewellery design. I love to eat, and in my spare time I love to dance and have a hit of social tennis. I am easy going, clean, respectful of personal space, and looking to live with like minded people. During the week I like to relax and unwind after work, I mostly keep to myself but also love to share a laugh and drink or two with my fellow roomies. I have no pets, but am happy to live with a doggo but unfortunately I am allergic to cats (sorry!). If we sound like a good match, feel free to get in touch :)
Very easy going and relaxed, happy to keep to myself or socialize. I work full time and enjoy getting outdoors on weekends. 24 year old male working in North Sydney full time. Interested in sports, movies and gym.
